Detailed Description
In the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments, reference is made to the accompanying drawings which form a part hereof, and in which is shown by way of illustration specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced. In this regard, directional terminology, such as "top," "bottom," "front," "back," etc., is used with reference to the orientation of the Figure ( s) being described. The components of the present invention can be positioned in a number of different orientations. As such, the directional terminology is used for purposes of illustration and is in no way limiting. Accordingly, the drawings and descriptions will be regarded as illustrative in nature and not as restrictive.
Please refer to FIG. 1. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a child carrier 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the child carrier 100 includes a carrier main body 10 having a frame structure and a handrail 20 connected to the carrier main body 10. In this embodiment, the child carrier 100 can be a stroller, and the handrail 20 can be detachably installed on the carrier main body 10. However, it is not limited to this embodiment. For example, in another embodiment, the child carrier can be a child chair or a child car seat, and the handrail can be fixedly or movably disposed on the carrier main body.
Specifically, please refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3. FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 are diagrams of the handrail 20 at different views according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the handrail 20 includes a handrail main body 21, a first material layer 31 and a second material layer 33. The first material layer 31 is disposed on a first side of the handrail main body 21, and the second material layer 33 is disposed on a second side of the handrail main body 21. The first side and the second side can be opposite to each other. Two ends of the first material layer 31 are respectively connected to two ends of the second material layer 33 to cover the handrail body 21 cooperatively. In this embodiment, the first side of the handrail main body 21 can be an inner side of the handrail main body 21 facing toward the carrier main body 10, and the second side of the handrail main body 21 can be an outer side of the handrail main body 21 opposite to the first side of the handrail main body 21 and away from the carrier main body 10. In detail, the first material layer 31 and the second material layer 33 can be connected to each other by sewing to form a handrail sleeve 30. Afterwards, the handrail main body 21 can be covered with the handrail sleeve 30, and the first material laver 31 and the second material layer 33 can be respectively located at the first side, i.e., the inner side, and the second side, i.e., the outer side, of the handrail main body 21. Alternatively, after the handrail sleeve 30 is formed by sewing the first material layer 31 and the second material layer 33 together, the handrail sleeve 30 can be flipped inside out to cover the handrail main body 21 with the flipped handrail sleeve 30 for hiding sewing threads.
Furthermore, the first mar_erial layer 31 can be made of material including at least one of leather, polyurethanes (PU), polyvinylchloride (PVC), polyester, elastic fiber, polyamide fiber, cotton, linen, silk, knitted fabric, rayon, and mixtures thereof. The second material layer 33 can be made of material including at least one of leather, polyurethanes (PU), polyvinylchloride (PVC), polyester, elastic fiber, polyamide fiber, cotton, linen, silk, knitted fabric, rayon, and mixtures thereof. The material of the second material layer 33 is different from the material of the first material layer 31. In this embodiment, the material of the first material layer 31 canpreferablybe the knitted fabric because the knitted fabric has characteristics of soft texture, ventilation, moisture absorption, perspiration, warn keeping, etc. On the other hand, the material of the second material layer 33 can preferably be the leather for providing enhanced appearance texture. In other words, the handrail sleeve 30 which is made of combination of the knitted fabric and the leather enhances not only touch feeling but also the appearance texture.
Please refer to FIG. 4. FIG. 4 is a sectional diagram of the handrail 20 along an A-A line shown in FIG. 3 according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 4, the handrail 20 further Includes a filler layer 35 disposed between the first material layer 31 and the handrail main body 21. In this embodiment, the filler layer 35 can be attached onto an inner side of the first material layer 31 by sewing before the first material layer 31 and the second material layer 33 are sewed together to form the handrail sleeve 30, so that the filler layer 35 is located between the first material layer 31 and the handrail main body 21 when the handrail sleeve 30 covers the handrail main body 21. The filler layer 35 provides more support for the first material layer 31 to enhance the touch feeling when a child or a caregiver touches the first material layer 31. Specifically, the filler layer 35 can be made of foam or silicone rubber. In this embodiment, the filler layer 35 can be preferably made of foam to enhance the touch feeling, such as soft and comfortable touching feeling.
However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. The filler layer 35 can be attached onto an outer side of the first material layer 31 by sewing before the first material layer 31 and the second material layer 33 are sewed together to form the handrail sleeve 30. After the first material layer 31 and the second material layer 33 are sewed together to form the handrail sleeve 30, the handrail sleeve 30 can be flipped inside out to hide the sewing threads and locate the filler layer 35 inside the handrail sleeve 30.
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the handrail main body 21 includes a supporting portion 211 and two connecting portions 213 bent from two ends of the supporting portion 211. Each connecting portion 213 is for connecting the carrier main body 10. When the supporting portion 211 and the two connecting portions 213 are covered with the handrail sleeve 30, a portion of the first material layer 31 located at a position corresponding to a connection of the supporting portion 211 and the connecting portion 213 is folded, which causes a surface of the first material layer 31 to be uneven. In order to improve this situation, the first material layer 31 further includes at least one draping portion 311 which is formed by sewing stitches and located at a position corresponding to the connection of the supporting portion 211 and the connecting portion 213, so as to locate an uneven portion of the surface of the first material layer 31 within the at least one draping portion 311, corresponding to the connection of the supporting portion 211 and the connecting portion 213, to keep the other portion of the surface of the first material layer 31 to be even for enhancing the appearance texture and the touch feeling. In this embodiment, there are the two symmetric draping portions 311 located at positions corresponding to the two connections of the supporting portion 211 and the two connecting portions 213. However, it is not limited to this embodiment. For example, in another embodiment, there can be only one draping portion located at a position corresponding to one of the two connections of the supporting portion and the two connecting portions.
In contrast to the prior art, in the present invention, the first material layer and the second material layer disposed on two sides of the handrail main body and covering the handrail main body together can provide different touch feelings and different aesthetic textures, which enhances aesthetic appearance and functionality to satisfy practical demands.
