Abstract
Disclosed is a compression device of a middle packaging machine used for a disposable absorptive article, the compression device comprising: a compression support, and a compression plate mechanism and a compression and translation mechanism mounted on the compression support. The compression support comprises a frame formed by a cross beam (1) and upright columns (2), a panel supporting strip (3) and a panel (17) fixedly connected above the panel supporting strip (3). The panel supporting strip (3) is provided with a sliding rail. The compression plate mechanism comprises left and right compression mechanisms symmetrically provided on left and right sides of the panel. The compression plate mechanism on one side comprises, from inside to outside, a compression plate (26), a compression bottom plate (22) and a compression support plate (9) that are successively connected. A product contact face of the compression plate (26) is a concave cambered face. The compression plate (26) is provided with an air channel (27) and uniformly distributed vent holes (28). The compression bottom plate (22) is provided with an air source inlet (24). The bottom of the compression support plate (9) is connected to the sliding rail in a sliding manner. The compression and translation mechanism comprises a ball screw (7), a screw synchronous pulley (11), a synchronous belt (12), an electric motor synchronous pulley (13) and a servo motor (16). The compression device can significantly enhance the compressive force and the compressive stability, without the dropping fraction phenomenon on both sides, with smooth pushing, and has the advantages of a good compression effect and a fast processing speed.

Abstract Title: Compression device of middle packaging machine used for disposable absorptive article (57) Disclosed is a compression device of a middle packaging machine used for a disposable absorptive article, the compression device comprising: a compression support, and a compression plate mechanism and a compression and translation mechanism mounted on the compression support. The compression support comprises a frame formed by a cross beam (1) and upright columns (2), a panel supporting strip (3) and a panel (17) fixedly connected above the panel supporting strip (3). The panel supporting strip (3) is provided with a sliding rail. The compression plate mechanism comprises left and right compression mechanisms symmetrically provided on left and right sides of the panel. Compression Device of Multi-pack Packaging Machine for Disposable Absorbent Article
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to an apparatus of a multi-pack packaging machine on a product line, and particularly to a compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine on a production line of a disposable absorbent product.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONCurrently, the working process of an apparatus of a multi-pack packaging machine for disposable absorbent products (such as diapers, sanitary napkins and toilet tissues) is as follows: the products continuously conveyed on a production line are stacked by a stacker mechanism, then pushed out, arranged and arrayed, compacted by a compression device, and then pushed in a grouping manner to packaging bags by a pushing device.
A mobile compaction mode is employed by most of the compaction and conveying mechanisms of multi-pack packaging machines in the prior art. Utility Model Application No. 200920192886.9 discloses a diaper packaging machine employing a trapezoidal channel opening, wherein diapers are pushed in at a wider inlet of a trapezoidal channel, and compacted in the pushing process of a single pusher, thus easily causing the problems that products are in disorder after compression, products are deformed and scratched due to extrusion, or diapers are stuck due to their deviation from the channel inlet when pushed in, diapers cannot be conveyed at a high speed, etc. Invention Patent Application No. 201510273284.6 discloses a full automatic diaper packaging production line, a pre-compression device of which comprises left and right compression mechanisms mounted on a compression bracket, wherein each of the left and right compression mechanisms comprises a compression translation mechanism, an upper pushing block and a lower
DESCRIPTION pushing block, and the upper pushing block and the lower pushing block are respectively driven by a separate compression translation mechanism, thus diapers can be prevented from being stuck in a channel due to their position deviation, which improves the production smoothness. Invention Patent Application No. 201210151068.0 discloses a multi-pack packaging machine which performs flow production using a conveyer belt, wherein left and right pressing plates and a pressing plate driving cylinder are arranged on a feeding flow line, the cylinder drives the pressing plates to move from left to right, and conveying is also achieved by belts at left and right sides in some cases, thus products are compacted during conveying and stably compacted without rebounding, and the working noise is low, but when products are compressed at a high speed or a larger number of products are compressed at a time, orderly products are in disorder due to extrusion, and therefore shutdown is required for cleanup, thus affecting the working efficiency.
In addition, the above compression mechanism used in the prior art is of a planar structure, which has a large product contact area, causes an increased friction force, and especially easily causes product pack loss at two ends, thus greatly affecting the packaging efficiency and reducing the equipment stability.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
For the above defects of an existing compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine on a production line of a disposable absorbent product, the invention provides a compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine for a disposable absorbent article. The device can significantly enhance the compression force and compression stability, has good compression effects and fast processing speed, avoids pack loss at two sides and provides smooth pushing.
To achieve the above technical object, the invention employs the following technical solutions.
