Glass with surface designs.- A sheet of glass has a plain surface and a figured surface formed with two series of parallel V-shaped grooves 2, 3 running diagonally across the sheet. The grooves intersect one another and form parallel rows of pyramids 4. A sheet as shown, when used as a window pane, deflects part of the light passing through it towards the ceiling.
