Abstract

Provided are a lamp, a quick-docking junction box, and a mounting method therefor. The quick-docking junction box comprises a male docking element and a female docking element, wherein the male docking element comprises a male electrical connection part and a male docking shell, the male electrical connection part being arranged at the male docking shell; and the female docking element comprises a female electrical connection part and a female docking shell, the female electrical connection part being arranged at the female docking shell. The male electrical connection part and the female electrical connection part can be docked for electrical connection of the male docking element and the female docking element, such that a driver for a lamp body is detachably connected to the lamp body.

Lamp, Quick-Docking Junction Box, and Mounting Method Therefor
BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION FIELD OF INVENTION
[0001] The invention relates to the field of lamps, in particular to a lamp, a quick-docking junction box and a mounting method therefor.
DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ARTS
[0002] People's production and life are inseparable from light fixture, and installation of light fixture is also a problem that people will always encounter. [0004] Referring to Fig. 1, the interface of the bare wire 3P on the conventional ceiling 6P are tightly wrapped with insulating tape or wiring cap to prevent electric leakage of the wire. In the process of installing the light fixture body 4P, first, disconnect the voltage of the outer circuit 3P, otherwise it will cause danger to people and property during the installation process; secondly, assemble the light fixture body driver junction box 1P on the light fixture body 4P. Claims (43)

