Abstract
The present invention relates to a filling or loading device with automatic regulation of the pressure of a circuit and/or system, e.g. of a heating or conditioning system.
Claims (10)
1. System filling device (2), preferably for loading a heating or conditioning system with a fluid, comprising: - a housing structure (10) provided with an inlet opening (7) which is intended to be fluidically connected with an external supply line of a fluid, with an outlet opening (8) which is intended to be fluidically connected with the system to be filled/loaded with said fluid, and with a discharge opening (9), - inside said housing structure (10) there is also defined a cavity (17) which is fluidically communicating with said inlet opening (7), with said outlet opening (8) and with said discharge opening (9), in said cavity (17) there being housed a valve (1 ) which is associated and/or provided with a control unit (3) and comprises a mobile member (1 1 ) which is inserted and is axially mobile inside said cavity between a first position of closing a fluidic passage towards said outlet opening (8) and a second position of opening said passage, and characterised by the fact that, inside said cavity (17), there are defined: - a first chamber (22) which is fluidically communicating with said inlet opening (7) , - a second chamber (23) which is fluidically communicating with said outlet opening (8), - said discharge opening (9), and by the fact that said mobile member (1 1 ) and said cavity (17) are configured such that: - in said first position of closing of the mobile member (1 1 ), said mobile member (1 1 ) fluidically isolates said first chamber (22) with respect to said second chamber (23) and, at the same time, allows a fluidic passage between said second chamber (23) and said discharge opening (9), - in said second position of opening of the mobile member (1 1 ), said mobile member allows a fluidic passage from said first chamber (22) to said second chamber (23) and, at the same time, fluidically isolates said second chamber (23) with respect to said discharge opening (9).

Device according to claim 1 , characterised by the fact that said first chamber (22) is fluidically communicating with said inlet opening (7) by means of an inlet channel (15) which is defined inside said housing structure (10) and by the fact that a pressure reduction valve (18) is inserted in said inlet channel (15).

Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised by the fact that said second chamber (23) is fluidically communicating with said outlet opening (8) by means of an outlet channel (16) which is defined inside said housing structure (10) and by the fact that at least one check valve (19â , 19â ) is inserted in said outlet channel (16) to thus define a protection group (20) to prevent the backflow of the fluid from the outlet opening (8) towards said cavity (17), preferably said protection group (20), which is inserted within the outlet channel (16) of the housing structure (10), comprises at least two check valves (19â , 19â ) placed in sequence and reciprocally spaced apart by a spacer element (21 ).

Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised by the fact that in said cavity (17) a third chamber (24) is also defined, which is interposed between said second chamber (23) and the discharge opening (9) and which remains always in fluidic communication with the discharge opening (9).

Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised by the fact that said second chamber (23) of the cavity (17) always remains in fluidic communication with an inlet zone (32) of the outlet channel (16) which is positioned upstream with respect to said at least one check valve (19â , 19â ), said inlet zone (32) of the outlet channel (16) being positioned above said second chamber (23).

Device according to the preceding claim, characterised by the fact that said inlet zone (32) of the outlet channel (16) which is positioned upstream with respect to said at least one check valve (19â , 19â ) is entirely interested by the termination (34) of a duct (25) of connection with said second chamber (23).

Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised by the fact that said two chambers (22, 23), or preferably said three chambers (22, 23, 24) are aligned and superimposed among themselves along the longitudinal extension direction of said cavity (17) and along the sliding/movement direction of the mobile member within said cavity (17), said first chamber (22) being positioned above the second chamber (23), which preferably is in turn positioned above the third chamber (24).

Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised by the fact that the mobile member (1 1 ) comprises a cursor, with a longitudinal extension, with a radially wider portion (26) and a radially narrower portion (27), said radially wider portion (26) defining the shutter of said valve (1 ).

Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised by the fact that said wider portion (26) of the mobile member (1 1 ) comprises: - a first section (26â ) configured to interact with the internal walls of the section (31 ) of said cavity (17) interposed between the first chamber (22) and the second chamber (23), - a second section (26â ) configured to interact with the internal walls of the third chamber (24) defined in said cavity (17).
10. Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised by the fact that said valve (1 ) is normally closed and comprises elastic means (28) acting on the mobile member (1 1 ) to push it towards said first position.
