Abstract

256,396. Fry, Ltd., E. B., and Fry, N. B. July 29, 1925. Card and like stands.-A strut back for show-cards, picture frames, &c. comprising a blank creased to fold at c, d to form a middle attaching portion, a supporting leg, and a link, has notches a cut on each side of the link and a downwardly tapered slot b in the leg. The notches a are wide enough to accommodate the card thickness, and the slot b takes at the top the end width of the link and at the bottom the width between the notches a. A tongue may be cut out of the middle portion to engage an additional tapered slot in the leg. A tongue f may be cut for suspension. The blank may be bifurcated and have two legs, two links, and two tongues f.
