Abstract
288,105. Electroflo Meters Co., Ltd., (Republic Flow Meters Co.). Nov. 4, 1927. Junction boxes.- A casing for housing the connection between the elements of a thermocouple and the conductors leading to the measuring instruments is made in two separable parts one of which is provided with openings to receive the thermocouple elements and the conductors. The elements 10. 11 pass through a sleeve 13 threaded into the lower part 15 of the casing and through an insulating block 17 also seated in the part 15. The upper parts 21 of the elements 10, 11 are threaded to form binding posts on which are secured the conductors 23 which pass out through an armour 24 secured in the part 15. The part 16 forming the cover of the casing is secured to the part 15 by screws 27.
