Electric stoves.-The heater comprises a reflector of trough formation and a number of heating elements a<1> - - a<4> arranged parallel to one another in a longitudinal fashion in a plane dividing the reflector in halves and containing the longitudinal axis of the reflector, the elements being connected in series or parallel. A particular construction or reflector is described which ensures that no reflected heat-rays impinge on the heating elements or a second part of the reflector. When used in a boiling apparatus the reflector is provided with drain holes or is constructed in two halves M, N with a gap O between them to allow for drainage