DESCRIPTION
A compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine for a disposable absorbent article comprises a compression bracket, and a compression plate mechanism and a compression translation mechanism mounted on the bracket, wherein:
the compression bracket comprises a frame formed by cross beams and upright posts, a panel supporting strip arranged above the frame, and a panel fixedly connected above the supporting strip to bear a product; and the panel supporting strip is provided with a slide rail;
the compression plate mechanism comprises a left compression mechanism and a right compression plate mechanism symmetrically arranged at left and right sides of the panel, the compression plate mechanism at each side comprises from inside to outside a compression plate, a compression base plate and a compression support plate which are sequentially connected, a product contact surface of the compression plate is a concave cambered surface, and when the concave cambered surface contacts a product, an air bag space is formed therebetween; the compression plate is provided with an air passage and evenly distributed air vents communicated therewith, and the inner diameter of the air vents is preferably 0.1 mm; the compression base plate is equipped with an air source inlet; and the bottom of the compression support plate is slidably connected with the slide rail; and the compression translation mechanism comprises a ball screw, a screw synchronous pulley, a synchronous belt, a motor synchronous pulley and a servomotor; the ball screw is connected with the compression support plates at two sides; and when driven by the servomotor, the synchronous pulleys and the synchronous belt, the ball screw drives the compression support plates to translate on the slide rail along a compression direction. Further, the panel is fixedly connected with the panel supporting strip by a panel strut.
DESCRIPTION
Further, the compression base plate is connected with the compression support plate by a support plate reinforcing strip.
In particular, based on different packaging requirements, the compression plate is provided with a special air passage distribution to meet the requirements of different customers on a product, and the air passage can provide either single-channel output or multi-channel output.
In particular, two ends of the ball screw are fixed on a bearing seat plate by a bearing end cap and a bearing box, and the bearing seat plate is fixed at two ends of the panel supporting strip.
In particular, the ball screw is connected with the compression support plates at two sides by a nut.
In particular, the ball screw performs a compression action in a stepwise compression mode.
Preferably, a short column for fixed connection is arranged between the upright posts.
Preferably, the slide rail is a double-track slide rail.
Compared with an existing compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine for a disposable absorbent product, the compression device of the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
1. the compression plate is of a unique concave cambered surface structure and has a special air passage design and evenly distributed air vents, the compression plate hence can form an air bag space with the surface of a product when contacting the product, and an air friction area is formed at a contact position, thus the compression plate can significantly improve the pushing smoothness, completely eliminates product pack loss at two ends, and has the advantages of good compression effects and fast production and processing speed as compared to a planar compression plate in the prior art;
2. based on different packaging requirements, a special air passage distribution can be designed in the compression plate to meet the
DESCRIPTION requirements of different customers on a product, which provides good flexibility; and
3. the concave cambered surface-type compression plate together with the stepwise compression mode of the ball screw significantly enhances the compression moment and compression stability, and a product compressed in this manner can be effectively deprived of air in a gap, which facilitates further reducing the packaging space and improves the processing speed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A particular embodiment of the invention is to be described below in detail with reference to the drawings, but not intended to define the claims of the invention in any way.
DESCRIPTION
As shown in Figs. 1 to 5, a compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine for a disposable absorbent article according to the embodiment comprises a compression bracket, and a compression plate mechanism and a compression translation mechanism mounted on the bracket.
The compression bracket comprises a frame formed by cross beams 1 and upright posts 2, a panel supporting strip 3 arranged above the frame, and a panel 17 fixedly connected above the supporting strip 3 to bear a product, wherein the panel 17 is fixedly connected with the panel supporting strip 3 by a panel strut 18; the panel supporting strip 3 is provided with a double-track slide rail 20; and a short column 19 for fixed connection is arranged between the upright posts 2.
The compression plate mechanism comprises a left compression mechanism and a right compression plate mechanism symmetrically arranged at left and right sides of the panel 17, the compression plate mechanism at each side comprises from inside to outside a compression plate 26, a compression base plate 22, a support plate reinforcing strip 10 and a compression support plate 9 which are sequentially connected, a product contact surface of the compression plate 26 is a concave cambered surface, and when the concave cambered surface contacts a product 25, an air bag space 23 is formed therebetween; the compression plate 26 is provided with an air passage 27 (multi-channel output) and evenly distributed air vents 28 (inner diameter: 0.1 mm) communicated therewith, and the compression base plate 22 is equipped with an air source inlet 24; and the bottom of the compression support plate 9 is slidably connected with the double-track slide rail 20 by a slider base plate 21.
