Binding-posts and terminals.-In order to enable a wire to be connected to the strip terminals 2, 3 of a flash-lamp battery, tongues 4 are struck up from the terminals as shown in Fig. 1, each tongue being bent inwards towards the terminal and then outward at its tip. The tongues may be replaced by a fold at the end of the terminals as shown at 5 in Fig. 3.
