Abstract
A computer-implemented method for managing use of a plurality of online gambling services, the method including: receiving, by one or more processors, a request from a gambler's data communication device associated with a plurality of online gambling services, the request seeking: information relating to the gambler's use of the plurality of online gambling services, and receiving, by the one or more processors, with one or more computer systems associated with the plurality of online gambling services, data from the one or more computer systems substantially in real-time, the data relating to the gambler's use of each of the plurality of online gambling services, generating, by the one or more processors and based on the received data, aggregated information associated with the gambler's use of the plurality of gambling services, and providing, by the one or more processors, for display on the gambler's data communication device, the aggregated information according to the received data.
Claims (20)
1. A computer-implemented method for managing use of a plurality of online gambling services, the method including: receiving, by one or more processors, a request from a gamblerâ s data communication device associated with a plurality of online gambling services, the request seeking: information relating to the gamblerâ s use of the plurality of online gambling services, and receiving, by the one or more processors, with one or more computer systems associated with the plurality of online gambling services, data from the one or more computer systems substantially in real-time, the data relating to the gamblerâ s use of each of the plurality of online gambling services; generating, by the one or more processors and based on the received data, aggregated information associated with the gamblerâ s use of the plurality of gambling services; and providing, by the one or more processors, for display on the gamblerâ s data communication device, the aggregated information according to the received data.
2. A method according to claim 1 , further including providing, by the one or more processors, a summary of total deposits and withdrawals by a gambler for each individual online betting service according to a pre-defined time period.
3. A method according to claim 1 , further including providing, by the one or more processors, a summary of total deposits and withdrawals by a gambler for all online betting services according to a pre-defined time period.

A method according to any one of the preceding claims, further including defining one or more criteria regarding expenditure, where the one or more criteria includes any one or more of the following: a total amount deposited by the gambler over a predefined period of time into a betting account; a predefined threshold amount representing a maximum deposit amount; a total or average amount that is wagered by a gambler; a total time spent by the gambler engaging with the one or more plurality of gambling services, where the predefined threshold is the maximum amount of time as defined by the gambler; a particular time zone, or time zones, with the predetermined threshold identifying engagement of the gambler with the one or more of the plurality of gambling services during the particular time zone or time zones.
5. A method according to claim 4, further including providing, by the one or more processors, one or more notifications to the gambler that indicate when the one or more criteria are met or exceeded.

A method according to either claim 4 or claim 5, wherein if the result of analysing the received data is a determination that the one or more criteria satisfies a predetermined threshold, the method further includes: implementing, by the one or more processors, the gamblerâ s request to prevent or limit further expenditure or gambling activity by the gambler.

A method according to claim 6, wherein implementing the defined criteria regarding expenditure by the gambler includes: implementing, over a predefined period of time, a limit regarding the amount of further funds available for deposit into one or more betting accounts associated with one or more of the plurality of gambling services, or any associated betting accounts, and/or restricting, for a predetermined period of time, access to an amount that has previously been deposited into the one or more betting accounts associated with the one or more of the plurality of gambling services or any associated betting accounts.

A method according to claim 7, further including: creating one or more independent betting accounts operated by the one or more processors and accessible by the gamblerâ s communication device, the one or more independent betting accounts enabling the gambler to deposit or withdraw funds independently of the betting accounts associated with the plurality of online gambling services; interfacing, by the one or more processors, with one or more computer systems associated with the plurality of online gambling services thereby enabling an exchange of funds between the independent betting account and one or more of the accounts associated with the plurality of online gambling services; transferring funds from the independent betting account to one or more of the betting accounts associated with the plurality of online gambling services according to instructions received from the gamblerâ s data communication device; and when the independent betting account is utilised by the gambler for the purpose of depositing funds, disabling access to the betting accounts associated with the plurality of online gambling services for the purpose of depositing funds .

A method according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the one or more processors are configured to interface with one or more computer systems associated with the plurality of online gambling services, such that the gambler may perform actions within each individual online gambling service without requiring the gambler to enter individual authentication details for each online gambling service within which an action is effected.

A method according to claim 9, wherein the actions performed by the gambler include any one or more of: reviewing a balance of a betting account associated with an online gambling service of the plurality of gambling services; depositing funds into a betting account associated with an online gambling service of the plurality of gambling services; transferring funds from a betting account associated with an online gambling service of the plurality of gambling services; transferring funds between betting accounts associated with an online gambling service of the plurality of gambling services; and placing a wager using an online gambling service of the plurality of gambling services.

