Abstract

A length adjustable lock cylinder comprises a front lock body assembly 100, a rear lock body assembly 200, and expansion assembly 400 attached to a fixed mounting base 500 which is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 502 and fixing columns 503. A cam 300 is arranged in the middle of the expansion assembly. The expansion assembly comprises a plurality of expansion sheets 401. The front lock body assembly 100 comprises a rotating handle 103, lock cylinder 102, an outer lock shell 201, and a lock rod 105 connected to said cylinder. The rear lock body assembly comprises a connecting rod 203 arranged inside a shifting rod 202. The lock rod 105 may be provided with an eccentric part designed to push a locking mechanism 110 upwards upon insertion of a key and rotation of the locking cylinder. A pin 113 included in the locking mechanism may engage an elongate slot 204 in the shifting rod linking the outer lock shell and shifting wheel rotationally. The shifting rod may then rotate the cam. The outer lock shell may be rotationally coupled to the connecting rod provided with a ratchet 602. Allowing the arrangement to be locked without insertion of a key.

Technical field
The present invention relates to the technical field of locks, in particular to a length-adjustable lock cylinder.
Background technology
Currently, due to the different thickness of doors, the requirements for the length of the lock cylinder are different for both the external length and the internal length, which results in the lock cylinder mounted on the door having to be of different lengths so as to match the thickness of the door. Therefore, when manufacturing the lock cylinder, based on the actual thickness of the door on site, the lock cylinder must be customized again, and many lock cylinders of different lengths must be processed, which brings great inconveniences to manufacturers in organizing the production of lock cylinders. This has resulted in a wide variety of locks, leading to a waste of resources in production by manufacturers, increased costs, and inconvenience to vendors. When purchasing door locks, users are also prone to confusion in choosing the length of lock cylinders.
Chinese patent CN 201910076769.4 discloses a length-adjustable lock cylinder. A transmission channel is arranged in the lock cylinder; the said lock cylinder specifically comprises a rear lock body, a middle lock body, a front lock body, a shifting head and at least one first lengthened insertion piece; the said transmission channel sequentially passes through the rear lock body, the middle lock body, the first lengthened insertion piece and the front lock body; a transmission shaft, a left transmission barrel, a right transmission barrel, a first insertion piece transmission barrel and a lock liner are sequentially arranged in the transmission channel from left to right. However, based on the products it provides, there are still many problems. For example, after disassembly, it is found that many parts need to be pieced together, and it is difficult for consumers who are not technicians in the
field to identify how to mount them.
Chinese patent 201510082046.7 discloses a mortise-type telescopic lock, which comprises a lock head, wherein the lock head is provided with a mortise hole; the side surface of the lock head is extended with a front lock body through a slide rail device; an idle block corresponding to the lock cylinder is rotationally arranged on the front lock body; a key eye hole is arranged on the idle block; the key eye hole can rotate along with the idle block to be aligned with the key hole of the lock cylinder; and the structure is that the lock head is used by matching the slide rail device and the idle block at the front end of the lock head with a specific extension key. In this way, it is required to adapt different keys based on different extended lengths in the production process, which tremendously increases the production cost of the enterprise. Meanwhile, if the key is lost in the later period, it will not be possible to match the appropriate key in the normal key matching store.
Summary of the Invention
In this respect, the present invention provides a universal length-adjustable lock cylinder for anti-theft locks, which has adjustable lock body length, high safety, can be mounted on doors with different wall thicknesses as required and is convenient to adjust.
The present invention relates to a length-adjustable lock cylinder, which comprises a front lock body assembly, a rear lock body assembly, a lock cylinder shifting wheel, a expansion assembly and a fixed mounting base, wherein the said front lock body assembly, the rear lock body assembly and the expansion assembly are arranged on the fixed mounting base, the said lock cylinder shifting wheel is arranged in the middle of the expansion assembly; the said front lock body assembly comprises a front lock shell, the said front lock shell is provided with a lock barrel, the rear side of the said lock barrel is connected with a rotating handle, and the front end of the said lock barrel is connected with an outer lock shell and a lock rod; the said rear lock body assembly comprises a rear lock shell, a shifting rod is arranged on the said rear lock shell, and a connecting rod is arranged in the said shifting rod; the said expansion assembly comprises a plurality of stackable expansion sheets; the said fixed mounting base comprises a mounting base, wherein the said mounting base is provided with a plurality of mounting holes, and the said mounting holes are provided with fixed columns.
