Abstract

A corner support for a shower rod which has a corner seat (11 figure 1) which fixes to a wall corner on two sides or planes 1111 and 1112 and which has a height adjustment rod seat attached (12 figure 1). The corner seat may be in two parts 111 and 112 and the two sides 1111 and 1112 of the corner seat, which fix to the walls, may have holes for screws 13. One part of the corner seat may have a fixing portion 1123 for the height adjustment rod seat at its corner and the height adjustment rod seat may be cylindrical 121 with a radial hole 1211 and coaxial hole 1212. The corner fixing seat may also have a decorative cover 113 which may be fan shaped. The corner seat may comprise a member which has two hinges (211 figure 5). The height adjustment rod seat may have an elastic plug 122.

Description

SPECIFICATION
A support structure for the wall-corner installation of the height adjustment rod
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present disclosure relates to the field of sanitary equipment, and more particularly, to a support structure for the wall-corner installation of the height adjustment rod.
BACKGROUND
In order to adapt to different heights of people, shower equipment is usually equipped with height adjustment rods.
The height adjustment rods of the existing shower equipment are usually installed on one wall of the bathroom, which requires a large bathroom space, and for a relatively narrow bathroom, it is easy to cause a scratch.
SUMMARY
The present application aims to provide a support structure for the wall-corner installation of the height adjustment rod so as to solve the above problems.
For this purpose, the detailed technical solution adopted by the application is as follows: A support structure for the wall-corner installation of a height adjustment rod, comprising: a corner fixing seat and a height adjustment rod mounting seat, wherein the corner fixing seat includes a first mounting plane and a second mounting plane which are respectively fixed to the wall on both sides of a corner, and the height adjustment rod mounting scat is fixedly installed on the corner fixing scat.
According to one embodiment of the present disclosure: a support structure for the wall-corner installation of a height adjustment rod, comprising: a corner fixing seat and a height adjustment rod mounting scat, wherein the corner fixing scat includes a corner fixing member and a height adjustment rod mounting scat fixing member; and the corner fixing member includes a first mounting plane and a second mounting plane which are respectively fixed to the wall on both sides of a corner, and the height adjustment rod mounting seat is fixedly installed on the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member.
According to another embodiment of the present disclosure, at least one mounting hole is respectively disposed on the first and the second mounting plane.
According to another embodiment of the present disclosure: the corner fixing member is an elastic sheet corresponding to the shape of the corner, and the shape of the height adjustment rod mounting scat fixing member is consistent with that of the corner fixing member; wherein a fixing portion for fixing the height adjustment rod mounting seat is provided at a corner of the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member; the height adjustment rod mounting seat includes a cylindrical body and an elastic plug, the cylindrical body has a radial through hole, and a coaxial axial through hole and a threaded mounting hole that communicate with the radial through hole, the height adjustment rod passes through the radial through hole, and the height adjustment rod mounting seat is mounted on the fixing portion by a screw passing through the axial through hole; and an elastic plug thread is engaged in the thread mounting hole, to loosen or clamp the height adjustment rod.
According to another embodiment of the present disclosure: the corner fixing seat further includes a decorative cover which is engaged with the height adjustment rod mounting scat fixing member to surround the corner fixing member, and the decorative cover is provided with a guiding through hole for the cylindrical body to pass through.
According to another embodiment of the present disclosure: the corner fixing member is hinged on both sides of the height adjustment rod mounting scat fixing member, the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member is provided with a fixing portion for fixing the height adjustment rod mounting seat, in which the height adjustment rod mounting seat includes a cylindrical body and an elastic plug, the cylindrical body has a radial through hole, and a coaxial axial through hole and a threaded mounting hole that communicate with the radial through hole, the height adjustment rod passes through the radial through hole, and the height adjustment rod mounting seat is mounted on the fixing portion by a screw passing through the axial through hole, and an elastic plug thread is engaged in the thread mounting hole, to loosen or clamp the height adjustment rod.
According to another embodiment of the present disclosure: the corner fixing seat further includes a fan-shaped decorative cover of an adjustable width which surrounds the corner fixing member and the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member, the fan-shaped decorative cover includes a middle portion and two side portions, both the upper and lower surfaces of the middle portion are respectively provided with pin shafts, and both the upper and lower surfaces of the side portions are provided with are grooves, and the side portions are movably mounted on the middle portion by the arc grooves fitted with the pin shaft, and a guiding through hole for the cylindrical body to pass through is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the middle portion.
According to another embodiment of the present disclosure, the height adjustment rod mounting seat further includes a cover which covers the threaded mounting hole.
According to another embodiment of the present disclosure, the height adjustment rod mounting seat further includes a protective collar which is mounted in the radial through hole.
According to another embodiment of the present disclosure: the corner mounting seat further includes a middle portion positioned between the first mounting plane and the second mounting plane, at least one mounting hole is disposed on the first mounting plane and the second mounting plane respectively, a fixing piece is protruded outwardly from the middle portion, the height adjustment rod mounting seat comprises a main body, an elastic ring and an elastic nut, the main body has a fixing portion coupled to the fixing piece and a tubular body arranged on a side of the fixing portion, the height adjustment rod passes through the tubular body which has a threaded section at its end, the elastic ring is mounted on the inner side of the threaded section, and the elastic nut cooperates with the threaded section and the elastic ring to loosen or clamp the height adjustment rod.
