Abstract

The invention relates to saving water by collecting rain and grey water and retaining it in a tank or butt. The gathered water is then drawn into the electronic controlled water flushing system and distributed via the electronic unit by a pressurised water pump. The pump pumps the water through a series of solenoid valves and meters and various electronically operated systems to outlets which include garden hose pipes, toilet flushing, intermittent watering on window boxes and hanging baskets or patio containers.

The gathered water is then drawn into the electronic controlled water flushing system and distributed via the electronic unit by a pressurised water pump. The pump pumps the water through a series of solenoid valves and meters and various electronically operated systems to outlets which include garden hose pipes, toilet flushing, intermittent watering on window boxes and hanging baskets or patio containers.

INVENTION
Electronic Controlled Water Flushing System
DESCRIPTION
To save potable water by means of an Electronic Control Unit that recycles rain and grey water.
The reservoir of water required for the system to work is collected from Rain and Grey water (baths, showers and sinks) and is reserved inside a tank which may be below or above ground level.
The tank is fitted with a high and low water limit switch. This in turn is relayed to the electronic control unit.
The control system unit acts as a central hub and control interface for a series of interlinked domestic rain and grey water reservoirs. The wall mounted control unit houses a pressurised water pump and a series of solenoid valves controlled via a Printed Circuit Board linked to a user interface panel.
This allows the user to control the system by turning on or off and setting automatic timers.
The unit contains a dial indicator flow meter showing the amount of water used and saved. Also incorporated is an intermittent setting timer for intermittent watering of plants, shrubs and lawns.
The unit also contains an APP that can be activated electronically from elsewhere around the world via a mobile phone or device whilst on holiday etc. A mains water back up is also installed.

  1. To save potable / domestic water by utilising rain and grey water and distributing it via an Electronic Controlled Flushing System to several outlets as listed below:
