SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
[0004] When a horizontal external force due to, for example, an earthquake is applied to the building, the exterior wall base member is also deformed following the interlayer deformation of the building framework At this time, when the exterior wall member is displaced following the deformation of the exterior wall base member, the exterior wall member may be damaged by collision between the exterior wall members, or the exterior wall member may fall off from the exterior wall attachment fitting.
[0005] In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide an exterior wall member attachment member, a lower end exterior wall member attachment member, and an exterior wall member attachment structure that can prevent the exterior wall member from being damaged or falling off even when a horizontal external force is applied to a building.
SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEMS
[0006] An exterior wall attachment member of the present invention that when exterior wall members each formed in a flat plate shape, and having an upper end protruding portion having an interior upper end protruding upward, a lower end protruding portion having an exterior lower end protruding downward, and a back side protruding portion having an interior lower end protruding downward, the back side protruding portion being shorter than the lower end protruding portion, are disposes side by side in a vertical direction, retains an abutting portion of the upper and lower exterior wall members, and attaches the abutting portion to an exterior wall base member, the exterior wall attachment member comprising: a base portion having at least one screw insertion hole, and fixed to the exterior wall base member by inserting a screw into only one screw insertion hole among the screw insertion holes and driving the screw into the exterior wall base member; a first holding portion which sandwiches and retains the back side protruding portion of the upper exterior wall member from an exterior side and an interior side; and a second holding portion which sandwiches and retains the upper end protruding portion of the lower exterior wall member from an exterior side and an interior side.
[0007] The exterior wall attachment member of the present invention, wherein the base portion has the plurality of screw insertion holes side by side in a horizontal direction [0008] A lower end exterior wall attachment member of the present invention that when exterior wall members each formed in a flat plate shape, and having an upper end protruding portion having an exterior upper end protruding upward, a lower end protruding portion having an exterior lower end protruding downward, and a back side protruding portion having an interior lower end protruding downward, the back side protruding portion being shorter than the lower end protruding portion, are disposed side by side in a vertical direction, retains the back side protruding portion of the lowermost exterior wall member, and attaches the back side protruding portion to an exterior wall base member, the lower end exterior wall attachment member comprising: a base portion having at least one screw insertion hole, and fixed to the exterior wall base member by inserting a screw into only one screw insertion hole among the screw insertion holes and driving the screw into the exterior wall base member; and a third holding portion which sandwiches and retains the back side protruding portion of the upper exterior wall member from an exterior side and an interior side [0009] An exterior wall member attachment structure of the present invention, wherein the back side protruding portion of the lowermost exterior wall member is attached to the exterior wall base member by the lower end exterior wall attachment member, and the back side protruding portion of the upper exterior wall member and the upper end protruding portion of the lower exterior wall member at the abutting portion of the upper and lower exterior wall members are attached to an exterior wall base member by the exterior wall attachment member.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
[0010] According to the exterior wall member attachment member of the present invention, the back side protruding portion of the upper exterior wall member is sandwiched and retained from the exterior side and the interior side by the first holding portion. The upper end protruding portion of the lower exterior wall member is sandwiched and retained from the exterior side and the interior side by the second holding portion. As described above, since the first holding portion sandwiches and retains the back side protruding portion from the exterior side and the interior side, and the second holding portion sandwiches and retains the upper end protruding portion from the exterior side and the interior side, the exterior wall member is allowed to be slightly displaced in the in-plane direction In addition, since the base portion is fixed by inserting a screw into only one screw insertion hole among the screw insertion holes and driving the screw into the exterior wall base member, the exterior wall member attachment member is allowed to rotate about the screw. Therefore, following interlayer deformation of a building framework due to, for example, an earthquake or the like, even when the exterior wall base member is displaced, the exterior wall member attachment member can rotate relative to the exterior wall base member, and the exterior wall member slides smoothly in the horizontal direction while maintaining the posture to follow the displacement of the exterior wall base member, so that it is possible to absorb the inclination of the building due to the earthquake, and prevent the exterior wall member from being damaged or falling off.