According to another embodiment of the present disclosure, the fixing portion has a decorative cover for surrounding the corner fixing scat.
The above technical solution adopted by the disclosure has the following beneficial effects: it is simple in structure and convenient for installation, and can be used for fixing the height adjustment rod at the corner of the wall, thereby saving space and avoiding the occurrence of scratching.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The present disclosure will he further described in conjunction with the drawings and specific embodiments.
A first embodiment As shown in Figs. 1-3, a support structure for the wall-corner installation of a height adjustment rod 1 comprises a corner fixing seat 11 and a height adjustment rod mounting seat 12, wherein the corner fixing seat 11 includes a corner fixing member 111 and a height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 112. The corner fixing member 111 is an elastic sheet corresponding to the shape of the corner, and may be made of metal such as stainless steel, copper or aluminum. The corner fixing member 111 includes a first mounting plane 1111 and a second mounting plane 1 112. The angle formed by the first mounting plane 1 1 1 1 and the second mounting plane 1112 is substantially equal to the angle of the corner. Besides, two mounting holes are respectively disposed on the first and the second mounting plane. The two mounting holes are provided for clamping screws 13 (self-tapping screws) to pass so as to secure the corner fixing member 111 to the walls on either side of the corner. In the embodiment, the mounting holes are rectangular.
The shape of the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 112 is consistent with that of the corner fixing member 111. The height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 112 further includes a substantially isosceles right-angled bottom plate 1121, two sides 1122 respectively corresponding to the first mounting plane 1111 and the second mounting plane 1112, and a fixing portion 1123 at the corner thereof for fixing the height adjustment rod mounting seat 12. The fixing portion 1123 is provided with a screw hole of a certain depth so as to fix the height adjustment rod mounting seat 12 to the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 112 by a screw 14. When installed, the side 1122 of the height adjustment rod mounting scat fixing member 112 abuts against the first mounting plane 1111 and the second mounting plane 1112 and is secured together by screws 13.
The height adjustment rod mounting seat 12 includes a cylindrical body 121 and an elastic plug 122, in which the cylindrical body 121 has a radial through hole 1211, a coaxial axial through hole 1212 and a threaded mounting hole 1213 that communicate with the radial through hole 1211. A height adjustment rod 100 passes through the radial through hole 1211. In the embodiment, the screw 14 enters from the threaded mounting hole 1213, goes and passes through the axial throu2h hole 1212, then is screwed into a screw hole of the fixing portion 1123, thereby fixing the height adjustment rod mounting scat 12 to the corner fixing seat 11. The elastic plug 122 is threaded-engaged in the threaded mounting hole 1213, and the height adjustment rod 100 is loosened or clamped by screwing the elastic plug 122. In the present embodiment, the top surface of the elastic plug 122 is provided with a slot for easy operation with a coin or the like.
In the present embodiment, the height adjustment rod mounting seat 12 can further include a cover 124 that is detachably covered on the threaded mounting hole 1213 to prevent the elastic plug 122 from being exposed, so that the appearance is more beautiful.
In the present embodiment, the corner fixing seat 11 further includes a decorative cover 113. The decorative cover 113 cooperates with the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 112 to surround the corner fixing member 111 to prevent the corner fixing member 111 from being exposed, so that the entire mounting structure is more beautiful. The decorative cover 113 is provided with a guide through hole 1131 through which the cylindrical body 121 of the height adjustment rod mounting seat 12 passes. Guide plates 1132 are arranged on both sides of the guide through hole 1131 so that the cylindrical body 121 can be quickly aligned with the fixing portion 1123 of the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 112, thereby saving installation time.
The decorative cover 113 and the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 112 are provided with interlocking snap-fit structures so as to be mounted together. For example, the decorative cover 113 is provided with a notched cylinder 1133 and a buckle 1134, and the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 112 is provided with a cross-shaped protrusion 1124 and a slot 1125 which respectively engage the cylinder 1133 and the buckle 1134. In addition, the decorative cover 113 is further provided with a buckle 1135 that cooperates with the notches of the first mounting plane 1111 and the second mounting plane 1112.
Preferably, the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 112 and the decorative cover 113 may be injection molded from plastic to reduce production costs.
The installation process of the support structure for the wall-corner installation of a height adjustment rod 1 will now be briefly explained. First, drill holes in the appropriate positions on both sides of the corner, and then drive in the plastic expansion pipe, and then attach the corner fixing member 111 and the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 112 together and screw them into the plastic expansion pipe to be fixed on the corner of the wall by screws 13. Then, the decorative cover is installed, and then the cylindrical body 121 of the height adjustment rod mounting seat 12 is inserted from the guide through hole 1131 of the decorative cover and abutted against the fixing portion 1123 of the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 112, and then fixed by the screw 14. At last, install the elastic plug 122 and the cover 124 in turn, and the result is shown in Fig. 3. The entire installation process is quick and easy.
