Rollers or cylinders, hollow. - A rotary cooling drum in which a refrigerant evaporates comprises outer and inner walls 4, 1 cast in one piece with longitudinal ribs 2 arranged to provide a series of groups of passages for the refriaerant from one end of the annular space to the other. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) comprises also a construction in which the ribs leave gaps at alternate ends to provide passages in a continuous series. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
