Pudding moulds.-A mould for cooking roll puddings comprises an open-ended cylinder 1 fitted with friction-tight flanged covers 2 provided with hinged or drop handles 4. The mould. which has a fixed handle 3, is made from polished aluminium and is used in connection with a part cylindrical stand 5 of wire or other material provided with supporting feet at the corners.
