Abstract

A sliding wall-mounting rack for hanging a bicycle includes a wall-mounting unit 2 and a plurality of lever units 4. The wall-mounting unit 2 is mounted on a wall and includes two brackets 11 and a sliding frame 21. The two brackets 11 are respectively fixed on the wall, and the bracket 11 includes two first hook portions to form a first sliding track in which the sliding frame 21 is retained. The sliding frame includes a second sliding track 212 opposite to the bracket 11. The lever units 4 are respectively slidable in the second sliding track 212. The lever unit 4 includes a support rod 32 and positioning member 43, the support rod 32 has a first end slidingly engaged in the second sliding track 212, and a second end slidingly engaging the positioning member 43 such that it may be moved to either side of the support rod 32.

SLIDING WALL-MOUNTING BICYCLE RACK
FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
The present disclosure is related to a sliding wall-mounting rack in particular to the technology applied to the field of vehicles.
BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE
Regarding the most popular vehicles, two-wheeled products are the most popular with the most market share. Bicycles, scooters, and motorcycles are convenient and maneuverable. They are also easy to park and store and the best choice for transportation for someone with a busy city lifestyle. More and more business owners see the potential in the market_ and more retail sites are popping up to meet customers' interests.
However, starting a business is not an easy task. From choosing a retail location and size to deciding how to effectively display more products, using space efficiently while keeping costs low is always a challenge.
For the problems mentioned above, many business owners choose wall racks to display their products, \\illicit can be found in Patent No. TWM336899, entitled -Flexible Bicycle Wall Rack:' Most racks available on the market need to be mounted on the wall and cannot move or expand to include additional capacity. If limited space is a consideration, it is difficult to adequately display the necessary products to achieve a satisfying customer experience. This deficiency limits the improvement of sales figures and, in the case of supply not able to be displayed appropriately, can actually cause stagnation.
SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE
The primat-y purpose of the present disclosure is to provide business owners with the ability to display more vehicles according to the different limitations of the place, so that consumers can get more selections, and effectively use the space of the place to obtain the largest display and storage, so as to improve the conventional problem. In order to achieve the above-mentioned objective and effort. the present disclosure provides a sliding wall-mounting rack, for providing at least one two-wheeler hanging arrangement, comprising: a wall-mounting unit, mounted on a wall and including two brackets and a sliding frame, wherein the two brackets are respectively fixed on the wall with two ends, and each of the two brackets includes two first hook portions, each of the two first hook portion has one end connected to the bracket and one end curved toward the other first hook portion to form a first sliding track, and the sliding frame is movable sliding in the first sliding track; wherein, the sliding frame includes a second sliding track opposite to the bracket; and a plurality of lever units, respectively movably disposed the second sliding track and slide within the second sliding track; wherein the lever unit includes a support rod and positioning member, the support rod has a first end slidinaly engaged in the second sliding track, and a second end extend perpendicular to the second sliding track; wherein the positioning member is hollow and has a sliding space, a sliding open communicated with the sliding space, the positioning member is detachably sleeved on the second end of the support rod, and the positioning member is adjustable to moved left and right relative to the support rod.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Referring to FIGS. 1-10, the present disclosure provides a sliding wall-mounting rack for providing at least one two-wheeler 100 hanging arrangement. The two-wheeler 100 can be a bicycle or a mountain bike. In addition to the two-wheeler, it can also be used for hanging tires, components of the two-wheeler, etc. In the drawings of the present disclosure, bicycles are used for illustration. The present disclosure includes a wall-mounting unit 10 mounted on a wall and a plurality of lever units 20. The wall-mounting unit 10 includes two brackets 1 and a sliding frame 2. The sliding frame 2 is in a strip shape, and the two brackets 1 are respectively fixed on the wall with two ends, and each of the two brackets 1 includes two first hook portions 11, each of the two first hook portions ii has one end connected to the bracket 1 and one end curved toward the other first hook portion 11 to form a first sliding track 12. and the sliding frame 2 is movable sliding in the first sliding track 12. The sliding frame 2 includes a second sliding track 21 opposite to the bracket 1.
The plurality of lever units 20 are respectively movably disposed on the second sliding track 21 of the sliding frame 2 and slid within the second sliding track 21. The lever unit 20 includes a support rod 3 in a T-shape and a positioning member 4, the support rod 3 has a first end slidingly engaged in the second sliding track 21, and a second end extending outward opposite to the second sliding track 21. The positioning member 4 is hollow and has a sliding space 41, a sliding open 42 communicated with the slidilig space 41, the positioning member 4 is detachably sleeved on the second end of the support rod 3, and the positioning member 4 is adjustable to move left and right relative to the support rod 3.
Moreover, the positioning member 4 includes a side open 44 communicated with the sliding space 41 and the sliding open 42, and the inner side of the positioning member 4 has a first threaded segment 45 annularly disposed near the side open. A cap 9 is detachable and threadedly engaged with the first threaded segment 45 through a second threaded segment 91. The positioning member 4 is sleeved on the support rod 3 through the side open 44, and the cap 9 covers side open 44 to limit the sliding space 41.
