Abstract

Disclosed is an electronic control common-rail-type heavy oil injector, comprising an oil injector body (1), an electro-hydraulic control member, and a nozzle member, wherein an annular groove (110) is provided in the middle of an outer side of a guide sleeve (8) in the electro-hydraulic control member, a transverse through hole is provided in the middle of the annular groove (110) and is in direct communication with a middle hole of the guide sleeve (8), and sealing rings (10) are arranged on two sides of the annular groove (110) to divide the interior of the oil injector body (1) into three cavities. Three annular grooves (111) are provided in a guide section of a control valve core (9), and the second annular groove (111) is in communication with the transverse through hole in the middle of the guide sleeve (8). An electromagnetic element is in contact with cooling oil, and a cooling oil way is isolated from a fuel oil way by means of dynamic sealing, static sealing and drainage, such that corrosion and thermal damage being caused to electronic elements by heavy oil can be effectively prevented; and a countersunk groove is provided in the middle of the top end of a metering hole plate (14), a ball valve seat guide sleeve (11) can be sleeved in the countersunk groove of the metering hole plate (14) and is in clearance fit with a ball valve seat (12), and the ball valve seat guide sleeve has certain guiding capacity for axial movement of the ball valve seat (12).
