Abstract

A condenser exhaust comprises an aluminium exhaust box silencer. The central tube 1 is welded to a holding plate 2. Tube 1 is surrounded by chambers 3 & 4. Chamber 4 has a hole 5 so that fluids and exhaust gases may escape to the road surface. Chambers 3 & 4 have a series of holes 6 & 7, which are not aligned, so that exhaust gases must pass through the holes. Open ended aluminium tubes of any shape (8, fig 3) are attached to either side of the main chamber 4.

Description

THERMAL PINCH CONDENSER EXHAUST
THIS INVENTION RELATES TO ATHERMAL PINCH CONDENSER EXHAUST IN ORDER TO REDUCE OFFENSIVE EMISSIONS, EXAMPLE CARBON DIOXIDE, NITROGEN OXIDES, SULPHUR AND CARBON PARICLES, BENZENE, AND ACIDS.
THE INVENTION WILL NOW BE DESCRIBED ACCORDING TO THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS WHICH IS A SCHEMATIC EXAMPLE OF AN ALUMINIUM EXHAUST BOX SILENCER WHICH IS MADE IN ALUMINIUM OR ANY OTHER ELECTROPOSITIVE METAL FIG 1 SHOWS SIDE ELEVATION, FIG 2 SHOWS END VIEW ACCORDING TO THE DIRECTION OF ARROW A. FIG 3 SHOWS EXTRA COOLING TUBES 8. THE CENTRAL TUBE 1. IS WELDED TO A HOLDING PLATE 2. TUBE 1. IS SURROUNDED BY A CHAMBER
3. AND ALSO 4. WHICH CHAMBER 4 HAS A HOLE 5. SO FLUIDS AND EXHAUST MAY ESCAPE TO THE ROAD SURFACE. CHAMBERS 1. 3 AND 4 HAVE A SERIES OF HOLES 6. AND 7. WHICH DO NOT ALLIGN ON THEMSELVES OR ANY OTHER HOLES DEPICTED IN DRAWING FIG 1. CHAMBERS 1.3. AND 4. ARE WELDED TO HOLDING PLATE 2 SO THAT EXHAUST GASES MUST PASS THROUGH THE ARRAY OF HOLES 6. AND 7. FINALLY THE GAS GOES OUT THROUGH HOLE 5.
FIG 2. B SHOWS PLATE 2 FINISHING FLUSH WITH CHAMBER 4 SO THAT OPEN ENDED TUBES ANY SHAPE MAY BE ATTACHED EXAMPLE - ROUND, SQUARE, HEXHAGONAL, TRIANGULAR OPEN HONEY COMB OF PLATES WHICH ALL WOULD ACT TO DISPERSE HEAT AWAY FROM THE MAIN BODY OF THE EXHAUST CHAMBER 4. CONVENIENTLY WE HAVE CHOSEN OPEN ENDED ALUMINIUM TUBES 8. ATTACHED TO EITHER SIDE OF MAIN BODY CHAMBER 4. SHOWN FIG 3. A STALL CAP PLATE MAY BE FITTED AT JUNCTURE HOLE 5. AREA TO FURTHER DEFLECT GASES DOWNWARDS ONTO THE ROAD SURFACE.

Claims (3)

  1. Thermal Pinch Exhaust
The thermal pinch exhaust claims a central tube 1. of aluminium fabrication also claims a holding plate
  2. 2. Also claims a chamber
  3. 3. Of aluminium fabrication.
Also claims a chamber 4 which has a hole 5 so fluids and exhaust can escape.
Also chambers 1, 3 and 4 have a series of holes 6 and 1, which do not align on themselves.
Chambers 1, 3 and 4 are welded to holding plate 2 so that the exhaust must pass through the holes 6 and 7.
Finally, the exhaust gas goes out through hole 5.
