A method for producing a disposable sanitary product, and in particular, a method for processing a medicated panty liner. The method comprises: transferring medicine to a medicine package material, and conveying the medicine package material to a wrapping device (4) by means of a conveyor belt for wrapping; conveying the wrapped medicine package material to a medicine bag thermo-compression bonding device for thermo-compression bonding; cutting off the medicine bag and then placing it on a base film material; conveying a jersey material by using an adsorption-type conveyor belt, and using an embossing device (11) for embossing, a finished product thermo-compression bonding device(14) for bonding, and a finished product cutting device (16) for cutting and shaping; recovering wastes by means of a finished product waste recovery device (17); tri-folding the product using a tri-folding device (19); pasting a quick and easy tape to finish the product production process; and arranging and outputting the finished products. By means of the method, the prepared medicine is precisely cut off, accurately packaged, and uniformly quantified, and has a small medicine powder amount error; in consideration of the particularity and easy rolling property of the jersey material, an adsorption-type conveying mode is used; in the production process, the product has a small outline dimension error, and neat and nice appearance.

Method for Processing Medicated Pad FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to a method for producing a disposable sanitary article, especially a method for processing a medicated pad.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Currently, most of medicated pads are produced by production equipment formed by simply changing or adjusting common equipment for a disposable sanitary article. In the production process of such equipment, no consideration is given to the specialty of a medicated pad as well as the thermocompression bonding and cutting of a cotton undershirt cloth material and a chemical fiber material, so the product yield and quality are generally lower.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
An object of the invention is to provide a method for processing a medicated pad with high efficiency and good production quality.
The invention employs the following technical solution to solve its technical problem a method for processing a medicated pad comprises the following steps: a medicament is stirred in a medicament box so that medicament powder is evenly dropped into a powder chamber; the medicament powder is quantitatively applied to a powder placement wheel and then intermittently transferred to a medicament pocket material which is then sent by a conveyer belt to a wrapping device for wrapping; the wrapped medicament pocket material is conveyed to a medicament pocket thermocompression bonding device for thermocompression bonding; the bonded medicament pocket material is conveyed to a medicament pocket cutting device for cutting; then the cut medicament pocket is placed on an underlying film material; a sweat-absorbing cloth material is conveyed by an adsorption-type conveyer belt; the sweat-absorbing cloth material is embossed by an embossing device; the sweat-absorbing cloth fabric and the underlying film material are glued to enwrap the
DESCRIPTION medicament pocket therebetween, and then the enwrapped medicament pocket is conveyed to a finished product thermocompression bonding device for thermocompression bonding; release paper is glued on the underlying film; the resulting product is passed through a finished product cutting device for tailoring and shaping; waste is recovered by a finished product waste recovery device; a product is triple-folded by a triple-folding device; a tape is pasted to complete the production procedure of the product; and the finished product is arrayed, arranged and outputted. In a further arrangement of the invention, the adsorption-type conveying process is as follows: since the sweat-absorbing cloth material can be rolled up due to a very small tensile force produced during conveying after the sweat-absorbing cloth expands from a rolled state, the sweat-absorbing cloth is adsorbed on the conveyer belt and conveyed forward by using negative pressure adsorption-type conveying in which no tensile force is produced by the material itself.
In a further arrangement of the invention, the embossing process of the embossing device is as follows: upper and lower rollers of the embossing device are gear-driven when supported by a bracket so as to drive the upper and lower rollers to rotate in different directions, the upper and lower rollers are provided with a heating device, and the desired patterns are embossed on an embossing area of the sweat-absorbing cloth under the action of temperature and pressure.
