A screw head of the screw threadedly connected with second trough body 222 is located in the second accommodating groove 2123, so that the male terminal 22 can be disposed on the second lower housing 212. In this embodiment, the second insulation portion 2121 is disposed at the side of the first accommodating groove 2122 close to the first connection assembly 1, and the end of the male terminal 22 close to the second connection assembly 2 passes through the bottom wall of the second accommodating groove 2123 and then extends into the interior of the second insulation portion 2121.
In an embodiment of the present application, the end of the male terminal 22 near the first connection assembly 1 has an elastic protrusion 223, and the end of the female terminal 13 near the second connection assembly 2 is provided with a third trough body 131. The elastic protrusion 223 protrudes into the third trough body 131 to form an interference fit with the third trough body 131, so that the male terminal 22 and the female terminal 13 can be stably connected.
In an embodiment of the present application, the end of the first connection housing 11 remote from the female terminal 13 is provided with a first connection port 12 into which the input wire 31 is inserted. After the first upper housing 111 and the second upper housing 211 are combined together, the first connection port 12 is formed. The first connection housing 11 is provided with a line card slot 1125 corresponding to the first connection port 12, and the first connection assembly 1 further includes a line clamp member 15 detachably connected to the line card slot 1125. The height of the first connection port 12 can be reduced, when the line clamp member 15 is fastened to the line card slot 1125, to fit the flatter input wire 31 as used in the United Kingdom. When the line clamp member 15 is not fastened to the line card slot 1125, the height of the first connection port 12 is relatively large, and it may be adapted to the thicker input wire 31 as used in France. Thus, the junction box of the embodiment of the present application is convenient and practical, and has a wide range of applications. In this embodiment, the line card slot 1125 is disposed on the first lower housing 112, and according to the actual situation, the line card slot 1125 may also be disposed on the first upper housing 111, which is not limited herein.
Preferably, in order to enable the first upper housing 111 and the first lower housing 112 to be formed by injection molding with a same mold, and to reduce a die cost, a thinner first connection bar 16 may be disposed between the first upper housing 111 and the first lower housing 112. Both ends of the first connection bar 16 are connected to the first upper housing 111 and the first lower housing 112 respectively. Since the first connection bar 16 is thin, the first connection bar 16 may be easy to fold. The first connection bar 16 may be U-shaped as the first upper housing 111 is fastened to the first lower housing 112.
The first connection housing 11 and the female terminal 13 of the embodiment of the present application are an integrally formed product. During the manufacturing of the first connection housing 11, the prepared female terminal 13 is placed in the mold of the corresponding first connection housing 11, Then, the injection molding material is filled, cooled and solidified to obtain the first connection housing 11 integrated with the female terminal 13, which is lower in manufacturing cost compared with the existing junction boxes.
Similarly, in order to enable the line clamp member 15 and the first lower housing 112 to be formed by injection molding with the same mold, and to reduce the die cost, a thinner second connection bar 17may be disposed between the line clamp member 15 and the first lower housing 112. Both ends of the second connection bar 17 are connected to the line clamp member 15 and the first lower housing 112 respectively. Since the second connection bar 17 is thin, the second connection bar 17 can be easily folded. The second connection bar 17 may be U-shaped as the line clamp member 15 is fastened to the first lower housing 112.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a lamp which includes the junction box as above described.
The above disclosures are merely some alternative embodiments of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. Any modification, equivalent replacement and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included within the protection scope of the present application.
