Abstract
261,820. Aspden, R. L. July 30, 1925. Sparking-plugs.-Current transforming means are enclosed within the plug casing. A helix d formed at one end with a gland for screwing within the casing and at the other with a conical terminal e may surround a tube f enclosing a coil through which passes a high-tension high-frequency current. In a modification the tube f is traversed by a plain or helical conductor, the inner end of which is within sparking distance of the end projecting from the outer helix, which is itself situated between a terminal on the casing and the end of the central conductor.
