Tools. - In a singlebody two-layer plough curved tines or cutters having a drawing cut are fastened at a distance apart on a wide concave share or its holder to cut up the lower part of the furrow slice and spread it on the bottom of the furrow. The tines c are curved forwardly and laterally and are arranged in the path of the rising furrow slice in step-like relationship. They are of oblique angled triangular section and their wide faces are arranged obliquely towards the rear. The uppermost tine h has no cutting action but has its wide face forward to guide the upper part of the furrow slice. The share and tines are arranged in such a way as to leave a clear narrow path in the furrow for the wheel of the plough. Steps or notches f may be provided on the tines, and the cutting- tines c may have renewable blades k. The share a may be made in two parts so that the outer end may be replaced. The tines c are pivoted on bolts d and held in place by bolts e having eccentric parts for adjustment purposes.