In a further arrangement of the invention, the process of transferring a medicament to a medicament pocket material is as follows: the medicament is stirred in a medicament box by a low speed synchromotor so that medicament powder is evenly dropped into a powder chamber; the powder chamber is internally provided with a toggle piece to ensure the continuous movement of the medicament powder and prevent the medicament powder from being agglomerated; the medicament powder is applied to a powder placement wheel and filled up surface voids of the powder placement wheel; and the medicament powder is transferred to the medicament pocket material after excess medicament powder is scraped off.
The medicament prepared by the method is precisely intermitted, accurately
DESCRIPTION encapsulated and evenly quantified, and has small error in medicament powder amount; an adsorption-type conveying mode is employed in view of the specialty of the sweat-absorbing cloth material and the easy rolling property of the material itself; and the product has small error in physical dimension during production, and therefore has a flat and aesthetic appearance.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A method for processing a medicated pad according to the invention comprises the following steps: a medicament is stirred in a medicament box so that medicament powder is evenly dropped into a powder chamber; the medicament powder is quantitatively applied to a powder placement wheel and then intermittently transferred to a medicament pocket material which is then sent by a conveyer belt to a wrapping device for wrapping; the wrapped medicament pocket material is conveyed to a medicament pocket thermocompression bonding device for thermocompression bonding; the bonded medicament pocket material is conveyed to a medicament pocket cutting device for cutting; then the cut medicament pocket is placed on an underlying film material; a sweat-absorbing cloth material is conveyed by an adsorption-type conveyer belt; the sweat-absorbing cloth material is embossed by an embossing device; the sweat-absorbing cloth fabric and the underlying film material are glued to enwrap the medicament pocket therebetween, and then the enwrapped medicament pocket is conveyed to a finished product thermocompression bonding device for thermocompression bonding; release paper is glued on the underlying film; the resulting product is passed through a finished product cutting device for tailoring and shaping; waste is recovered by a finished product waste recovery device; a product is triple-folded by a triple-folding device; a tape is pasted to complete the production procedure of the product; and the finished product is arrayed, arranged and outputted. The use principles of the devices at various stations are described below.
Medicament stirring and applying device: a medicament is stirred in a medicament box by a low speed synchromotor so that medicament powder is evenly dropped into a powder chamber; the powder chamber is internally provided with a toggle piece to ensure the continuous movement of the medicament powder and prevent the medicament powder from being agglomerated; the medicament powder is applied to a powder placement wheel and filled up surface voids of the powder placement wheel; and the medicament powder is transferred to a medicament pocket material after excess medicament powder is scraped off.
Medicament wrapping device: medicament wrapping non-woven fabric is arranged at an upper side, lining is arranged at a lower side, and two sides of the non-woven fabric are wrapped by a wrapping device.
Medicament pocket end encapsulating device: the medicament wrapping non-woven fabric is wrapped into a strip and then conveyed by a conveyer belt to a medicament pocket end encapsulating device; upper and lower rollers of the medicament pocket end encapsulating device are gear-driven when supported by a bracket so as to drive the upper and lower rollers to rotate in different directions; the upper and lower rollers are provided with a heating device to provide controllable temperature; the bracket of the medicament pocket end encapsulating device is provided with a pressure regulating device; and two ends of the strip formed by wrapping the medicament wrapping non-woven fabric are bonded together under the action of temperature and pressure.
Medicament pocket cutting device: a medicament pocket with two ends bonded together which is formed by wrapping the medicament wrapping non-woven fabric is conveyed by the conveyer belt to a medicament pocket cutting device, which device is substantially the same as the previous medicament pocket end encapsulating device: upper and lower rollers do not have a heating function and serve as cutter devices, wherein the upper roller is a cutter roller and the lower roller is a cutter anvil; and