A second embodiment As shown in Figs. 4-6, a support structure for the wall-corner installation of a height adjustment rod 2 can include a corner fixing seat 21 and a height adjustment rod mounting seat 22. The structure of the height adjustment rod mounting seat 22 is the same as that of the height adjustment rod mounting seat 12 of the first embodiment, and the description thereof will not be repeated here.
The corner fixing seat 21 includes a corner fixing member 211 and a height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 212. Wherein, the corner fixing member 211 is hinged on both sides of the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 212. The corner fixing member 211 has a first mounting plane 2111 and a second mounting plane 2112. Since the corner fixing member 211 can he rotatable relative to the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 212, said structure can he adapted to corners of various angles. That is, after installation, the first mounting plane 2111 and the second mounting plane 2112 form an angle equal to the angle of the corner. Two mounting holes are respectively arranged on the first mounting plane 2111 and the second mounting plane 2112. Two mounting holes are provided for the clamping screws 23 (self-tapping screws) to pass so as to secure the corner fixing member 211 to the walls on either side of the corner.
The height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 212 is provided with a fixing portion 2121 for fixing the height adjustment rod mounting seat 2, and a screw hole of a certain depth is arranged on the fixing portion 2121 so as to fix the height adjustment rod mounting seat 22 on the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 212 by the screw 24.
In the present embodiment, the corner fixing scat 21 further includes a fan-shaped decorative cover of an adjustable width 213 which surrounds the corner fixing member 211 and the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 212. The fan-shaped decorative cover 213 includes a middle portion 2131 and two side portions 2132, both the upper and lower surfaces of the middle portion 2131 are respectively provided with pin shafts 21311, and both the upper and lower surfaces of the side portions 2132 are provided with arc grooves 21321, and the side portions 2132 are movably mounted on the middle portion 2131 by the arc grooves 21321 fitted with the pin shaft 21311. By adjusting the side portions 2132, the decorative cover 213 can be adapted to the corners of different angles. And a guide through hole 21312 for the cylindrical body 221 to pass through is provided on the outer peripheral wall of the middle portion 2131.
The installation process of the support structure for the wall-corner installation of a height adjustment rod 2 will now be briefly explained. First, drill holes in the appropriate positions on both sides of the corner, and then drive in the plastic expansion pipe, and then attach the hinged corner fixing member 211 and the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 212 together and screw them into the plastic expansion pipe to be fixed on the corner of the wall by screws 23. Then, the decorative cover 213 is installed, and then the cylindrical body 221 of the height adjustment rod mounting seat 12 is inserted from the guide through hole 21131 of the decorative cover 213 and abutted against the fixing portion 2121 of the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member 212, and then fixed by the screw 24. At last, install the elastic plug 222 and the cover 224 in turn, and the result is shown in Fig. 6. The entire installation process is quick and easy.
A third embodiment As shown in Figs. 7-9, a support structure for the wall-corner installation of a height adjustment rod 3 comprises a corner fixing seat 31 and a height adjustment rod mounting seat 32. The corner mounting scat 31 further includes a middle portion 313 positioned between the first mounting plane 311 and the second mounting plane 312. The middle portion 313. the first mounting plane 311, and the second mounting plane 312 function as the corner fixing member in the first and second embodiments. The angle formed by the first mounting plane 311 and the second mounting plane 312 is substantially equal to the angle of the corner. The corner fixing seat 31 may be made of metal such as stainless steel, copper or aluminum. Besides, a mounting hole is respectively disposed on the first and the second mounting plane (311, 312). The mounting hole is provided for clamping screws 33 (self-tapping screws) to pass so as to secure the corner fixing seat 31 to the walls on either side of the corner. In the embodiment, the mounting hole is a waist-shaped hole. A fixing piece 314 protrudes outwardly from the middle portion 313. A fixing piece 314 protrudes outward from the middle portion 313. The fixing piece 314 is provided with two fixing holes for fixing the height adjustment rod mounting seat 32. That is, the fixing piece 314 functions as the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member in the first and second embodiments.
Furthermore, the height adjustment rod mounting seat 32 comprises a main body 321, an elastic ring 322 and an elastic nut 323, in which the main body 321 has a fixing portion 3211 coupled to the fixing piece 314 and a tubular body 3212 arranged on a side of the fixing portion 3211. The height adjustment rod 100 passes through the tubular body 3212 which has a threaded section 32121 at its end. The elastic ring 322 is mounted on the inner side of the threaded section 32121 and is an elastic member with a longitudinal through hole 3221. The elastic nut 323 cooperates with the threaded section 32121 and the elastic ring 322 to loosen or clamp the height adjustment rod 100.
In this embodiment, the fixing portion 3211 is provided with a decorative cover 3213 for surrounding the corner fixing seat 31 (specifically, the middle portion 313, the first mounting plane 311 and the second mounting plane 312), so as to avoid the corner fixing seat 31 being exposed, so that the appearance of the whole installation structure is more beautiful.
The installation process of the support structure for the wall-corner installation of a height adjustment rod 3 will now be briefly explained First drill holes in the appropriate positions on both sides of the corner, then drive in the plastic expansion pipe, then screw the corner fixing seat 31 into the plastic expansion pipe with screws 33 to fix it on the corner, and then fix the height adjustment rod mounting seat 32 to the fixing piece 314 of the corner fixing seat 31 with screws 34. The result is shown in Figure 9. And the entire installation process is quick and easy.

