Abstract
This invention is related to the manual adjustment of the gas concentration in the washing machine, which is used to determine and control the air and gas density in the industrial washing machine, and characterized in that It comprises following components; Teflon hose (5) fixed to the washing machine (1) by boiling the nipple sleeve at the end, Pressure gauge (2), which enables the measurement of the gas pressure in the washing machine (1) by means of a teflon hose (5), stainless valve (4) with associated actuator, which will be at the upper point of the washing machine (1), position display (9), a rotary position device fixed on the actuated stainless valve (4) and used to confirm the position of the valve, adjustable pressure valve (3) (air and natural gas pressure switches/ dungs), which can be adjusted manually so that the pressure measured in the pressure gauge (2) connected to the washing machine (1) reaches the desired maximum pressure, valve connection pipe (6) associated with the stainless valve with actuator (4).
Claims (1)
- The invention is a gas generator in a manual washing machine (1) comprising a gas generator (7), the connection hose (8) associated with the gas generator (7), and a washing machine (1) in which the gas generator (7) provides gas transfer via the connection hose (8). It is related to the adjustment of the concentration, characterized in that It comprises; - teflon hose (5) fixed to the washing machine (1) by boiling the nipple sleeve at the end, - pressure gauge (2), which enables the gas pressure to be measured in the washing machine (1) via a teflon hose (5), - stainless valve (4) with associated actuator, which will be at the upper point of the washing machine (1), - the position display (9), which is a rotary position device fixed on the actuated stainless valve (4) and used to confirm the position of the valve, - an adjustable pressure valve (3) (air and natural gas pressure switches/dungs), which can be adjusted manually so that the pressure measured in the pressure gauge (2) connected to the washing machine (1) reaches the desired maximum pressure, - valve connecting pipe (6) associated with the stainless actuator valve (4).
- It is the actuated stainless valve (4) mentioned in Claim 1, and its feature is; It is characterized by being fixed to the washing machine (1) from the front or bottom or side or top.
- It is the manual adjustment of the gas concentration in the washing machine mentioned in Claim 1, and characterized in that It comprises a pressure gauge (2) fixed to the washing machine (1) from the front or bottom, or from the side or top, by means of a Teflon hose (5).
- It is the adjustment of the gas concentration in the washing machine manually in accordance with the Claim 1 or 3, and characterized in that It comprises; a pressure 8 gauge (2) fixed to the washing machine (1) with a stainless elbow suitable for the Teflon hose (5).
- It is the manual adjustment of the gas concentration in the washing machine mentioned in Claim 1, and characterized in that It comprises; an adjustable pressure valve (3) that gives the command to close the stainless valve (4) with the actuator as a result of the pressure measured in the pressure gauge (2) reaching the desired maximum pressure.
- It is the manual adjustment of the gas concentration in the washing machine mentioned in Claim 1, and characterized in that It comprises; an adjustable pressure valve (3) that gives the command to open the actuated stainless valve (4) in order to reduce the amount of pressure in the washing machine (1) to the normal level.
- It is the adjustment of the gas concentration in the washing machine manually mentioned in Claim 1, and characterized in that It comprises an adjustable pressure valve (3) that gives the command to open or close the actuated stainless valve (4) to ensure that the density of any gas pumped into the washing machine (1) is kept at the desired concentration at the desired level.
- It is the manual adjustment of the gas concentration in the washing machine mentioned in Claim 1, and characterized in that It comprises that the washing machine (1) has a stainless valve (4) with an actuator that allows the amount of pressure inside to be controlled.
- It is the adjustment of the gas concentration in the washing machine mentioned in Claim 1 manually, and characterized in that It comprises a stainless valve (4) with an actuator that allows the excess gas to go to the gas splitting unit when it is in the open position.
- It is the manual adjustment of the gas concentration in the washing machine mentioned in Claim 1, and characterized in that It comprises a Teflon hose (5) that 9 allows the pressure in the washing machine (1) to be determined at the correct value with the help of the nipple sleeve located at the end.
- It is the adjustment of the gas concentration in the washing machine manually mentioned in Claim 1, and characterized in that It comprises an adjustable pressure valve (3) that allows the pressure to drop by opening the actuated stainless valve (4) when the pressure inside the washing machine (1) rises.
- It is the adjustment of the gas concentration in the washing machine manually mentioned in Claim 1, and characterized in that It comprises a stainless valve (4) with an actuator, which can be a threaded or butterfly type valve.
- It is an alternative configuration of manually adjusting the gas concentration in the washing machine mentioned in Claim 1, and characterized in that It comprises having an adjustable pressure valve (3) which is electrically controllable.
- It is the adjustment of the gas concentration in the washing machine manually mentioned in Claim 1, and characterized in that It comprises an adjustable pressure valve (3), which is associated with the valve connection pipe (6) and opens or closes the actuated stainless valve (4) according to the value of the pressure measured by the pressure gauge (2).
- It is the manually adjustment of the gas concentration in the washing machine mentioned in Claim 1, and characterized in that It comprises that the actuated stainless valve (4) has a position display (9) that warns about whether it is working or not.
- It is the manual adjustment of the gas concentration in the washing machine mentioned in Claim 1, and characterized in that It comprises a pressure gauge (2) that adjusts the air and gas density in the washing machine (1) and an adjustable pressure valve (3). 10
