Abstract
The tool includes a connecting device having a connecting rod 1, a fixed guard plate 2, and an upper base plate 5, the rod connected to a rotary test bench and the plate installed on the rod. One side of a limit adjusting device is connected to the guard plate, the other side provided with a fixing device. The upper base plate connects the fixing device and limit adjusting device together, the limit adjusting device having a connecting base plate 4 and adjustable top rod 9. The plate has a middle connecting plate 15, a limit support 16, and a horizontal base 17. The middle connecting plate is detachably installed at the fixed guard plate and connected to the limit support. The horizontal base is arranged at the bottom of the limit support, the adjustable top rod installed on the connecting rod and pressing against the middle connecting plate. - 3. The clamping tool for third rail installation according to claim wherein the fixed guard plate comprises a front guard plate and a rear guard plate; the first ends of the front guard plate and the rear guard plate are respectively fixed to both sides of the middle connecting rod by bolts; the middle connecting plate is clamped between the front guard plate and the rear guard plate, and is connected to the front guard plate and the rear guard plate by bolts.
- 4. The clamping tool for third rail installation according to claim 1, wherein the other end of the adjustable top rod is configured to press against the upper surface or lower surface of the middle connecting plate, and the adjustable top rod is sleeved with an adjusting screw nut.
- 5. The clamping tool for third rail installation according to claim I, wherein the left guard plate is connected to the limit support by a positioning screw, and the positioning screw is configured to adjust the installation position of the left guard plate.
- 6. The clamping tool for third rail installation according to claim i, wherein the upper base plate comprises a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion which are integrally connected, the first connecting portion is configured to connect the upper base plate to the limit support and the horizontal base, and the second connecting portion is configured to connect the upper base plate to the left guard plate and the horizontal base.
- 7. The clamping tool for third rail installation according to claim 6, wherein the first connecting portion is provided with a plurality of bolts, the axes of the plurality of bolts are parallel to one another, the bolts of the first connecting portion are locked by nuts after sequentially penetrating through the upper base plate, the limit support and the horizontal base from top to bottom.
- 8. The clamping tool for third rail installation according to claim 6, wherein the second connecting portion is provided with a plurality of bolts, the axes of the plurality of bolts are parallel to one another, the bolts of the second connecting portion are locked by nuts after sequentially penetrating through the upper base plate, the left plate and the horizontal base from top to bottom.
