Luggage and like holders.-A luggage-holding device for use on motor vehicles comprises a base board A, on which the luggage rests and which is attached to the ordinary luggage grid by straps B, and a number of waterproof canvas flaps C, D, E, which are passed over and adapted to protect the sides and top of the luggage and are secured by means of straps F, G, H, K, L.
