Abstract

The system includes a pipeline/sewer below a drainage well, the well having a ring 21 with buffer pads 22 supporting a cover 30, the cover having a central cavity 35, through grooves 38 in the side walls of the cavity, locking rods 39 slidably located in the grooves having tabs 32 engaging springs 21 which urge rods into the cavity, there being an operating channel (46, Fig. 3) located in the upper wall of the cavity containing a rotatable hexagonal socket (43, Fig 3) for receiving a rod driven by handle (44, Fig. 3) for rotating driving rod 34 located within the cavity with rounded heads 33 which, when rotated, engage with locking rods 39 and push them against the springs out of the edges of the cover. The well may include grooves within its side walls for receiving the ends of the rods, which secures the cover in the well. In use, only a user with a matching handle device can operate the rotating mechanism within the cavity to release locking rods and remove the cover, preventing unauthorised or accidental removal.

Description

A Drainage Device
Field of the Invention [0001] The invention relates to the field of the municipal drainage, in particular to a drainage device.
Background of the Invention [0002] The highway drainage system referring to a series of facilities for intercepting, draining or removing ground water and underground water jeopardizing the highway form a complete and smooth drainage system through the reasonable planning and designing combined with the condition along the roads. The road surface rain flows into the drainage pipelines through drainage wells to be discharged downwards, and the drainage speed of the existing drainage pipelines are low, and the present drainage covers on the road are simply placed in the fixed groove positions of the drainage wells in a lap joint mode, so the drainage covers can be easily loosened and swayed under the action of external force, and have potential safety hazards. Moreover, the drainage covers are unlocked and are easily lost, and the exposure of drainage wells are quite dangerous.
Summary of the Invention [0003] The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a drainage device, so as to overcome the problems existing in the prior art.
[0004] The invention can be realized by the foilwing technical proposal: a drainage device of the invention, comprising a drainage pipeline fixedly arranged below a drainage well, wherein the drainage pipeline further comprises a sewer, a horizontal suspension pipe, a vertical tube and a drainage tube; fixed rings fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the drainage well; anti-collision buffer rubber pads respectively and fixedly arranged on the top surfaces of each of the fixed rings; a drainage cover arranged at the top of the anti-collision buffer rubber pads; a containing cavity set in the middle of the drainage cover, wherein through grooves are symmetrically set in two side walls of the containing cavity, wherein locking rods are slidably arranged in the through grooves in a matched mode, and guide grooves are communicated with and arranged at the bottom of the through grooves; guide sliding blocks fixedly arranged at the bottom of the locking rods, wherein the guide sliding blocks extend into the guide grooves, and the guide sliding blocks are in sliding fit connection with the guide grooves; pushing springs fixedly connected between the outer side faces of the guide sliding blocks and the outer side walls of the guide grooves; an operation groove set above the containing cavity, wherein a rotating base which is rotatable is fixedly arranged on the bottom wall of the operation groove, and a driving base is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the rotating base; a hexagonal groove set at the top of the driving base, wherein a steel rod with a hexagonal cross section can be inserted and matched with the hexagonal groove, and an operation handle is fixedly arranged at the top of the steel rod; a connecting rod fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the rotating base, wherein the connecting rod extends downwards into the containing cavity; a driving rod fixedly arranged at the bottom of the connecting rod, wherein pushing round heads with certain radians are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the driving rod; whereby the drainage cover is placed into the drainage well and placed on the fixed rings, and the steel rod is inserted into the hexagonal groove, and then the operation handle is rotated by 90 degrees, and the operation handle drives the driving base, the rotating base and the connecting rod to rotate, and the connecting rod rotates to drive the driving rod to rotate, and the driving rod rotates to drive the pushing round heads to push the locking rods to slide towards the outer side; when the operation handle is rotated by 90 degrees, the driving rod rotates by 90 degrees to be parallel to the locking rods.

