Strips of staples.-Printers' staples A are assembled on a bar B and are coated with an adhesive solution known by the registered Trade Mark " Luc," which is allowed to dry. The assembly is then reversed and coated on the inside, and may be packed in a box. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 13137/14.
