Abstract

A law enforcement citizen safety transaction audit system comprises a cloud data storage Police Transaction Cloud Database Service (PTCDS) 1 to save the citizen interaction with the police for citizen safety auditing wherein a Unique Citizen Transaction Number (UCTN) 2 connects the citizen and police interaction event such that the Law Enforcement Information Service (LEIS) 3 will manage and distribute the information on request back to the citizen. The information data control is managed by means of a Police Mobile Application (PMA) 4 whereby the Police Badge Cam Device (PCD) 5, will transfer data to the Police Mobile Application (PMA) 4. The Citizen Biometrics (CB) 6 will acquire biometric data face voice for citizen person identification. The Police Identification Number (PIN) 7 used to certify and verify the police identity in addition to biometrics face, voice recognition. The Police Car VANET (PCV) 8 will be used to acquire citizen data such as car insurance and driving licence details. The Citizen Cloud Database Service (CCDS) 9 stores the live streamed events. The Citizen Data Package (CDP) 10 contain summary data of the citizen the information that the police request during police stops. The data management is by the application Citizen Mobile Application (CMA) 11 live streamed data is from the Citizen mobile camera and microphone device (MD) 12 automatic activation is by AI Citizen Distress (AICD) 13.

Description

Law Enforcement Citizen Safety Transaction Audit System
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a Law Enforcement Citizen Safety Transaction Audit System by networked computers processing systems with database cloud services.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
During police stops and police interactions with law enforcement proper procedure are unaccounted and not audited. Furthermore, the detailed interactions are not copied back to the citizen in addition there are a high number of fatalities during the police interactions
STATEMENT OF INVENTION
To reduce the fatalities and increase the transparencies and accountability an automatic computer controlled system is envisaged such that A cloud data storage Police Transaction Cloud Database Service (PTCDS) 1, fig Ito save the citizen interaction with the police for citizen safety auditing wherein a Unique Citizen Transaction Number (UCTN) 2, fig 1 connects the citizen and police interaction event. Such that the Law Enforcement Information Service (LEIS) 3, fig 1 will manage and distribute the information on request back to the citizen. The information data control is managed by means of a Police Mobile Application (PMA) 4, fig 1 whereby the a Police Badge Cam Device (PCD) 5, fig 1 will transfer data to the Police Mobile Application (PMA) 4 The Citizen Biometrics (CB) 6, fig 1 will acquire biometric data face voice for citizen person identification. The Police Identification Number (PIN) 7, fig 1 used to certify and verify the police identity in addition to biometrics face, voice recognition. The Police Car VANET (PCV) 8, fig 1 will be use to acquire vehicle a citizen data such as car insurance and driving licence details. The Citizen Cloud Database Service (CCDS) 9, fig 1 stores the live streamed events. The Citizen Data Package (GDP) 10, fig 1 contain summary data of the citizen the information that the police request during police stops. The data management is by the application Citizen Mobile Application(CMA) 11, fig 1 live streamed data is from the Citizen mobile camera and microphone device (MD) 12, fig 1 automatic activation is by Al Citizen Distress(AICD) 13, fig 1
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING
For a better understanding of the invention, an embodiment of the invention will now be described by way of a non limiting example with reference to the accompanying drawing which Fig 1. Shows the diagram of the processing components. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The following description is a preferred embodiment Police staff log into the Law Enforcement Citizen Safety Transaction Audit System using a Police Identification Number (PIN) 7 fig 1 or preferably biometrics or a combination of the two for authentications.
During a police stop or citizen interaction the Citizen Mobile Application (CMA) 11 fig 1 automatically activates the Citizen Mobile Camera and Microphone Device (MD) 12 fig 1 and begins streaming audio visual data (from mobile and vehicle cameras linked via Blue tooth) The Citizen Data Package (CDP) 10 fig 1 is synchronised with the Citizen Cloud Database Service (CCDS) 9 fig 1. Citizen audio visual data is streamed live to the cloud storage. The Al Citizen Distress (AICD) 13 will automatically initialise remote streaming independently before police interaction.
A secure communications contact is established from the Police Mobile Application (PMA) 4 fig 1 to the Law Enforcement Information Service (LEIS) 3 fig 1 which will in turn generate a Unique Citizen Transaction Number (UCTN) 2 fig 1. After generating a Unique Citizen Transaction Number (UCTN) 2 fig 1 a record is activated on the Police Transaction Cloud Database Service (PTCDS) 1 fig 1.
The beginning of the citizen safety audit begins after the Law Enforcement Information Service (LEIS) 3 fig 1 established connection to Citizen Mobile Application (CMA) 11 fig 1via secure encrypted VViFi or Bluetooth from the Police Mobile Application (PMA) 4 fig 1. The Unique Citizen Transaction Number (UCTN) 2 fig lis copied to the Citizen Mobile Application (CMA) 11 fig 1.
The Citizen Biometrics (CB) 6 fig 1may acquire the true identity using a multiple combination of means such as face recognition, voice recognition etc. The Police Car VANET (PCV) 8 fig 1 can establish communication to the citizen car if vehicular ad hoc network (\JANET) is enabled to share information relating to the citizen vehicle.
After the interaction the Citizen Mobile Application (CMA) 11 fig 1 have a copy of the interaction with police on the citizens remote storage in addition the Citizen Mobile Application (CMA) 11 fig 1 can pull the copy from the web service provided by Law Enforcement Information Service (LEIS) 3 fig 1 relative can access the recording from Law Enforcement Information Service (LEIS) 3 with the Unique Citizen Transaction Number (UCTN) 2 fig 1 and Citizen Cloud Database Service (CCDS) 9 fig 1