Embossing device for finished product sweat-absorbing cloth fabric: the desired patterns are embossed on an embossing area of the sweat-absorbing cloth fabric; upper and lower rollers of an embossing device for finished product sweat-absorbing cloth fabric are gear-driven when supported by a bracket so as to drive the upper and lower rollers to rotate in different directions; the upper and lower rollers are provided with a heating device to provide controllable temperature; and the desired patterns are embossed on an embossing area of the sweat-absorbing cloth fabric under the action of temperature and pressure.
Rear adsorption and expansion device for sweat-absorbing cloth fabric: an adsorption-type conveying mode is employed in view of the specialty of a sweat-absorbing cloth material and the easy rolling property of the material itself; and since the sweat-absorbing cloth material can be rolled up due to a very small tensile force produced during conveying after the sweat-absorbing cloth fabric expands from a rolled state, the sweat-absorbing cloth fabric is adsorbed on the conveyer belt and conveyed forward by using adsorption-type conveying in which no tensile force is produced by the material itself, until the sweat-absorbing cloth fabric is compounded with other materials.
Finished product thermocompression bonding device: the individual medicament
DESCRIPTION pocket formed is introduced to a finished product thermocompression bonding device after the sweat-absorbing cloth fabric is glued together with an underlying film material; upper and lower rollers of the finished product thermocompression bonding device are gear-driven when supported by a bracket so as to drive the upper and lower rollers to rotate in different directions; the upper and lower rollers are provided with a heating device to provide controllable temperature; and under the action of temperature and pressure, the sweat-absorbing cloth fabric and the underlying film material are subjected to thermocompression bonding at their periphery to form an integral piece, and then the individual medicament pocket is fixed therebetween. Finished product cutting device: with the conveying by the conveyer belt, the device is substantially the same as the previous finished product thermocompression bonding device: upper and lower rollers do not have a heating function and serve as cutter devices, wherein the upper roller is a cutter roller and the lower roller is a cutter anvil; and when a long-strip product band formed by thermocompression bonding as an integral piece passes through the finished product cutting device, the cutter roller presses against the cutter anvil to cut off the long-strip band formed by thermocompression bonding, thus forming individual intact products.
Finished product triple-folding device: the device consists of two parts, i.e. a first finished product folding device and a second finished product folding device; when the intact product formed is conveyed by the conveyer belt to the first finished product folding device, the product is folded at its one-third position under the action of a folding insertion plate of the first finished product folding device; and when the folded product is conveyed to the second finished product folding device, the product is folded again under the action of a folding insertion plate of the second finished product folding device, thus forming individual pack products.
Pack tape cutting device: the pack product formed may scatter, and can only be fixed by pasting a pack tape thereon; the pack tape is passed through a tape conveying part to a tape cutting device and then cut into 30 mm sheet-like tapes; and the sheet-like tape is adhered to the formed pack product for fixing purposes, thus forming

Pack arraying, arrangement and outputting: the intact pack products formed are arranged by an arraying wheel, arrayed orderly and then outputted through an arraying chute, which facilitates counting and packaging operation.
It is evident that the above embodiment is only for the purpose of clearly describing the examples rather than limiting the embodiments. Those skilled in the art can also make other different forms of changes or alternations based on the above description. There is no need and no way to exhaustively list all the embodiments. However, obvious changes or alternations derived therefrom still fall within the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (4)

1. A method for processing a medicated pad, comprising the following steps: a medicament is stirred in a medicament box so that medicament powder is evenly dropped into a powder chamber; the medicament powder is quantitatively applied to a powder placement wheel and then intermittently transferred to a medicament pocket material which is then sent by a conveyer belt to a wrapping device for wrapping; the wrapped medicament pocket material is conveyed to a medicament pocket thermocompression bonding device for thermocompression bonding; the bonded medicament pocket material is conveyed to a medicament pocket cutting device for cutting; then the cut medicament pocket is placed on an underlying film material; a sweat-absorbing cloth material is conveyed by an adsorption-type conveyer belt; the sweat-absorbing cloth material is embossed by an embossing device; the sweat-absorbing cloth fabric and the underlying film material are glued to enwrap the medicament pocket therebetween, and then the enwrapped medicament pocket is conveyed to a finished product thermocompression bonding device for thermocompression bonding; release paper is glued on the underlying film; the resulting product is passed through a finished product cutting device for tailoring and shaping; waste is recovered by a finished product waste recovery device; a product is triple-folded by a triple-folding device; a tape is pasted to complete the production procedure of the product; and the finished product is arrayed, arranged and outputted.

The method for processing a medicated pad according to claim 1, characterized in that: the adsorption-type conveying process is as follows: since the sweat-absorbing cloth material can be rolled up due to a very small tensile force produced during conveying after the sweat-absorbing cloth expands from a rolled state, the sweat-absorbing cloth is adsorbed on the conveyer belt and conveyed forward by using negative pressure adsorption-type conveying in which no tensile force is produced by the material itself.
