Ratchet and like step-by-step cenveyers. - In conveyer apparatus for use in wool &c. drying machines and of the kind comprising a series of fixed trays 3 and interposed reciprocating trays 4, the movable trays are supported with a clearance between them and the fixed trays bv extensions 5, which are secured by setscrews 7 to the side-bars of the apparatus, and which are supported in bearings 8 also secured to the side-bars by the set screws.