The compression translation mechanism comprises a ball screw 7, a screw synchronous pulley 11, a synchronous belt 12, a motor synchronous pulley 13 and a servomotor 16; two ends of the ball screw 7 are fixed on a bearing seat plate 4 by a bearing end cap 5 and a bearing
DESCRIPTION box 6, the bearing seat plate 4 is fixed at two ends of the panel supporting strip 3, and the ball screw 7 is connected with the compression support plates 9 at the left and right sides by a ball screw nut 8; and the servomotor 16 is fixedly mounted on the compression bracket by a motor mounting plate 15 and a motor seat plate 14, the motor synchronous pulley 13 is mounted at a shaft end of the motor 16, the screw synchronous pulley 11 is driven by the synchronous belt 12, and when driven by the servomotor 16, the screw synchronous pulley 11, the motor synchronous pulley 13 and the synchronous belt 12, the ball screw 7 drives the compression support plates 9 to translate on the double-track slide rail 20 along a compression direction.
The working process of the compression device of the multi-pack packaging machine of the embodiment is as follows: as shown in Figs. 1 to 5, the arranged and arrayed disposable absorbent product 25 is pushed to the panel 17 of the compression device by a pusher device; when driven by the servomotor 16, the motor synchronous pulley 13 drives the screw synchronous pulley 11 by the synchronous belt 12, the ball screw 7 moves in a gyratory manner to drive the compression support plates 9, the compression base plates 22 and the compression plates 26 at two sides to translate towards the product 25 on the double-track slide rail 20, the plates further compress the product stepwise after contacting its surface, and then air is introduced to the air vents 28 by the air source inlet 24 on the compression base plate 22, such that an air bag space 23 is formed between the concave cambered surface of the compression plate 26 and the product 25, and an air friction area is formed at a position where the compressed product 25 contacts the compression plate 26, which provides smooth pushing and avoids product pack loss at two sides; and a stepwise compression mode of the ball screw 7 significantly enhances the compression force and compression stability, can effectively remove air in a gap of the product, reduces the
DESCRIPTION packaging space, and has the advantages of good compression effects, fast processing speed and high processing efficiency.
It should be understood that the above specific description of the invention is only for the purpose of describing the invention rather than being limited to the technical solutions described in the embodiments of the invention. A person having ordinary skill in the art should understand that modification or equivalent replacement still could be made to the invention to achieve the same technical effects, and falls within the protection scope of the invention as long as the use needs are satisfied.
Claims (10)
1. A compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine for a disposable absorbent article, comprising a compression bracket, and a compression plate mechanism and a compression translation mechanism mounted on the bracket, characterized in that:
the compression bracket comprises a frame formed by cross beams and upright posts, a panel supporting strip arranged above the frame, and a panel fixedly connected above the supporting strip to bear a product; and the panel supporting strip is provided with a slide rail;
the compression plate mechanism comprises a left compression mechanism and a right compression plate mechanism symmetrically arranged at left and right sides of the panel, the compression plate mechanism at each side comprises from inside to outside a compression plate, a compression base plate and a compression support plate which are sequentially connected, a product contact surface of the compression plate is a concave cambered surface, and when the concave cambered surface contacts a product, an air bag space is formed therebetween; the compression plate is provided with an air passage and evenly distributed air vents; the compression base plate is provided with an air source inlet; and the bottom of the compression support plate is slidably connected with the slide rail; and the compression translation mechanism comprises a ball screw, a screw synchronous pulley, a synchronous belt, a motor synchronous pulley and a servomotor; the ball screw is connected with the compression support plates at two sides; and when driven by the servomotor, the synchronous pulleys and the synchronous belt, the ball screw drives the compression support plates to translate on the slide rail along a compression direction.
2. The compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine for a disposable absorbent article according to claim 1, characterized in that: the panel is fixedly connected with the panel supporting strip by a panel strut.
3. The compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine for a disposable absorbent article according to claim 1, characterized in that: the compression base plate is connected with the compression support plate by a support plate reinforcing strip.
4. The compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine for a disposable absorbent article according to claim 1, characterized in that: the air passage provides single-channel output or multi-channel output.
5. The compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine for a disposable absorbent article according to claim 1, characterized in that: two ends of the ball screw are fixed on a bearing seat plate by a bearing end cap and a bearing box, and the bearing seat plate is fixed at two ends of the panel supporting strip.
6. The compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine for a disposable absorbent article according to claim 1, characterized in that: the ball screw is connected with the compression support plates at two sides by a nut.
7. The compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine for a disposable absorbent article according to claim 1, characterized in that: the ball screw performs a compression action in a stepwise compression mode.
8. The compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine for a disposable absorbent article according to claim 1, characterized in that: a short column for fixed connection is arranged between the upright posts.
9. The compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine for a disposable absorbent article according to claim 1, characterized in that: the slide rail is a double-track slide rail.
10. The compression device of a multi-pack packaging machine for a disposable absorbent article according to claim 1, characterized in that: the inner diameter of the air vents is 0.1 mm.
