Abstract

A pull cord dimming system includes a lighting load and a dimmer for controlling the load. The load and the dimmer are connected in series between live and neutral wires of an AC source. The dimmer is a pull cord dimming system, wherein pulling the cord 3 of a pull switch arrangement 1 causes rotation of a cord reverse swing component 2, which actuates a micro switch 51 inside the pull cord dimmer to control the on/off/dimming of the load through signal recognition of the action of the micro switch. Different control signals are produced according to the duration of micro switch actuation, thereby to realize on/off switching and brightness adjustment of the lighting load.

Description

A NEW TYPE OF FULL CORD DIMMING SYSTEM
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of dimmer technology, and specifically, it involves a new type of pull cord dimming system.
Description of Related Art
Dimmer is widely used at home and abroad, for the purpose of satisfying people's different requirements for lighting brightness in different application scenarios and regulating atmosphere. Besides, by reducing the brightness of lights, it can save energy, reduce pollution and alleviate atmospheric warming to some extent.
At present, the cord switch on the market only has the function of switching lamps but does not have the dimming function. And the household dimmer on the market is mainly installed in the junction box, and chiefly uses the control method of manual rotation or manual push-type for dimming. Such an installation position and control method is relatively fixed, it is unable to change installation position according to the actual needs. In addition, for old buildings which have been wired and installed with cord switch, reinstalling dimmers requires changing the house wiring.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing technology, this product provides a new type of pull cord dimming system.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: A new type of pull cord dimming system, comprising a load and a dimmer for controlling the load. The cord reverse swing component which is rotatably installed in the housing.
The transmission assembly is installed in the housing, and is connected with the cord and the cord reverse swing component.
The dimming PCB assembly is installed in the housing, and the dimming PCB assembly is provided with the micro switch. The micro switch is arranged on the rotation path of the cord reverse swing component.
When the cord is pulled downward, it drives the cord reverse swing component to rotate around a central axis through the transmission assembly, so that the cord reverse swing component touches the micro switch, and sends out different control signals according to the duration of the touch.
According to above invention, the transmission assembly includes a cord fixing seat, a cord sliding guide component, and a first reset spring.
The cord fixing seat is installed in the housing, the bottom of the cord fixing seat is provided with a second opening, the side wall of the cord fixing seat is provided with a sliding groove and a rotating shaft, and the cord reverse swing component can be rotatably installed on the rotating shaft.

The transmission assembly includes a rotating component and a second return spring.
The rotating component is rotatably installed in the cord fixing seat and located below the cord sliding guide component. The middle of the rotating component is provided with a third opening. The rotating guide component is provided with a first guide slope, and the rotating guide seat is provided with a second guide slope. The first guide slope and the second guide slope have the same inclination angle.
