Abstract

A hand treatment apparatus is provided. The hand treatment apparatus comprising: a fluid treatment unit comprising an ozone generator and a catalyst suitable for catalysing the decomposition of ozone to generate one or more free radicals; and an outlet for egress of fluid treated by the fluid treatment unit. The hand treatment apparatus may be a hand dryer or a hand cleaning apparatus. A method of treating hands is also provided.