Further, the front end of the said lock rod is provided with a derivative part, the said derivative part is set with a locking mechanism, and the said locking mechanism comprises a top block, a notch mounted to match with the derivative part is arranged below the said top block, a top pin is arranged above the said top block, a reset spring is arranged on the said top pin, and the said outer lock shell is provided with a top hole for the position of the top pin.
Further, the front end of the said shifting rod is provided with a cross-section part, the middle part of the said shifting rod is set with a limiting groove, the position of the said rear lock shell corresponding to the limiting groove is mounted with a limiting hole, the said limiting hole is set with a limiting pin, the said connecting rod is sleeved in the shifting rod, the front end of the said connecting rod is provided with a hollow part, the middle part of the said connecting rod has a limiting arc groove, and the said shifting rod is provided with a limiting bead corresponding to the position of the limiting arc groove.
Further, the expansion sheet is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the middle part of the expansion sheet has mounting screws.
Further, the said rear lock body assembly is connected with a handle, the said handle is set with a mounting groove, the said shifting rod and connecting rod are arranged in the said mounting groove, a ratchet wheel is also arranged in the said mounting groove, a pin is arranged on the said ratchet wheel, a reset spring is arranged on the said pin, a mounting cap is arranged on the said reset spring, and the said pin, reset spring and mounting cap are mounted on the handle.
Through the ratchet wheel, it will be realized that when the lock is used outside the door, if the keyless rotating handle can only be idle and locked, unlocking cannot be achieved, whereas the direction of the ratchet wheel can be changed, so that the door can be opened left and right.
Further, the said rear lock body assembly can also be connected with an intelligent assembly.
The present invention boasts the following advantages: 1. The present invention is characterized by simple structure, convenient use and wide application range; 2. The present invention is convenient for mounting and disassembly; after the mounting column is loosened, the front lock body assembly and the rear lock body assembly are completely separated to form a separate module, and it is not necessary to worry about the problem of scattered parts; 3. The front and rear sides of the present invention can be independently increased or shortened, thus tremendously enhancing the practicability of the lock cylinder.

Embodiment 1: Referring to Figure 1 to Figure 10, a length-adjustable lock cylinder as shown in Figure 1 to Figure 10 comprises a front lock body assembly 100, a rear lock body assembly 200, a lock cylinder shifting wheel 300, a expansion assembly 400 and a fixed mounting base 500, wherein the said front lock body assembly 100, rear lock body assembly 200 and expansion assembly 400 are arranged on the fixed mounting base, and the said lock cylinder shifting wheel 300 is arranged in the middle of the expansion assembly 400; the said front lock body assembly 100 comprises a front lock shell 101, a lock barrel 102 is arranged on the said front lock shell 101, a rotating handle 103 is connected to the rear side of the said lock barrel 102, an outer lock shell 104 and a lock rod 105 are connected to the front end of the said lock barrel 102, the said rear lock body assembly 200 comprises a rear lock shell 201, a shifting rod 202 is arranged on the said rear lock shell 201, a connecting rod 203 is arranged in the said shifting rod 202, the said expansion assembly 400 comprises a plurality of stackable expansion sheets 401, and the said fixed mounting base 500 comprises a mounting base 501 provided with a plurality of mounting holes 502, and the said mounting holes 502 are set with fixed columns 503.
As displayed in Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 4 and Figures, the front end of the said lock rod 105 is provided with a derivative part 106, the said derivative part 106 is set with a locking mechanism 110, the said locking mechanism 110 comprises a top block 111, a notch 112 matched with the derivative part 106 is arranged below the said top block 111, a top pin 113 is arranged above the said top block 111, a reset spring 114 is arranged on the said top pin 113, and the said outer lock shell 104 is mounted with a top hole 106 for the position of the top pin 113.
As displayed in Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 4 and Figure 5, the front end of the said shifting rod 202 is furnished with a cross-section part 204, the middle part of the said shifting rod 202 is set with a limiting groove 205, the said rear lock shell 201 is provided with a limiting hole 206 corresponding to the limiting groove 205, the said limiting hole 206 is provided with a limiting pin 207, the said connecting rod 203 is sleeved in the shifting rod 202, the front end of the said connecting rod 203 is provided with a hollow 208, the middle part of the said connecting rod 203 is furnished with a limiting arc groove 209, and the shifting rod 202 is provided with a limiting bead 210 corresponding to the limiting arc groove 209.
As displayed in Figure 2; the said expansion sheet 401 is set with a plurality of through holes 402; and the middle of the said expansion sheet 401 is provided with mounting screws 403.
