Abstract

An apparatus for immobilising a vehicle having first and second tandem wheels mounted on first and second hubs: the first and second wheel fasteners 160 securing the first and second hubs respectively: the apparatus having a body 100 that spans between the hubs and first and second locking devices 140 respectively operable to engage with the first and second wheel fasteners 160 to releasably secure the body to the hubs locking the first and second wheels together; the locking device disengage-able from the fasteners to release the body from the hubs without removing the wheel fasteners. A further possible feature is the body 100 can telescope along the axis A, the body 100 having two round tubes 102, and 104.