[0011] Furthermore, according to the exterior wall member attachment member of the present invention, since the base portion has a plurality of screw insertion holes side by side in the horizontal direction, the position where the exterior wall member attachment member is disposed can be shifted so as not to interfere with another member such as a backup member of a vertical joint [0012] According to the lower end exterior wall member attachment member of the present invention, the back side protruding portion of the lowermost exterior wall member is sandwiched and retained from the exterior side and the interior side by the third holding portion. In the upper end protruding portion of the lowermost exterior wall member, since the second holding portion of the above-mentioned exterior wall member attachment member sandwiches and retains the upper end protruding portion from the exterior side and the interior side, the exterior wall member is allowed to be slightly displaced in the in-plane direction. Since the base portion is fixed by inserting a screw into only one screw insertion hole among the screw insertion holes and driving the screw into the exterior wall base member, the lower end exterior wall member attachment member is allowed to rotate about the screw. Therefore, following interlayer deformation of a building framework due to, for example, an earthquake or the like, even when the exterior wall base member is displaced, the lower end exterior wall member attachment member can rotate relative to the exterior wall base member, and the lowermost exterior wall member slides smoothly in the horizontal direction while maintaining the posture to follow the displacement of the exterior wall base member, so that it is possible to absorb the inclination of the building due to the earthquake, and prevent the exterior wall member from being damaged or falling off [0013] According to the exterior wall member attachment structure of the present invention, since the back side protruding portion of the lowermost exterior wall member is attached to the exterior wall base member by the lower end exterior wall member attachment member, and the back side protruding portion of the upper exterior wall member and the upper end protruding portion of the lower exterior wall member at the abutting portion of the upper and lower exterior wall members are attached to the exterior wall base member by the exterior wall member attachment member, when interlayer deformation occurs due to an earthquake or the like, the exterior wall member smoothly is slid, and follows the displacement of the exterior wall base member, so that it is possible to absorb the inclination of the building due to the earthquake, and prevent the exterior wall member from being damaged or falling off

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0015] Hereinafter, embodiments of an exterior wall member attachment member 1, a lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2, and an exterior wall attachment structure 3 according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The exterior wall member attachment member 1 and the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 are fittings for attaching an exterior wall member 4 to an exterior wall base member 5 formed by stretching a waterproof moisture-permeable sheet on a surface of plywood fixed to a framework of a building. Plywood is practically used as the exterior wall base member 5, but the face material may not be used as the exterior wall base member 5. A rod-like member such as a column member or a body edge can also be used as the base member.
[0016] As illustrated in Fig. 1, the exterior wall member 4 is an exterior wall member formed in a flat plate shape. Examples of the exterior wall member include ceramic-based exterior wall members such as ceramic exterior wall members, metal-based exterior wall members, wood-based exterior wall members, and synthetic resin-based siding materials. The material of the exterior wall member is not limited to the above materials. The exterior wall member 4 includes an upper end protruding portion 41 having an interior upper end protruding upward, a lower end protruding portion 42 having an exterior lower end protruding downward, and a back side protruding portion 43 having an interior lower end protruding downward, where the back side protruding portion 43 is shorter than the lower end protruding portion 42. The exterior wall members 4 are disposed side by side in the vertical direction, and the upper end protruding portion 41 of the lower exterior wall member 4 is disposed to overlap the interior side of the lower end protruding portion 42 of the upper exterior wall member 4. An exterior wall member attachment member 1 to be described later is disposed at an abutting portion of the upper and lower exterior wall members 4, and attaches the upper and lower exterior wall members 4 to the exterior wall base member 5. A lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 to be described later is disposed at a lowermost lower end of the exterior wall member 4, and attaches the lowermost exterior wall member 4 to the exterior wall base member 5. On the exterior face, the exterior wall member 4 has the exterior face provided with an uneven design pattern, and a back face formed flat.
[0017] The exterior wall member 4 is formed to have, for example, about 300 mm in the height direction, a maximum of about 2000 mm in the width direction, and a thickness of about 18.5 mm. The length in the width direction varies depending on the position where the exterior wall member 4 is installed. Specifically, in the case of being installed beside a door or window fixture such as an opening or a front door, or in the case of being installed on an exterior wall face having an in-plane length of less than 2000 mm, for the exterior wall member 4, for example, the exterior wall member 4 having dimensions of about 500 mm, about 1000 mm, and about 1500 mm in the width direction is used. The plurality of exterior wall members 4 is disposed side by side in the height direction and the width direction. The dimension of the exterior wall member 4 is not limited thereto, and may be a dimension of a general exterior wall member.