In a limited space, when the largest number of models to display is desired, the ground and the wall are the best choices. To display the largest number of vehicles on the wall, the vehicles must be perpendicular to the wall.
Therefore, by the device of the present disclosure, the users can measure the distance and area of the wall, and then decide how many sets of wall-mounting unit 10 (a single set of the wall-mounting unit as shown in FIG. 8). Firstly, the two brackets 1 of the wall-mounting unit 10 are fixed on the wall to locate the position (in consistent height). Secondly, the sliding frame 2 is fixed together with the brackets I. Lastly, the plurality of lever units 20 are assembled. The user can assemble as many lever units 20 according to the number of vehicles that the user wants to place on a single sliding frame 2. The first end of the support rod 3 slides into the second sliding track 21 through one end of the sliding frame 2, and the second end extends outward opposite to the second sliding track 21. The positioning member 4 is sleeved on the support rod 3 through the side open 44, and the cap 9 covers side open 44. It is possible to adjust the position of each positioning member 4 relative to each support rod 3.
When the two positioning members 4 are adjusted toward the same direction (relative to the support rods 3), one two-wheeler 100 can be placed/ hanged in the space between two support rods 3 (as shown in FIG. 9). When the two positioning members 4 are adjusted toward and near each other, two two-wheelers 100 can be placed/hanged in the space side by side between two support rods 3 (as shown in FIG. 10).
Firstly, referring to FIG. 2, the bracket 1 has multiple parts to safely mount on the wall. The bracket 1 includes two fastening sections 13 and connecting section 14. The fastening section 13 has at least one fastening hole 131 (as shown in FIG. 2, two fastening holes 131 disposed on the upper fastening sections 13) and at least one screw 5 corresponding the fastening hole 131 to threadedly fix the bracket 1 on the wall. The connecting section 14 is disposed between the two fastening sections 13 and between the two first hook portions 11, so that the first hook portions 11 and the connecting section 14 form the first sliding track 12 and allow the sliding frame 2 to slide within the first sliding track 12.
In order to fix the sliding frame 2 after the adjustment, the first hook portion It has at least one limiting threaded hole 111 located at the are part of the first hook portion 11. At least one limiting screw 6 according to the number of the at least one limiting threaded hole 111 is provided to thrcadedly engage the limiting threaded hole 111 after the sliding frame 2 is positioned. The limiting screw 6 abuts against the outer surface of the sliding frame 2 to limit the sliding frame 2 from sliding. When the limiting screw 6 is removed, the sliding frame 2 can be adjusted left or right displacement, as shown in FIG. 5.
Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, to provide the combination of the support rod 3 and the sliding frame 2 stability, the second sliding track 21 includes two second hook portions 211 and a track portion 212. The two second hook portions 211 are respectively connected to both ends of the track portion 212. The second hook portion 211 has a positioning convex portion 213. The first end of the support rod 3 has a fitting portion 31, and the fitting portion 31 has a concave portion 311 corresponding to the convex portion 213. When the support rod 3 slides within the second sliding track 21, the fitting portion 31 slides from one side of the sliding frame 2. and fits the convex portion 213 with the concave portion 311. so that the fitting portion 31 fittingly engages the second sliding track 21 to avoid loosening.
In addition to the convex portion 213 and the concave portion 311, the upper side of the support rod 3 and the fitting portion 31 form a recessed space 32, when the fitting portion 31 slides into the second sliding track 21, the convex portion 213 engages with recessed space 32, so that the second sliding track 21 covers the fitting portion31.
The support rod 3 has a sliding portion 33, a positioning portion 34 and an extending portion 35. The recessed space 32 is defined by the upper side of the extending portion 35, the upper side of the sliding portion 33 and the upper side positioning portion 34. The extending portion 35 is partially hollow and connected between the sliding portion 33 and the positioning portion 34. The extending portion 35 of the support rod 3 is tilted up from the sliding portion 33 to the positioning portion 34. The sliding portion 33 has at least one reinforced portion 331, and the reinforced threaded hole 332 is located at the reinforced portion. The reinforced threaded hole 332 passes through the reinforced portion 331 and the sliding portion 33. At least one reinforced bolt 7 according to the number of the at least one reinforced threaded hole 332 is provided to threadedly engage the reinforced threaded hole 332 and abut against the inner surface of the second sliding track 21. At least one reinforced bolt 7 reinforces the connection between each fining portion 31 and the sliding frame 2 more tightly and firmly, and the reinforced portion 331 strengthens the force-bearing capacity of the sliding portion 33, as shown in FIG.1 and FIG. 4.
For the stability of placing the wheel of thc two-wheeler, the positioning member 4 has a limiting groove 43 encircled on the outer surface of the 25 positioning member 4 for retaining a wheel frame of the two-wheeler 100. When placing the two-wheeler, the positioning member 4 pass through the wheel, and the wheel is attached to the limiting groove 43, so that the two-wheeler is stably placed and hung on the limiting groove 43, as shown in FIG. 4. The block 82 has a second concave portion 821 corresponding to the convex portion 213 of the second hook portion 211, so that the convex portion 213 and the second concave portion 821 can fittingly engage together. and therefore limit the support rod 3 from over-displacement and sliding out of the second sliding track 21.