anti-collision buffer rubber pads respectively and fixedly arranged on the top surfaces of each of the fixed rings;
a drainage cover arranged at the top of the anti-collision buffer rubber pads;
a containing cavity set in the middle of the drainage cover, wherein through grooves are symmetrically set in two side walls of the containing cavity, wherein locking rods are slidably arranged in the through grooves in a matched mode, and guide grooves are communicated with and arranged at the bottom of the through grooves;
guide sliding blocks fixedly arranged at the bottom of the locking rods, wherein the guide sliding blocks extend into the guide grooves, and the guide sliding blocks are in sliding fit connection with the guide grooves;
pushing springs fixedly connected between the outer side faces of the guide sliding blocks and the outer side walls of the guide grooves;
an operation groove set above the containing cavity, wherein a rotating base which is rotatable is fixedly arranged on the bottom wall of the operation groove, and a driving base is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the rotating base;

whereby the drainage cover is placed into the drainage well and placed on the fixed rings, and the steel rod is inserted into the hexagonal groove, and then the operation handle is rotated by 90 degrees, and the operation handle drives the driving base, the rotating base and the connecting rod to rotate, and the connecting rod rotates to drive the driving rod to rotate, and the driving rod rotates to drive the pushing round heads to push the locking rods to slide towards the outer side; when the operation handle is rotated by 90 degrees, the driving rod rotates by 90 degrees to be parallel to the locking rods.
2. The drainage device of claim 1, wherein fixed opening grooves corresponding to the locking rods are respectively and symmetrically set in the two sides of the drainage well, and inductors are fixedly arranged on the outer end wall of the fixed opening grooves;
whereby when the inductors are in contact with the locking rods, the inductors give out a warning tone to prompt the fixation of the drainage cover.
3. The drainage device of claim 1, wherein the operation handle and the steel rod are of an integrated structure.
4. The drainage device of claim 1, wherein drain holes surround around the drainage cover and the drain holes are equidistantly arranged in the drainage cover, and the drain holes and the anti-collision buffer rubber pads are arranged in a staggered mode in the vertical direction.

1. A drainage device, comprising a drainage pipeline fixedly arranged below a drainage well, wherein the drainage pipeline further comprises a sewer, a horizontal suspension pipe, a vertical tube and a drainage tube;
a fixed ring fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the drainage well;
an anti-collision buffer rubber pad fixedly arranged on the top surface of the fixed ring;
a drainage cover arranged at the top of the anti-collision buffer rubber pad;
a containing cavity set in the middle of the drainage cover, wherein through grooves are symmetrically set in two side walls of the containing cavity, wherein locking rods are slidably arranged in the through grooves and the locking rods are coupled with the through grooves, and guide grooves are located at the bottom of the through grooves and the guide grooves are in communication with the through grooves;
guide sliding blocks fixedly arranged at the bottom of the locking rods, wherein the guide sliding blocks extend into the guide grooves, and the guide sliding blocks are in sliding fit connection with the guide grooves;
pushing springs fixedly connected between the outer side faces of the guide sliding blocks and the outer side walls of the guide grooves;

a connecting rod fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the rotating base, wherein the connecting rod extends downwards into the containing cavity;
a driving rod fixedly arranged at the bottom of the connecting rod, wherein pushing round heads as each having an arc-profile are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the driving rod;
hereby, in use the drainage cover is placed into the drainage well and placed on the fixed ring, and the steel rod can be inserted into the hexagonal groove, and then the operation handle is rotated by 90 degrees, and the operation handle drives the driving base, the rotating base and the connecting rod to rotate, and the connecting rod rotates to drive the driving rod to rotate, and the driving rod rotates to drive the pushing round heads to push the locking rods to slide towards the outer side; when the operation handle is rotated by 90 degrees, the driving rod rotates by 90 degrees to be parallel to the locking rods.
2. The drainage device of claim 1, wherein fixed opening grooves corresponding to the locking rods are respectively and symmetrically set in the two sides of the drainage well, and inductors are fixedly arranged on the outer end wall of the fixed opening grooves;
whereby when the inductors are in contact with the locking rods, the inductors give out a warning tone to prompt the fixation of the drainage cover.
3. The drainage device of claim 1, wherein the operation handle and the steel rod are of an integrated structure.

The drainage device of claim 1, wherein drain holes surround around the drainage cover and the drain holes are equidistantly arranged in the drainage cover, and the anti-collision buffer rubber pad is set around the area which is right below the drain holes, so that the drain holes are not blocked by anti-collision buffer rubber pad.
