Field of the Invention [0001] The field of the disclosure is lighting device generally and specifically, a fireproof lighting device used for light-emitting diode lamps, which falls in the field of lighting devices.
Description of Prior Art [0002] Currently, wooden structures built housing energy saving and environmental protection, easy to build, many areas still retain this kind of housing structures, but, as is known to all, wood based materials are highly combustible, and fire hazards happened in houses made out of wood based materials cannot be controlled easily, thus spread from one spot to the whole house, seriously damaging the wooden house, even causing the destruction of the whole house.
When using lighting devices within a wooden house, because of long period of using or damages out of unidentified reasons, the damaged and heating lighting devices can become a cause for fire hazards. Additionally, other fire hazards can also cause the lighting devices such as lamps to burn up or even explode, and these lighting devices are typically installed at the jointed area of each floor, thus when fire hazards happen, the fire can easily extend from the lighting devices to higher floors, spreading the fire hazards. Therefore, the lighting devices in wooden houses need to apply a fireproof lighting device that can effectively stop and block the spreading of fire hazards, in order to maintain the fireproof safety of wooden buildings.

[0009] Furthermore, the said lens has a circular groove at the upper end, and the diameter of the said groove is no less than the length of the light-emitting diode.
[0010] Furthermore, the material used to make the said bracket is iron, and the material used to make the said magnet fixed ring is plastic.
[0011] Advantageous effects: This disclosure adopts a novel structure. Starting from the inner structure of the lighting device in this disclosure, the fireproof lighting device is equipped with a section bar radiator inside it, which can effectively increase the heat emission of the lighting device when the device is working, decrease the overall temperature, and improve safety in use; the fireproof lighting device also has fire cotton inside it, and when fire hazards happen, the fire cotton will expand after contacting with flame, thus greatly decreasing the melting speed of the above mentioned section bar radiator, which can prevent the fire hazards from spreading, and provide personnel with longer time to escape.
[0012] Additionally, the iron ring plate, bracket and fire cotton in this disclosure are also made of flame resistant material, which can effectively prevent flame from spreading when fire hazards happen, and stop the spreading of fire hazards.
Brief Description of the several views of the Drawings [0013] Fig. 1 is a cross-section view of the overall structure of this disclosure.
[0014] Fig. 2 is an explosive view of the structure of this disclosure.
[0015] Wherein, 1 is the outer housing, 2 is the section bar radiator, 3 is the fire cotton, 4 is the bracket, 5 is the base plate, 6 is the magnet fixed ring, 7 is the iron ring plate, 8 is the lens, 9 is the light-emitting diode, 10 is the embedded body.
Detailed Description of the Invention [0016] Associated with the attached figures, this disclosure is further described.
As is shown in the attached figures, A fireproof lighting device used for light-emitting diode lamps, which consists of: [0017] A fireproof lighting device used for light-emitting diode lamps, said device comprising: an outer housing 1 with a cavity; said outer housing 1 is clamped with an embedded body 10; said embedded body 10 is equipped with fire cotton 3 on the top; said outer housing 1 is equipped with a section bar radiator 2 within it; said section bar radiator 2 is located above the fire cotton 3; said fire cotton 3 has a bracket 4 beneath it; said bracket 4 has an opening located at the top that can accommodate the section bar radiator 2; said section bar radiator 2 has its lower end within the bracket 4 after the installation; said bracket 4 has a base plate 5 below it; said base plate 5 is connected with the section bar radiator 2 via a bolt through the bracket 4; said base plate 5 has a light-emitting diode 9 welded on it; said light-emitting diode 9 is equipped with a lens 8 at the bottom; said lens 8 is clamped with the inner edge of a magnet fixed ring 6 via a buckle structure; said magnet fixed ring 6’s upper end is connected with the bracket 4 via a buckle; said magnet fixed ring 6 has a magnet within it, and the magnet is configured to attract the iron ring plate 7; said outer housing l’s outer edge is configured to extend outwards and ringlike, and is configured with bayonets at the end of the outer edge; said magnet fixed ring 6’s outer edge also has bayonets that fit the bayonets at the end of the outer edge of the outer housing 1; the said bracket 4’s upper end is arched, forming a protruding plane; wherein the lower end is configured to extend outwards and ringlike, while the extension length of the lower end is shorter than the extension length of the outer housing; the said section bar radiator 2’s lower end is located within the cavity at the upper part of the embedded body 10, and the lower end’s outer ring of the section bar radiator 2 is attached with the upper end of the fire cotton 3 after installation; the said base plate 5 is located within the frame constituted by the bracket 4; the said outer housingl , embedded body 10, fire cotton 3, bracket 4 and base plate 5 are all circular; the said lens 8 has a circular groove at the upper end, and the diameter of the said groove is no less than the length of the light-emitting diode 9; the material used to make the said bracket 4 is iron, and the material used to make the said magnet fixed ring 6 is plastic.
[0018] When fire hazards break out in the building, flame will be obstructed by the iron material of the iron ring plate 7 and the bracket 4 when coming into contact with this fireproof lighting device. When flame goes beyond the iron ring plate 7 and the bracket 4, the lens 8 will be melted by the high temperature of the flame; after the lens 8 is melted, the bracket 4 is still capable of preventing the spread of the flame in the outer ring. The light-emitting diode 9 and the base plate 5 are in the inner ring at this point. The base plate 5 and the section bar radiator 2 have sufficient thickness, and the section bar radiator 2’s thickness is great. First of all, the base plate 5 is made out of noncombustible metal, which can postpone the spread of the flame into the lighting device. Secondly, the fire cotton 3 can act as protection of the section bar radiator 2 after expanding, so that the section bar radiator 2 will not melt after a long time period, which can prevent the flame from spreading and damaging the upper floor of the building, and provide more time to escape for personnel within the building.
[0019] This disclosure adopts a novel structure. Starting from the inner structure of the lighting device in this disclosure, the fireproof lighting device is equipped with a section bar radiator 2 inside it, which can effectively increase the heat emission of the lighting device when the device is working, decrease the overall temperature, and improve safety in use; the fireproof lighting device also has fire cotton 3 inside it, and when fire hazards happen, the fire cotton 3 will expand after contacting with flame, thus greatly decreasing the melting speed of the above mentioned section bar radiator 2, which can prevent the fire hazards from spreading, and provide personnel with longer time to escape.