[0018] As illustrated in Figs. 2 and 3, the exterior wall member attachment member 1 includes a base portion 6 formed in a rectangular flat plate shape and disposed so as to contact the exterior wall base member 5, a pair of side plate portions 7 having a vertical plate shape and extending in the exterior direction from both side edges of the base portion 6 in the horizontal direction, a horizontal plate portion 8 extending from a lower end edge of the base portion 6 in the exterior direction, a pair of side extension portions 9 extending in directions away from the exterior edges of the pair of side plate portions 7, a first holding portion 10 which sandwiches and retains the back side protruding portion 43 of the upper exterior wall member 4 from the exterior side and the interior side, and a second holding portion 11 which sandwiches and retains the upper end protruding portion 41 of the lower exterior wall member 4 from the exterior side and the interior side. The exterior wall member attachment member 1 is formed by bending a stainless steel plate having a thickness of, for example, about 1 mm, and triangular ribs 23 are formed between the base portion 6 and the side plate portion 7 and between the base portion 6 and the horizontal plate portion 8 to reinforce the bent portion.
[0019] In base portion 6, three screw insertion holes 20 are disposed at equal intervals in the horizontal direction. The screw insertion hole 20 is a through hole having a size into which the screw portion of the screw 22 can be inserted and having a smaller diameter than the screw head. The side plate portion 7 is bent at a right angle from both side edges of the base portion 6 and extends in the exterior direction, the side extension portions 9 is bent at a right angle from the exterior edge of the side plate portion 7, and the side extension portions 9 is formed so as to be parallel to the back face of the exterior wall member 4. The horizontal plate portion 8 is formed horizontally by being bent at a right angle from the lower end edge of the base portion 6, and is also orthogonal to the lower end of the side plate portion 7.
[0020] The first holding portion 10 includes a first pressing piece 12 formed to be curved in the side extension portion 9, and a first receiving portion 13 formed at the center of an exterior end of the horizontal plate portion 8. The first pressing piece 12 is formed such that part of the lower portion of the side extension portion 9 is curved so as to bulge in the exterior direction. The first receiving portion 13 protrudes from the center of the horizontal plate portion 8 and protrudes in the exterior direction further than the first pressing piece 12, and a distal end thereof is curved upward. As illustrated in Fig. 5, the first pressing piece 12 contacts the interior face of the back side protruding portion 43 formed at the lower end of the exterior wall member 4. In addition, the first receiving portion 13 contacts the lower face and the exterior face of the back side protruding portion 43. At this time, the first pressing piece 12 is elastically deformed to press the interior face of the back side protruding portion 43 toward the exterior direction. As described above, in the first holding portion 10, the first pressing piece 12 presses the interior face of the back side protruding portion 43 in the exterior direction, and the first receiving portion 13 contacts the exterior face of the back side protruding portion 43, so that the back side protruding portion 43 can be sandwiched and retained from the exterior side and the interior side.
[0021] The second holding portion 11 includes a second receiving portion 14 formed to be bent downward from an exterior end of the horizontal plate portion 8, and a second pressing portion 15 disposed below the horizontal plate portion 8 and extending in the exterior direction, and having distal ends bent and extending in a direction away from each other. The second receiving portion 14 is formed to protrude in the exterior direction further than the second pressing portion 15. As illustrated in Fig. 5, the second receiving portion 14 contacts an exterior face of the upper end protruding portion 41 formed on an upper end of the exterior wall member 4. In addition, the second pressing portion 15 contacts an interior face of the upper end protruding portion 41 At this time, the second receiving portion 14 is elastically deformed to press the exterior face of the upper end protruding portion 41, and can sandwich and retain the upper end protruding portion 41 of the lower exterior wall member 4 from the exterior side and the interior side.
