Abstract

An exercise system including a first apparatus which includes one or more platform portions and a storage portion located substantially underneath the same. At least part of the storage portion is removable from underneath the one or more platform portions and at least part of the first apparatus is suitable for use as an item of furniture. Said first apparatus further includes one or more attachment means for the attachment of second and/or further exercise apparatus to the first apparatus.
