Tobacco pipes and cigar and cigarette holders.-The mouthpiece 2 is formed with a chamber 9 into which fits a cylindrical or polygonal plug 3, the other end of which fits into a chamber 7 in the stem 1. A longitudinal conduit 10, in the mouthpiece 2 or the plug 3 or in both, communicates with a lateral air-inlet passage 11. In a modification, the plug 3 may be dispensed with, the mouthpiece 2 fitting upon a spigot on the stem 1.