As displayed in Figure 8, Figure 9 and Figure 10, the rear lock body assembly 200 is connected with a handle 600, the said handle 600 is arranged in a mounting groove 601, the said shifting rod 202 and connecting rod 203 are set in the mounting groove 601, a ratchet wheel 602 is also in the said mounting groove 601, a pin 603 is provided on the ratchet wheel 602, a reset spring 604 is set on the said pin 603, a mounting cap 605 is provided on the reset spring 604, and the said pin 603, reset spring 604 and mounting cap 605 are mounted on the handle.
Embodiment 2: Referring to Figure 1 to Figure U, a length-adjustable lock cylinder as shown in Figure 1 to Figure 11 comprises a front lock body assembly 100; a rear lock body assembly 200; a lock cylinder shifting wheel 300, a expansion assembly 400 and a fixed mounting base 500, wherein the said front lock body assembly 100, rear lock body assembly 200 and expansion assembly 400 are arranged on the fixed mounting base, and the said lock cylinder shifting wheel 300 is arranged in the middle of the expansion assembly 400; the said front lock body assembly 100 comprises a front lock shell 101, a lock barrel 102 is arranged on the said front lock shell 101, a rotating handle 103 is connected to the rear side of the said lock barrel 102, an outer lock shell 104 and a lock rod 105 are connected to the front end of the said lock barrel 102; the said rear lock body assembly 200 comprises a rear lock shell 201, a shifting rod 202 is arranged on the said rear lock shell 201, a connecting rod 203 is arranged in the said shifting rod 202; the said expansion assembly 400 comprises a plurality of stackable expansion sheets 401, and the said fixed mounting base 500 comprises a mounting base 501, wherein the said mounting base 501 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 502, and the said mounting holes 502 are provided with fixed columns 503.
As displayed in Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 4 and Figures, the front end of the said lock rod 105 is provided with a derivative part 106, the said derivative part 106 is set with a locking mechanism 110; the said locking mechanism 110 comprises a top block 111, a notch 112 matched with the derivative part 106 is arranged below the said top block 111, a top pin 113 is arranged above the said top block 111, a reset spring 114 is arranged on the said top pin 113, and the said outer lock shell 104 is provided with a top hole 106 corresponding to the position of the top pin 113.
As displayed in Figure 2, Figure 3, Figure 4 and Figure 5, the front end of the shifting rod 202 is provided with a cross-section part 204, the middle part of the said shifting rod 202 is provided with a limiting groove 205, the said rear lock shell 201 is furnished with a limiting hole 206 corresponding to the limiting groove 205, the said limiting hole 206 is set with a limiting pin 207, the said connecting rod 203 is sleeved in the shifting rod 202, the front end of the said connecting rod 203 is provided with a hollow part 208, the middle part of the said connecting rod 203 is arranged with a limiting arc groove 209, and the said shifting rod 202 is provided with a limiting bead 210 corresponding to the limiting arc groove 209.
As displayed in Figure 2, the said expansion sheet 401 is provided with a plurality of through holes 402, and the middle of the said expansion sheet 401 is set with mounting screws 403.
As displayed in Figure 11, the said rear lock body assembly 200 can also be connected with an intelligent assembly.
The working principle of the present invention is as below: During mounting: only the fixed mounting base needs to be loosened, as shown in Figure 2, at any time, the front lock body assembly and the rear lock body assembly are separated without assembly of other parts, and the mounting and restoration can be conducted again after the required expansion sheet is added.
When used in front of the door, the front end is not inserted with a key, the locking mechanism is not pushed up, the rotating handle is rotated, the rotating handle drives the outer lock shell, the outer lock shell drives the connecting rod, and through the cooperation of the ratchet wheel and the pin connected to the rear end of the connecting rod, the pins slip on the inclined surface of the ratchet wheel in one direction, the handle cannot be driven to rotate, only idling can be carried out, and the rotating handle can be driven to rotate in the other direction, the rotating handle driving the shifting rod, and the shifting rod drives the lock cylinder shifting wheel to realize locking; when the inserted key rotates, the locking mechanism is pushed up, and the top pin penetrates through the top block; at this moment, rotating the rotating handle can make the top pin contact with the cross-section part to drive the shifting rod to rotate; in the meanwhile, the lock cylinder shifting wheel is linked to unlock and reverse lock.
When used from behind the door, the handle is rotated, the handle directly drives the shifting rod, the shifting rod is linked with the lock cylinder shifting wheel, and unlocking or locking can be realized by forward rotation or reverse rotation.
When installing: it can be used for the left or right door opening by replacing the ratchet wheel in the left or right direction.
