The bottom plate is provided with large perforations in its base and with smaller perforations n in its flanged rim. Alternatively a wire gauze bottom may be provided. The fabric container is secured between the cover plate and the rim a or is clamped in the screw thread of the rim by a clamping ring fitting in the screw thread.
