Abstract
System comprising at least one beacon, whereby the beacon is a hardware transmitter which broadcasts data. The beacon designed to provide beacon data and associated services that uses unique beacon ID's or combining them with other data to verify location information such as geographical location of mobile devices such as smart devices. And a lighting management system comprising at least one beacon, wherein the beacon is embedded in a luminaire.
