Abstract

A modular branding device is provided and comprises two or more parts.

Claims (24)

1. I. A modular branding device comprising two or more parts.
2. A branding device in which one or more parts, components, zones or areas of the device are replaceable and/or exchangeable.
3. A device as claimed in any preceding claim, in which the device is formed in two or more parts.
4. A device as claimed in any preceding claim, in which the device consists of two parts.
5. A device as claimed in any preceding claim, in which the parts are assembled or assemblage together.
6. A device as claimed in any preceding claim, comprising a constant, generic base or chassis part and an interchangeable, customised logo or brand-bearing part .
7. A device as claimed in any preceding claim, in which the parts of the device may be shaped so as to be a complementary fit.
8. A device as claimed in any preceding claim, in which a logo-bearing part is a push and/or snap fit into a body part.
9. A device as claimed in any preceding claim, in which parts are connected by geometric fit.
10. A device as claimed in any preceding claim, in which parts are connected using adhesion, bonding or the like.
11. A device as claimed in any preceding claim, in which the parts of the device are formed from different materials.
12. A device as claimed in any preceding claim, in which parts of the device are formed using different production techniques.
13. A device as claimed in any preceding claim, in which the device is formed as a body and an insert.
14. A device as claimed in claim 13, in which the insert is detachably attachable from the body.
15. A device as claimed in any preceding claim, in which the device is formed as a tag, tab, badge, zipper pull, or badge.
16. A branding device comprising a badge with an insert.
17. A modular branding badge comprising a metal badge with a rubber insert.
18. A branding device comprising a zip pull with an insert.
19. A modular zip pull comprising a metal zip pull with a rubber insert .
20. A device as claimed in any preceding claim, in which either or both sides of an insert are embossed.
21. A product provided with one or more devices as claimed in any preceding claim.
22. A product as claimed in claim 21 , selected from the group comprising computer equipment containers, bags, laptop computer bags, rucksacks, tablet cases, and clothing .
23. A method for producing a branding device comprising the steps of: i) forming a body part; and ii) forming a branding part.
24. A method as claimed in claim 30, further comprising the step of push fitting the branding part into the body part.
