Abstract

313,240. Bromfield, R. K. March 29, 1928. Road-traffic signals.-Signalling-apparatus for use on road-vehicles or at cross-roads for traffic control comprises a hand 1 adapted to be moved (a) about a horizontal axis 3 by a wire 5 in opposition to gravity, and (b) about a vertical axis 11 by a wire 14 in opposition to springs 18<a>. The wire 5 is actuated from a pulley 22 turned by a handle 26 adapted to drop into circular holes in a casing 20. The wire 14 is secured to a pivoted lever 23 actuated by a handle 30.