[0022] The lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 is a member that serves only as an upper portion of the exterior wall member attachment member 1 described above. Portions having the same shape as the exterior wall member attachment member 1 and playing the same role as the exterior wall member attachment member 1 are denoted by the same names and reference numerals, and a detailed description thereof is omitted [0023] As illustrated in Fig 6, the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 includes a base portion 6 formed in a rectangular flat plate shape and disposed so as to contact the exterior wall base member 5, a pair of side plate portions 7 having a vertical plate shape and extending in the exterior direction from both side edges of the base portion 6 in the horizontal direction, a horizontal plate portion 8 extending from a lower end edge of the base portion 6 in the exterior direction, a pair of side extension portions 9 extending in directions away from the exterior edges of the pair of side plate portions 7, and a third holding portion 16 which sandwiches and retains the back side protruding portion 43 of the lowermost exterior wall member 4 from the exterior side and the interior side. As in the exterior wall member attachment member I, the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 is formed by bending a stainless steel plate having a thickness of, for example, about 1 mm, and triangular ribs 23 are formed between the base portion 6 and the side plate portion 7 and between the base portion 6 and the horizontal plate portion 8 to reinforce the bent portion.
[0024] In the base portion 6 of the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2, three screw insertion holes 20 similar to those of the exterior wall member attachment member 1 are disposed side by side at equal intervals in the horizontal direction. The side plate portions 7, the side extension portions 9, and the horizontal plate portion 8 have the configurations same as those of the exterior wall attachment portion. Reinforcing ribs 17 are formed on a lower face of horizontal plate portion 8. The third holding portion 16 includes a third pressing piece 18 having the same configuration as the first pressing piece 12 and a third receiving portion 19 having the same configuration as the first receiving portion 13. As illustrated in Fig. 7, the third pressing piece 18 contacts the interior face of the back side protruding portion 43 formed at the lower end of the lowermost exterior wall member 4, and the third receiving portion 19 contacts the lower face and the exterior face of the back side protruding portion 43 of the lowermost exterior wall member 4. The third pressing piece 18 is elastically deformed to press an interior face of the back side protruding portion 43 in the exterior direction, and, in the third holding portion 16, the third pressing piece 18 presses the interior face of the back side protruding portion 43 in the exterior direction, and the third receiving portion 19 contacts the exterior face of the back side protruding portion 43, and sandwiches and retains the back side protruding portion 43 from the exterior side and the interior side.
[0025] The exterior wall attachment structure 3 for attaching the exterior wall member 4 to the exterior wall base member 5 is constructed from the lowermost end exterior wall member 4. First, as illustrated in Fig. 7, the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 is disposed at a position where the exterior wall base members is positioned in advance, and the screw 22 is driven into the exterior wall base member 5 through a screw insertion hole 20 formed in the base portion 6 of the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 to fix the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2. At this time, among three screw insertion holes 20 formed side by side in the horizontal direction, the screw 22 is driven into only one screw insertion hole 20 at a position where a base square member 21_ such as a column member is provided on the interior side of the exterior wall base member 5, and the screw 22 is driven into the base square member 21 through the exterior wall base member 5. [0026] Then, next, the back side protruding portion 43 of the lowermost exterior wall member 4 is inserted into the third holding portion 16 of the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 fixed to the exterior wall base member S. At this time, as illustrated in Fig. 8, the second holding portion 11 of the exterior wall member attachment member 1 may be previously fitted into the upper end protruding portion 41 of the lowermost exterior wall member 4. When the back side protruding portion 43 is inserted into the third holding portion 16, the third pressing piece 1_8 is slightly elastically deformed and widened in a direction away from the third receiving portion 19, and sandwiches and retains the back side protruding portion 43 from the exterior side and the interior side. Then, next, the second holding portion 11 sandwiches and retains the upper end protruding portion 41 of the lowermost exterior wall member 4, the screw 22 is driven into the exterior wall base member S through the screw insertion hole 20 formed in the base portion 6 of the exterior wall member attachment member 1 disposed at the upper end protruding portion 41 to fix the exterior wall member attachment member 1, and the upper end of the exterior wall member 4 is attached to the exterior wall base member 5. At this time, among three screw insertion holes 20 formed side by side in the horizontal direction, the screw 22 is driven into only one screw insertion hole 20 at a position where the base square member 21 such as a column member is provided on the interior side of the exterior wall base member 5, and the screw 22 is driven into the base square member 21 through the exterior wall base member 5.
