297,524. Ravn, O. F. C. July 8, 1927. Preventing unauthorized use of cycles. - A lug 3 loosely mounted on the stem 7 is secured to thehandle - bar 1. Another lug 8 is fast on the stem. Normally, therefore, the handle-bar may be swung idly on the stem and the cycle cannot be steered. The lug 3 and handle-bar are apertured as shown at 13, 14a, while the lug 8 has a socket 14. The handle-bar is made fast to the stem by the insertion of a suitably-shaped key in the apertures and socket.