  1. CLAIMSWhat is claimed is: 1. A sliding wall-mounting rack, for providing at least one two-wheeler hanging arrangement, comprising: a wall-mounting unit, mounted on a wall and including two brackets and a sliding frame, wherein the two brackets are respectively fixed on the wall with two ends, and each of the two brackets includes two first hook portions, each of the two first hook portion has one end connected to the bracket and one end curved toward the other first hook portion to form a first sliding track, and the sliding frame is movable sliding in the first sliding track; Avhcrein, the sliding frame includes a second sliding track opposite to the bracket; and a plurality of lever units, respectively movably disposed the second sliding track of the sliding frame and slid within the second sliding track; wherein the lever unit includel a support rod and positioning member, he support rod has a first end slidingly engaged in the second sliding track, and a second end extended outward opposite to the second sliding track; wherein the positioning member is hollow and has a sliding space, a sliding open communicated with the sliding space, the positioning member is detachably sleeved on the second end of the support rod, and the positioning member is adjustable to move left and right relative to the support rod.

The sliding wall-mounting rack according to claim 1, wherein the bracket includes two fastening sections and a connecting section, each fastening section has at least one fastening hole and at least one screw corresponding to the fastening hole to threadedly fix on the wall: the connecting section is connected between the two fastening sections and between the two first hook portions.

The sliding wall-mounting rack according to claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the first hook portion has at least one limiting threaded hole and at least one limiting screw corresponding to the limiting threaded hole; wherein the limiting screw limits the sliding frame from slipping left or right.

The sliding wall-mounting rack according to claim 1, wherein the second sliding track includes two second hook portions and a track portion, the second hook portion has a positioning convex portion, the first end of the support rod has a fitting portion corresponding to the two second hook portions, and the fitting portion has a concave portion corresponding to the convex portion, so that the convex portion and the concave portion fittingly engage together.
    5. The sliding wall-mounting rack according to claim 2, wherein the support rod has a sliding portion, a positioning portion and an extending portion between the sliding portion and the positioning portion; wherein, the sliding portion has at least one reinforced threaded hole and at least one reinforced bolt for threadedly engaging the sliding portion with the second sliding track: wherein, the positioning portion is cylindrical, the positioning member is sleeved on the positioning portion, and the positioning portion being moved within the sliding space.
    6. The sliding wall-mounting rack according to claim I, wherein the positioning member has a limiting groove encircled on the outer surface of the positioning member for retaining a wheel frame of the two-wheeler.

The sliding wall-mounting rack according to claim 4, including two closing members located at two ends of the second sliding track: wherein the closing member includes a shield and two blacks; wherein the shield matches the shape of the sliding frame, and the two blocks match the shape of the second hook portion and the track portion of the second sliding track; wherein the block has a second concave portion corresponding to the convex portion, so that the convex portion and the second concave portion can fittingly engage together.
    8. The sliding wall-mounting rack according to claim 4, wherein the upper side of the support rod and the fittihg portion form a recessed space, when the fitting portion slides into the second sliding track, the convex portion engages with recessed space. so that the second sliding track covers the fitting portion.
    9. The sliding wall-mounting rack according to claim 5, wherein the extending portion of the support rod is tilted up from the sliding portion to the positioning portion.
    10. The sliding wall-mounting rack according to claim 5, wherein the sliding portion of the support rod has a reinforced portion, and the reinforced threaded hole passes through the reinforced portion and the sliding portion; wherein the reinforced bolt threadedly engages the reinforced threaded hole and abut against the inner surface of the second sliding track.
    11. The sliding wall-mounting rack according to claim 1, wherein the positioning member includes a side open communicated with the sliding space and the sliding open, and the inner side of the positioning member has a first threaded segment annularly disposed near the side open, and a cap is detachable and threadedly engaged with the first threaded segment through a second threaded segment and cover the side open.