A system for facilitating substantially real-time selection and acceptance of a service offering, the system including: 28 one or more memories, and one or more processors operable to: receive a request from a gamblerâ s data communication device associated with a gambler utilizing the plurality of online gambling services, the request seeking: information relating to the gamblerâ s use of the plurality of online gambling services, and receiving, by the one or more computer systems associated with the plurality of online gambling services, data from the one or more computer systems substantially in real-time, the data relating to the gamblerâ s use of each of the plurality of online gambling services; generate, based on the received data, aggregated information regarding the gamblerâ s use across the plurality of gambling services; and provide, for display on the gamblerâ s data communication device, the aggregated information according to the received data.
12. A system according to claim 1 1 , wherein the one or more processors are operable to further provide a summary of total deposits and withdrawals by a gambler for each individual online betting service according to a pre-defined time period.
13. A system according to claim 1 1 , wherein the one or more processors are operable to further provide a summary of total deposits and withdrawals by a gambler for all online betting services according to a pre-defined time period.

A system according to any one of claims 1 1 to 13, wherein the one or more processes are further operable to receive one or more criteria regarding expenditure, where the one or more criteria includes any one or more of the following: a total amount deposited by the gambler over a predefined period of time into a betting account; a predefined threshold amount representing a preferred maximum deposit amount; a total or average amount wagered by a gambler; 29 a total time spent by the gambler engaging with the one or more plurality of gambling services, where the predefined threshold defines a maximum amount of time as defined by the gambler; a particular time zone, or time zones, where the predetermined threshold identifies engagement of the gambler with the one or more of the plurality of gambling services during the particular time zone, or time zones.
15. A system according to claim 14, wherein the one or more processors are further operable to provide one or more notifications to the gambler indicating when one or more criteria are met or exceeded.

A system according to either claim 14 or claim 15, wherein the one or more processors are further operable to: analyse the received data to determine whether the one or more criteria satisfies a predetermined threshold; and in the event it is determined that one or more criteria satisfies a predetermined threshold, implementing a request from the gambler to prevent or limit further expenditure or gambling activity by the gambler.

A system according to claim 16, wherein the one or more processors are further operable to: create and operate one or more independent betting accounts accessible by the gamblerâ s communication device, the one or more independent betting accounts enabling the gambler to deposit or withdraw funds independently of the betting accounts associated with the plurality of online gambling services; interface with one or more computer systems associated with the plurality of online gambling services to thereby enable exchange of funds between the independent betting account and one or more of the accounts associated with the plurality of online gambling services; transfer funds from the independent betting account to one or more of the betting accounts associated with the plurality of online gambling services based upon an instruction received from the gamblerâ s data communication device; and 30 when the independent betting account is utilised by the gambler for the purpose of depositing funds, disable access to the betting accounts associated with the plurality of online gambling services for the purpose of depositing funds.

A system according to any one of claims 1 1 to 17, wherein the one or more processors are configured to interface with one or more computer systems associated with the plurality of online gambling services such that the gambler is able perform actions within each individual online gambling service without the requirement to enter individual authentication details for each online gambling service.
19. A system according to claim 18, wherein the actions performed by the gambler include any one or more of: reviewing a balance of a betting account associated with an online gambling service of the plurality of gambling services; depositing funds into a betting account associated with an online gambling service of the plurality of gambling services; transferring funds from a betting account associated with an online gambling service of the plurality of gambling services; transferring funds between betting accounts associated with an online gambling service of the plurality of gambling services; and placing a wager using an online gambling service of the plurality of gambling services.

A computer-readable medium having a plurality of instructions executable by one or more processors to: receive a request from a gamblerâ s data communication device associated with a gambler utilizing a plurality of online gambling services, the request seeking: information relating to the gamblerâ s use of the plurality of online gambling services, and receiving data from the one or more computer systems substantially in real-time, the data relating to the gamblerâ s use of each of the plurality of online gambling services; generate, based on the received data, aggregated information associated with the gamblerâ s use of the plurality of gambling services; and 31 provide, for display on the gamblerâ s data communication device, the aggregated information according to the received data.
