Abstract

A pre-filled syringe comprising a syringe barrel 2 and a plunger rod 3, a piston 4 is mounted at a front end of the plunger rod 3. A plurality of arc-shaped bodies 5 are arranged in the piston and form a circular ring 5 with an internal thread, the circular ring’s front-end diameter is less than the rear end diameter. A connection portion 6 has an external thread and is arranged on the front end of the plunger rod 3, the shape of the connection portion 6 matches that of the circular ring. In the piston, a first groove 7 used to accommodate the connection portion is arranged at the front end connection portion which can be screwed into the circular ring 5 in the first groove at the rear end so that adjacent arc-shaped bodies are separated locking the plunger rod in position, after passing through the circular ring, the connection portion can enter the first groove at the front end so that the arc-shaped bodies return to an original position.

NOVEL PRE-FILLED SYRINGE
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] 1. Technical Field
[0002] The present invention relates to the technical field of medical device, and in particular, to a novel pre-filled syringe.
[0003] 2. Description of Related Art
[0004] A pre-filled syringe has two functions of drug storage and common injection at the same time, is mainly used for packaging and storage of high-grade drugs and directly used for injection or surgical irrigation. The existing pre-filled syringe generally uses a clamp to clamp a plunger rod and a syringe barrel after filling medical solution, to prevent the medical solution from overflowing due to the accidental collision of the plunger rod during storage or transportation. In actual use, if the clamp is relatively tight with the syringe barrel, it is difficult to separate the clamp from the syringe barrel when using the syringe, which causes inconvenience for use, while if the clamp is relatively loose with the syringe barrel, it is not easy to reach the purpose of preventing the medical solution from overflowing due to the accidental collision of the plunger rod during storage or transportation.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] For the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a novel pre-filled syringe to solve the above-mentioned technical problems [0006] In order to achieve the above purpose, a technical solution provided by the present invention is as follows: [0007] A novel pre-filled syringe includes a syringe barrel and a plunger rod, where a piston is mounted at a front end of the plunger rod, the piston is located in the syringe barrel and connected to the syringe barrel in a sliding manner, and a rear end of the plunger rod is located outside the syringe barrel; a plurality of arc-shaped bodies are arranged in the piston and enclose to form a circular ring, an internal thread is arranged in the circular ring, and the diameter of a front end of the circular ring is less than that of a rear end of the circular ring; a connection portion is arranged on the front end of the plunger rod, an external thread fitted to the internal thread is arranged on the connection portion, and the shape of the connection portion matches that of the circular ring; in the piston, a first groove used to accommodate the connection portion is arranged at the front end and the rear end of the circular ring, the connection portion can be screwed into the circular ring in the first groove at the rear end so that adjacent arc-shaped bodies are separated, and after passing through the circular ring, the connection portion can enter the first groove at the front end so that the arc-shaped bodies return to an original position; and a second groove matched to the shape of the circular ring is arranged in the syringe barrel.
[0008] Optionally, a cylinder is arranged between the plunger rod and the connection portion, one end of the cylinder is connected to the plunger rod, and the other end is connected to the rear end of the connection portion and the diameter of the cylinder is less than or equal to that of the front end of the circular ring.
[0009] Optionally, a needle adapter is arranged at the front end of the syringe barrel, an injection needle in communication with the inside of the syringe barrel is fixed on the needle adapter, and an injection needle cap is mounted on the needle adapter.

[0013] According to the novel pre-filled syringe of the present invention, after the syringe is filled with medical solution, the connection portion is screwed into the circular ring so that the adjacent arc-shaped bodies are separated, and the piston is extruded to protrude to the outside and abuts against the second groove, thereby preventing the medical solution from overflowing due to the accidental collision of the plunger rod, and in this process, the first grooves on the two sides of the circular ring approach the circular ring, which is beneficial to the deformation of the piston, when the syringe is used, the plunger rod is further screwed forward so that the connection portion enters the first groove at the front end, the circular ring returns to the original position under the action of elastic restoring force of the piston, and at this time, the piston of the plunger rod can be pushed forward to extrude the medical solution. It can be seen that the pre-filled syringe is easy to release the limit to the plunger rod during use while satisfying the requirement of fixing the plunger rod to prevent the medical solution from overflowing due to accidental collision of the plunger rod, so that the pre-filled syringe is convenient to use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0020] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are described clearly and completely in the following with reference to accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, the described embodiments are only part rather than all of the embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the invention without any creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the invention.
[0021] Embodiment. referring to FIGs Ito 4, this embodiment provides a novel pre-filled syringe including an injection needle 1, a syringe barrel 2, and a plunger rod 3, where a piston 4 is mounted at a front end of the plunger rod, the piston is located in the syringe barrel and connected to the syringe barrel in a sliding manner, and a rear end of the plunger rod is located outside the syringe barrel; a plurality of arc-shaped bodies 5 are arranged in the piston and enclose to form a circular ring, an internal thread is arranged in the circular ring, and the diameter of a front end of the circular ring is less than that of a rear end of the circular ring, a connection portion 6 is arranged on the front end of the plunger rod, an external thread fitted to the internal thread is arranged on the connection portion, the shape of the connection portion matches that of the circular ring, a cylinder 31 is arranged between the plunger rod and the connection portion, one end of the cylinder is connected to the plunger rod, and the other end is connected to the rear end of the connection portion; the diameter of the cylinder is less than or equal to that of the front end of the circular ring; in the piston, a first groove 7 used to accommodate the connection portion is arranged at the front end and the rear end of the circular ring; and a second groove 8 matched to the shape of the circular ring is arranged in the syringe barrel.

Claims (6)

  1. What is claimed is: 1. A novel pre-filled syringe, comprising a syringe barrel (2) and a plunger rod (3), wherein a piston (4) is mounted at a front end of the plunger rod, the piston is located in the syringe barrel and connected to the syringe barrel in a sliding manner, and a rear end of the plunger rod is located outside the syringe barrel; characterized in that: a plurality of arc-shaped bodies (5) are arranged in the piston and enclose to form a circular ring, an internal thread is arranged in the circular ring, and the diameter of a front end of the circular ring is less than that of a rear end of the circular ring; a connection portion (6) is arranged on the front end of the plunger rod, an external thread fitted to the internal thread is arranged on the connection portion, and the shape of the connection portion matches that of the circular ring; in the piston, a first groove (7) used to accommodate the connection portion is arranged at the front end and the rear end of the circular ring, the connection portion can be screwed into the circular ring in the first groove at the rear end so that adjacent arc-shaped bodies are separated, and after passing through the circular ring, the connection portion can enter the first groove at the front end so that the arc-shaped bodies return to an original position; and a second groove (8) matched to the shape of the circular ring is arranged in the syringe barrel.

The novel pre-filled syringe according to claim 1, characterized in that a cylinder (31) is arranged between the plunger rod and the connection portion, one end of the cylinder is connected to the plunger rod, and the other end is connected to the rear end of the connection portion; and the diameter of the cylinder is less than or equal to that of the front end of the circular ring.
  3. 3. The novel pre-filled syringe according to claim 1, characterized in that a needle adapter (9) is arranged at the front end of the syringe barrel, an injection needle (1) in communication with the inside of the syringe barrel is fixed on the needle adapter, and an injection needle cap (10) is mounted on the needle adapter.
  4. 4. The novel pre-filled syringe according to claim 3, characterized in that the injection needle is adhered to the needle adapter.
  5. 5. The novel pre-filled syringe according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the syringe barrel is made of a cyclic block copolymer material.
  6. 6. The novel pre-filled syringe according to claim 1, characterized in that the syringe barrel is pre-filled with medical solution (11).
