Abstract

324,260. Baker, H. Feb. 16, 1929. Padlocks.-The nose of the bolt has lateral projections 10 which slide in slots 9 in plates 6 to support the nose against any attempt to bend it. One of the slotted parts 6 supports the bolt and usual lever lock-mechanism 4 and both are covered by outer cover plates 7. An internal projection 1<b> on the rim 1 acts as a stop for the end of the shackle 12 and also as a supporting ledge for the bolt.