  1. WHAT IS CLAIMED IS: I. A quick-docking junction box, adapted for connecting an external circuit and a wire of a lamp body, characterized in that, comprising: a male docking element, wherein said male docking element comprises a male electrical connection part and a male docking shell, wherein said male electrical connection part is placed in said male docking shell; and a female docking element, wherein said female docking element comprises a female electrical connection part and a female docking shell, wherein said female electrical connection part is placed in said female docking shell, wherein said male to electrical connection part and said female electrical connection part allow butting to electrically connect said male docking element and said female docking element, so that the lamp body driver is detachably connected to the lamp body.
  2. 2. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim I, further comprising a mounting portion, wherein said mounting portion is mounted on said male electrical connection part of said male docking element and said female docking element, wherein said mounting portion detachably connects said male docking element and said female docking element.
  3. 3. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 2, wherein said female electrical connection part comprises a first female electrical connection end and a second female electrical connection end arranged thereon, wherein said male electrical connection part comprises a first male electrical connection end and a second male electrical connection end arranged thereon, wherein said first male electrical connection end of said male electrical connection part is electrically connected by said first female electrical connection end in an openable and closable manner
  4. 4. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 2, wherein said male docking element and said female docking element are allowed to be electrically connected in a straight-push manner and are locked and buckled by said mounting portion.
  5. 5. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 2, wherein said male docking element and said female docking element are allowed to be electrically connected in a straight-push manner, and said male docking element and said female docking element are locked and buckled by said mounting portion with a button.
  6. 6. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 1, wherein said female docking element further comprises a lamp body driver, wherein said lamp body driver is accommodated by said female docking shell, allowing said lamp body driver to be detachably connected to the lamp body.
  7. 7. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in any of claims 2-6, wherein said mounting portion comprises a first limiting element and a second limiting element, wherein said first limiting element is arranged on said male docking element, wherein said second limiting element is arranged on said female docking element, wherein said first limiting element and said second limiting element are detachably snapped to butt said male docking element and said female docking element.
  8. 8. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 7, wherein said female electrical connection part comprises a first female electrical connection end and a second female electrical connection end, wherein said first female electrical connection end of said female electrical connection part and said second limiting element are radially arranged, wherein said first male electrical connection end of said male electrical connection part and said first limiting element are arranged radially, wherein said first female electrical connection end and said first male electrical connection end, said first limiting element and said second limiting element are allowed to be butted in a matched manner.
  9. 9. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 7, wherein said first limiting element is an elastically deformable buckle, wherein said first limiting element is buckled on said second limiting element in an elastically deformable manner.
  10. 10. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 7, wherein said second limiting element is an elastically deformable buckle, wherein said second limiting element is buckled on said first limiting element in an elastically deformable manner.
  11. 11. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 7, wherein said second limiting element is a buckle, wherein said second limiting element is buckled on said first limiting element in a straight-buckle manner.
  12. 12. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 7, wherein said first limiting element is a buckle, wherein said first limiting element is buckled on said second limiting element in a straight-buckle manner.
  13. 13. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 7, wherein said female docking shell comprises a female shell having a female docking cavity defined by said female shell, and a first female docking port and a second female wire port connecting and communicating said female docking cavity and an external space, wherein said female electrical connection part is allowed to be conducted from said first female docking port and said second female wire port, wherein said male docking shell comprises a male shell having a male docking cavity defined by said male shell, and a first male docking port and a second male wire port connecting and communicating said male docking cavity and said external space, wherein said male electrical connection part is conducted from said first male docking port and said second male wire port, wherein said first limiting element is held on said first male docking port, wherein said second limiting element is held on said first female docking port, wherein said first male electrical connection end and said first female electrical connection end, said first limiting element and said second limiting element are allowed to butt in the same direction.
  14. 14. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 10, wherein said second limiting element allows guiding said first limiting element to drive said second limiting element to reciprocate radially, so as to drive said first limiting element and said second limiting element to detachably buckle.
  15. 15. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 14, wherein said second limiting element comprises a second extending arm, a second limiting protrusion and a second supporting body, wherein said second extending arm is elastically reciprocated from said second supporting body in the radial direction of said female docking element, wherein said second limiting protrusion is formed on said second extending arm, wherein to said first limiting element comprises a first snap arm and a first latching portion, wherein said latching portion extends radially from said first snap arm, when said first limiting element and said second limiting element are butted in a straight-push manner, said second limiting protrusion is pushed by said first latching portion to be close to the axial direction of said female docking element, so as to drive said second extending arm to elastically deform, and drive said first latching portion and said second limiting protrusion to be buckled.
  16. 16. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 9, wherein said first limiting element allows guiding said second limiting element to drive said first limiting element to reciprocate radially, so as to drive said first limiting element and said second limiting element to detachably buckle.
  17. 17. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 16, wherein said first limiting element comprises a first snap arm, a first connecting portion and a first supporting body, wherein said first snap arm is connected to said first supporting body through said first connecting portion, wherein said first snap arm allows reciprocating elastic movement relative to said first supporting body in the radial direction of said male docking element, wherein said first snap arm protrudes from said first connecting portion, wherein said second limiting element comprises a second blocking wall and a second supporting body, and has a second limiting space and a second open-close groove arranged thereon, wherein said second blocking wall extends from said second supporting body, wherein said first snap arm is embedded in said second limiting space and blocked by said second blocking wall to be snapped into said second open-close groove and exposed to the surface of said female docking shell through said second open-close groove, so as to drive said first limiting element and said second limiting element to buckle.
  18. 18. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 17, wherein said second blocking wall guides said first snap arm to elastically deform, wherein said first limiting element is elastically deformed by said second limiting element in a straight-push manner.
  19. 19. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 17, wherein said second to blocking wall guides said first snap arm to elastically deform, wherein said first limiting element is elastically deformed by said second limiting element in a straight-push manner.
  20. 20. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 16, wherein said first limiting element and said second limiting element are allowed to disengage by pressing said first snap arm.
  21. 21. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 12, wherein said first limiting element is a buckle, wherein said second limiting element comprises a second supporting body and a second limiting protrusion, wherein said limiting protrusion protrudes from said second supporting body, and when said first limiting element and said second limiting element are engaged, the said limiting element is capable of locking and buckling said second limiting protrusion of said second limiting element.
  22. 22. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 6, wherein said male electrical connection part further comprises a male latching element and a male guide guard. Said male latching element is arranged on said second male electrical connection end for connecting the wire of the external circuit in a latching manner, and said male guide guard accommodates said first male electrical connection end.
  23. 23. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 22, wherein said male latching element allows to press said second male electrical connection end by a screw locking and a pressing latch.
  24. 24. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 22, wherein said male docking shell further comprises a male cover and a male wire end, wherein said male cover further comprises a male cover main body and a male movable element. Said male movable element is held at said second male wire port of said male docking shell, wherein said male cover is opened and closed to define said second male wire port, wherein said male wire end is held at said second male wire port of said male docking to shell, wherein said male movable element is opened and closed to define said second male wire port.
  25. 25. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 24, wherein the male movable element movably defines the size of the second male wire port.
  26. 26. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 6, wherein said female docking shell further comprises a female cover and a female wire end, wherein said female wire end is held at said second female wire port of said female docking shell 22, wherein said female cover is opened and closed to define said second female wire port.
  27. 27. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 26, wherein said female latching element allows to press said second female electrical connection end by a screw locking and a pressing latch.
  28. 28. The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 26, wherein said female electrical connection part further comprises a female latching element and a female guide guard. Said female latching element is disposed on said second female electrical connection end for connecting the circuit of the power connection circuit in a latching manner. Said female guide guard is disposed at said first female electrical connection end, wherein said female guide guard accommodates said first female electrical connection end.

