Printing-meters.-For estimating the degree of contrast to which a kinematograph picture film has been developed, recurrent parts of the film not required for pictorial or like records, for example marginal portions, are exposed to a standard sensitometer tablet. The successive parts of the sensitometer record, which will be developed with the picture and sound records, shade from dark to approximate transparency.
