Abstract

275,907. Nevill & Co., Ltd., R., and Nevill, R. May 3, 1927. Hollow - ware, - Baths, tanks &c. are formed from two plates, one forming the bottom and the other the sides, one or both of the meeting edges of the latter being singly or doubly chamfered to form V- shaped channels, which are filled with metal by welding as at 3, Figs. 2, 4 and 5. An angle section ring 10, Fig. 3, is secured around the top by welding at 11, 12 and the bottom is secured by welding, the joint being similar to that shown in Fig. 2.