The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 6, wherein said first limiting element is limited to the side wall of said male docking element, wherein said second limiting element is limited to the side wall of said female docking element, and said first limiting element and said second limiting element are dockable hold.

The quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 6, wherein said first limiting element is limited to the side wall of said male electrical connection part, wherein said second limiting element is correspondingly limited to the side wall of said female electrical connection part, and said first limiting element and said second limiting element are dockable hold.to

A lamp, connectable to a wire of an external circuit, characterized in that, comprising: a lamp body; and a quick-docking junction box, which comprises: a male docking element, wherein said male docking element comprises a male electrical connection part and a male docking shell, wherein said male electrical connection part is received by said male docking shell; and a female docking element, wherein said female docking element comprises a female electrical connection part, a lamp body driver and a female docking shell, wherein said female electrical connection part and said lamp body driver are accommodated by said female docking shell, wherein said lamp body driver is allowed to be detachably connected to said lamp to electrically connect said male docking element and said female docking element for said lamp body driver to be detachably connected to said lamp body.
  32. 32. The lamp, as recited in claim 31, further comprising a mounting portion, wherein said mounting portion is mounted on said male electrical connection part of said male docking element and said female electrical connection part of said female docking element, wherein said mounting portion is detachably connected to said male docking element and said female docking element.
  33. 33. The lamp, as recited in claim 32, wherein said female electrical connection part comprises a first female electrical connection end and a second female electrical connection end arranged thereon, wherein said male electrical connection part comprises a first male electrical connection end and a second male electrical connection end arranged thereon, wherein said first male electrical connection end of said male electrical to connection part is electrically connected by said first female electrical connection end in an openable and closable manner.
  34. 34. The lamp, as recited in claim 32, wherein said male docking element and said female docking element are allowed to be electrically connected in a straight-push manner and are locked and buckled by said mounting portion.
  35. 35. The lamp, as recited in claim 32, wherein said male docking element and said female docking element are allowed to be electrically connected in a straight-push manner, and said male docking element and said female docking element are locked and buckled by said mounting portion with a button.
  36. 36. The lamp, as recited in said any of claims 32-35, wherein said mounting portion comprises a first limiting element and a second limiting element, wherein said first limiting element is arranged on said male docking element, wherein said second limiting element is arranged on said female docking element, wherein said first limiting element and said second limiting element are detachably snapped to butt said male docking element and said female docking element.
  37. 37. A mounting method for a quick-docking junction box, characterized in that, comprising the following steps: (A) presetting a male docking element connected with a wire of an external circuit and a female docking element connected with a lamp body; and (B) matching and connecting a first male electrical connection end of said male docking element and a female electrical connection end of a female docking element.
  38. 38. The mounting method of the quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 37, the step (B) of the mounting method of the quick-docking junction box further comprising the following step: (B.0) pushing said first male electrical connection end of said male docking element and said female electrical connection end of said female docking element to to embed in a straight-push manner, so as to electrically connect said male docking element and said female docking element.
  39. 39. The mounting method of the quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 37, the step (B) of the mounting method of the quick-docking junction box further comprising the following steps: (B. I) aligning said first male electrical connection end of said male docking element and said female electrical connection end of said female docking element toward each other; and (B.2) pushing a first limiting element provided on said male docking element to engage with said second limiting element provided on said female docking element, so as to snap said male docking element and said female docking element.
  40. 40. The mounting method of the quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 37, the step (A) of the mounting method of the quick-docking junction box further comprising the following steps: (A.1) embedding said wire of said external circuit to said second male electrical connection end of said male docking element; and (A.2) Pressing said wire of said external circuit to said second male electrical connection end.
  41. 41. The mounting method of the quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 40, the step (A.2) of the mounting method of the quick-docking junction box further comprising the following step: (A.2.1) restricting said wire of said external circuit to said second male electrical connection end in a locking snap manner.
  42. 42. The mounting method of the quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 40, the step (A.2) of the mounting method of the quick-docking junction box further comprising the following step: (A.2.I') restricting said wire of said external circuit to said second male electrical connection end in a pressing snap manner.
  43. 43. The mounting method of the quick-docking junction box, as recited in claim 39, the step (B.2) after of the mounting method of the quick-docking junction box further comprising the following step: (B.3) snapping said first limiting element to said first limiting element with a button.