A support structure for the wall-corner installation of a height adjustment rod, characterized in that, comprising: a corner fixing seat and a height adjustment rod mounting seat, wherein the corner fixing seat includes a first mounting plane and a second mounting plane which are respectively fixed to the wall on both sides of a corner, and the height adjustment rod mounting seat is fixedly installed on the corner fixing seat.

A support structure for the wall-corner installation of a height adjustment rod, characterized in that, comprising: a corner fixing seat and a height adjustment rod mounting seat, wherein the corner fixing seat includes a corner fixing member and a height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member; and the corner fixing member includes a first mounting plane and a second mounting plane which are respectively fixed to the wall on both sides of a corner, and the height adjustment rod mounting seat is fixedly installed on the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member.
  3. 3. A support structure for the wall-corner installation of a height adjustment rod according to claim 2, wherein, at least one mounting hole is respectively disposed on the first and the second mounting plane.

A support structure for the wall-corner installation of a height adjustment rod according to claim 2, wherein, the corner fixing member is an elastic sheet corresponding to the shape of the corner, and the shape of the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member is consistent with that of the corner fixing member; wherein a fixing portion for fixing the height adjustment rod mounting seat is provided at a corner of the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member; the height adjustment rod mounting seat includes a cylindrical body and an elastic plug, the cylindrical body has a radial through hole, a coaxial axial through hole and a threaded mounting hole that. communicate with the radial through hole, the height adjustment rod passes through the radial through hole, and the height adjustment rod mounting seat is mounted on the fixing portion by a screw passing through the axial through hole; and an elastic plug thread is engaged in the thread mounting hole, to loosen or clamp the height adjustment rod.

A support structure for the wall-corner installation of a height adjustment rod according to claim 4, wherein the corner fixing seat further includes a decorative cover which is engaged with the height adjustment rod mounting seat fixing member to surround the corner fixing member, and the decorative cover is provided with a guiding through holeCLAIMSfor the cylindrical body to pass through.

  11. 11. A support structure for the wall-corner installation of a height adjustment rod according to claim 10, wherein the fixing portion has a decorative cover for surrounding the corner fixing seat.