[0027] Then, the second holding portion 11 sandwiches and retains the upper end protruding portion 41 of the exterior wall member 4 disposed directly on the lowermost exterior wall member 4, the exterior wall member attachment member 1 is disposed at the upper end protruding portion 41, and the back side protruding portion 43 of the upper exterior wall member 4 is inserted into the first holding portion 10 of the exterior wall member attachment member 1 fixed to the exterior wall base member 5. When the back side protmding portion 43 is inserted into the first holding portion 10, the first pressing piece 12 is slightly elastically deformed and widened in a direction away from the first receiving portion 13, and sandwiches and retains the back side protruding portion 43 from the exterior side and the interior side. Then, the screw 22 is driven into the exterior wall base member 5 through only one of the screw insertion holes 20 formed in the base portion 6 of the exterior wall member attachment member 1 disposed at the upper end protruding portion 41 of the upper exterior wall member 4 to fix the exterior wall member attachment member 1, and attaches the upper end of the exterior wall member 4 to the exterior wall base member 5. Then, as illustrated in Fig. 4, by repeating the above steps, the exterior wall member 4 is sequentially attached to the exterior wall base member 5 from the lower side to the upper side to complete the exterior wall face.
[0028] As described above, in the exterior wall attachment structure 3, the back side protruding portion 43 of the lowermost exterior wall member 4 is attached to the exterior wall base member 5 by the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2, and the back side protruding portion 43 of the upper exterior wall member 4 and the upper end protruding portion 41 of the lower exterior wall member 4 at the abutting portion of the upper and lower exterior wall members 4 are attached to the exterior wall base member 5 by the exterior wall member attachment member 1.
[0029] In the exterior wall attachment structure 3, since the three screw insertion holes 20 formed in the base portion 6 of each of the exterior wall member attachment member 1 and the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 are disposed side by side in the horizontal direction, as illustrated in Fig. 9, even when a position of the base square member 21 disposed on the interior side of the exterior wall base member 5, and another member, for example, the sealing backup member 24 are adjacent, the exterior wall member attachment member 1 and the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 can be disposed so as not to interfere with another member by selecting a position of the screw insertion hole 20 of each of the exterior wall member attachment member 1 and the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2.
[0030] The first holding portion 10 and the second holding portion 11 of the exterior wall member attachment member 1 which retain the exterior wall member 4, and the third holding portion 16 of the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 each sandwich and retain the back side protruding portion 43 and the upper end protruding portion 41 of the exterior wall member 4 from the interior side and the exterior side, so that the exterior wall member 4 is allowed to be slightly displaced in the in-plane direction with respect to the exterior wall member attachment member 1 and the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2. Then, the exterior wall member attachment member 1 and the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 are fixed when the screw 22 is inserted only into one screw insertion hole 20 among the screw insertion holes 20 formed in the base portion 6, and the screw 22 is driven into the exterior wall base member 5, so that the exterior wall member attachment member 1 and the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 are allowed to rotate about the screw 22 [0031] Here, if the exterior wall member attachment member 1 and the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 are fixed by inserting the screws 22 into two or more positions of the screw insertion holes 20, as illustrated in Fig. 11, the exterior wall member attachment member 1 and the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 cannot rotate relative to the exterior wall base member 5, so that the deformation of the exterior wall base member 5 due to the interlayer deformation of the building cannot be absorbed, and there is a risk of breakage or falling off of the exterior wall member 4 [0032] In contrast, as illustrated in Fig 10, the exterior wall member attachment member 1 and the lower end exterior wall member attachment member 2 of the present embodiment are configured such that following interlayer deformation of a building framework due to, for example, an earthquake or the like, even when the exterior wall base member 5 is displaced, the exterior wall member attachment member 1 can rotate relative to the exterior wall base member 5, and the exterior wall member 4 slides smoothly in the horizontal direction while maintaining the posture to follow the displacement of the exterior wall base member 5, so that it is possible to absorb the inclination of the building due to the earthquake, and prevent the exterior wall member 4 from being damaged or falling off.
[0033] It goes without saying that the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the scope of the idea of the present invention.
