HACKGROLM) Of I HE INVENTION
In the past, candles are used as a lighting source, in these days, candles become a: lighting apparatus to increase jov of life, such as table lights, display lights and so on, A flameless candle includes a light-emitting member and a candle-shaped shell. The flameless candle is environmental!} friendlv and saves costs, A flameless candle structure is disclosed in li.S Patent Application Publication No, 20130223043 titled "Flamefess Candle with Integrated Fountain", which is provided w ith a light-emitting member to emit light. The light penetrates flow mg w atcr to form a change of light and: shadow, 1 low ever, even if a micro-motor is used, the water may splash out ofa container when the water passes through the opening because die impact is loo great In order in avoid this phenomenon, it is necessary to install a water valve switch to control the flow of water. As a result, Lite cost is increased. Besides, the design of the light source cannot enable the candlcvvick to be brighter. Accordingly. the inventor of the present invention lias devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems,
SUMMARY OF THE, INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a flameless candle: with, integrated fountairi: dories, without installing a water valve switch, The φνίο©: can m:#e::flie> Water flow from ;a.n outlet, and the water will not splash out.
In order to achieve the aforesaid object, the llameless candle with integrated fountain device of the present invention comprises a container, a tube. a. pump motor, and a fust light-emitting member. The container lias a side plate and a. bottom plate. The side plate and the bottom plate jointly surroundIan accommodationspace in the container: The tube includes a first tribe and.a secondtubedisposedlo side by sideili theaccommodation^ a. closed top end and an open bottom end* TPh-C second tube has an open top end and a closed bottom end. The second tube is relatively higher than I’ne first tube. 'Hie first lube and ihc second tube arc communicated with each other in a transverse direction. The pump motor is communicated with die accommodation space and the bottom end of tire first lube. The first light-emitting member is located inside the second tube.
Preferably rite bottom plate of the container has an inner surface and an outer surface opposite the inner surface. A second light-emitting member is:.dt^ic^d;dh.&c.:&utef surface of the bottom: plate.
Preferably., die flamclcss candle with ititegnued fountain device further comprises a power supply unit. T he power supply umfcis electrically connected with the first light-cmiSihg mdnibef and tiic pump motor.
Preferably, the nameless candle with integrated fountain device farther comprises an outer cylinder. The power supply unit is disposed in the outer cyliuder. The container is disposed ia the outer cylinder and located above the power supply unit.
Preferably, the power.supply unit isrprovided with afimer,
Preferably, die accommodation space is filled with a fluid, and the fluid is mixed \vifh an essence .Preferably, die top endof the second fabeiseomtecicd with a saucer.
Preferably, the homeless candle with integrated fountain device hirther comprises a flame-shaped shell located on top of the .saucer and correspondingΤα die second tube;
According to the above technical features, the present invention call achieve die following effects: 1. The fluid flows m the transverse direction from the first tube to the second tube to mitigate die impact of the fluid, which can prevent die fluid from splashing out of the container when the fluid flows ou! of I he Sop end of the second tube Therefore, the present invention does not need to install a watcr valve sw itch and can saw: the manufacturing cost. 2, The first light-emitting member is locaLed inside the second tube' as the light source of the candle wick. The light source of the candle wick is centralized and brighter so that the simulation of the caudle ί&better 3:. Emhodirnertts of the present invention will how be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying draw mgs.
Referring to FIG. I and FIG. 2, a flarneless candle with integrated fountain device in accordance with a first embodiment of the present invention comprises a container (1). a tube (2). a saucer (3h a pump motor (-1), a first light-emitting member (5). a second light-emitting member (h), and a power supply unit (7). The container (1) is made of a 1 ight-pervious material or a transparent material. The container (1) has a side plate {11) and a bottom plate (12). The side plate (1 i) and the bottom plate (12) jointly surround an accommodation space (13) in the container (l) The bottom plate (i 2) has an inner surlacc (12.1) racing the accommodation space (13) and an outer surface (122) opposite the inner surface (121) The tube (2) includes a first tube (21) and a second tube (22) disposed longitudinally side by side in the accommodation space (13). The first tube (21) has a closed top end and an open bottom end The second tube (22) has an open top end and a closed bottom end The second tube (22) is relatively bin,her than the first tube (7 i) The first tube (2!) and the second tube ¢7/.) arc communicated with each other in a transverse direction (N). The saucer is (3) connected to the top end of the second tube (22). 'fire pump motor (4) is communicated with the accommodation space () 3) and the bottom end of the first tube (21) The first light-emitting mem be i ¢5) is located inside ihe second lube (22) The second light-emitting member (6) is disposed on the outer surface (122) of ihe bottom plate (12) The powe; supply unit ¢7) is electrically connected with the first light-emitting member (5). the second light-emitting member (6), and the pump motor (4) tor supplying power So the first light-emitting member (>). tha.seeond light-emitting member 1%, and the pump motor (4). in this embodiment, the power supply unit (7) is provided with a timer (71), Furthermore, the present invention further comprises an outer cylinder (8) made of a light-pervious material or a transparent material. The power supply unit (7) is disposed m die cyjittdcr (8) The container (1) is disposed in the outer cylinder (8) anil located above the power simply unit (7),
Referring to FIG. 3 and FIG 4. a fluid (9). such as water, if. [toured into the aceommodatibri space (13). Preferably, an essence is mixed in the fluid (‘0 to add a sense of srndl when used. When in use, die power supply unit (7) is turned on, such that the first light-emitting member (5) and the second light-emitting member (6) are actuated to emit light while the pump motor (4} is started. The pump motor (1 > pumps the fluid (9) from the accommodation space (13) to the first lube (21) the fluid (9) further flows in die transverse direction (\) from the first tube (21) to the second tube (22), and flows out from the top end of the second tube (22), and finally flows from the periphery of the saucer (3) into the accommodation space (13). At die same time, the light emitted from the first light-emitting member (3) and the second iig.hL-eniil.hng member (6) penetrates the fluid (9) to provide a visual cflcct oflight anil shadow. Wherein, die impact of the fluid (9) forms a protrusion like a candlcwick at the top end of the second tube (22). The first light-emitting member (5) is located msidc the second lube (22) as the light source of the candlcwick. such that the light source of die candlcwick is centralized and brighter. The saucer (3) is configured to bear a portion of the Quid (9) and show the visual effect of nielting way, so that the simuJatiori of the candle of die present invention is better. The fluid (9) flows in the timisverse direction (N) from the first;tube (21) to the second tube (22) to mitigate the impact of the fluid (9), which can prevent die fluid (9) from splashing out of the container (I) when the fluid (9) flows out of the top end of the second Lube (22). The inner (71) oi'the power supply unit (7) is adapted for setting ihc operating time. It is convenient for the user to use it. FIG. 5 illustrates a second embodiment of the present invention, wliich is substantially similarto the first embodiment with the exceptions described hereinafter. This embodiment further has a flame-shaped shell (1ft) located on top of the saucer (3) and corresponding to the second tube (22). The flame-shaped shell (10) makes the appearance of die present invention more: similar to the candle and more pleasing.
Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may bo made without departing from the spirit and scope of die present invention . Accordingly,; the present invention is not to be limited except as by die appended claims.
