Abstract

System for the monitoring and analysis of the behaviour of at least one individual within a space dedicated to the storage and/or display and/or sale of products, goods, items, services, objects or the like, said system comprising at least one electronic tag (20) positioned on the individual and/or an object associated to him, a plurality of reception and transmission means (2) capable of communicating with said electronic tag (20), at least one server adapted to store and process the signals sent by said reception and transmission means (2), so as to monitor said individual within the said space and evaluate how he moves, characterised in that it further comprises appropriate image acquisition means (3) capable of communicating with said server, and sufficient to provide information usable for: - determining and analysing the behaviour of the said individual when interacting with said products, goods, items, services, objects or the like; - it combines the analysis of the behaviour of the said consumer in the interaction with said products, goods, items, services, objects or the like, with his movements within the said space, so as to monitor and analyse, both spatially and temporally, the behaviour of said individual.
