Abstract

Soaking device which is a part of an automatic soaking machine for cleaning and soaking dried beans such as soya beans. The soaking device comprises a container 327 for holding beans inside a water holding container 328, with a cavity 330 between the two containers or cups, and a lid 301 to cover the two cups. The bean container has drain holes 331 in the base. A water inlet and outlet device 305 with electric pump and electromagnetic valves circulates water through the containers to first clean and drain the beans to remove impurities, and then to soak the beans. A motorised swinging arm 306 with a water intake and a water outtake path is connected to the water inlet and outlet device. The swing arm may have a water level monitor.

Description

Soaking device for automatically soaking machine Field of the invention This invention relates to a soaking machine, especially to a soaking device for an automatically soaking machine.
Description of prior art
People often make the things such as dried beans soaked in water for a long time, and than make further process, such as sauting beans, grinding soybean milk or making beancurd. It may happen that people miss to soak the dried beans, as the further processing is often made, thus the missing stops the further processing. At home people usually make the soaking at night, and make further process on the next morning, such as making cooking for families, in the mess mall people make the same soaking and cooking for customers, tasty depends on the soaking made on the last night.
Current solutions soaking the dried beans are made by people, the soaking either engages people's time or may be missed in daily life, because of this, there have been an automatically soaking machine, the soaking machine includes a top storage, a middle storage and a bottom storage, dried beans in the top storage falls into the bottom storage via a electrically controlled baffle. The soaking machines have some disadvantages, such as that there is no washing before immersing, or no purging the impurities after soaking.
Summary of the present invention
An object of the invention is to provide a soaking device so as to alleviate the above disadvantages. The object of the invention is achieved with a soaking device, whice has functions of watering, cleaning, draining off, watering again to make soaking, and purging impurities during the cleaning.
Therefore, the invention relates to a soaking device for automatically soaking machine. In the divcie according to the invention there is provided a cover 301 of the bottom storage, a housing-water-disc 328 and a base 303 of the bottom storage. The cover 301 of the bottom storage includes a component 305 for water inlet-and-outlet and a performing component 306, the soaking component 302 is housed in the first cavity 307 formed by the cover 301 of the bottom storage and the base 303 of the bottom storage, the component 305 for water inlet-and-outlet includes a retainer plate 313, an electromagnetic valve 308 for inletting water, an electric pump 309 and hoses, the ao electromagnetic valve 308 and the electric pump 309 are removablly mounted to the retainer plate 313 by snap-fits.
Specifically, the performing component 306 includes a lock carrier 318, a second electric motor 310, a swing arm 319 and a second position switch 311, the second electric motor 310 is mounted to the cover 301 of the bottom storage by the lock carrier 318, the second electric motor 310 is rigidly mounted to the cover 301 of the bottom storage by the lock carrier 318, the swing arm 319 is rigidly connected to the rotation shaft of the second electric motor 310, the second position switch 311 is arranged to the swing arm 319, so that includes a water-intake-path 320 and a water-outtake-path 321, the water-intake-path is connected to the water-outlet of the electromagnetic valve 308 of the component 305, the water-outtake-path 321 is connected to the water-inlet of the electric pump 309 of the component 305 for water inlet-and-outlet, the swing arm 319 also includes a water level monitor 312.
Specifically, at the end side of the water-intake-path of the swing arm 319, the water-outtake-path 321 and the water level monitor 312 there are proous bumps 322 for stopping beans to come into the water-intake-path 320 or the water-outtake-path 321 or the water level monitor 312.
Specifically, the soaking component 302 includes a housing-beans-disc 327 and a housing-water-disc 328, the housing-beans-disc 327 is housed in the housing-water-disc 328, the bottom of the housing-beans-disc 327 and housing-water-disc 328 are separated from each other by the second bulge 329 arranged to the inner bottom of the housing-water-disc 328, a cavity 330 for housing impurities is formed, drain holes 331 and a handle 332 are arranged to the bottom of the housing-beans-disc 327.
Accroding to the invention,there are some advantages of the soaking machine, such as automatically cleaning and draining off and purging the impurities.

In the following, the invention will be described in greater detail by means of some embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which Fig.1 is a exploded 3d-drawing of the soaking device; Fig.2 is a 3d-drawing of the cover of the bottom storage, wherein the performing component and the valves are assembled; Fig.3 is a exploded 3d-drawing of Fig.2; so Fig.4 is a exploded 3d-drawing of the soaking component; Fig.5 is a 3d-drawing of the component 305 for water inlet-and-outlet; Fig. 6 is a 3d-drawing of the performing component; Fig.7 is a 3d-drawing of the soaking component moved out of the ss soaking machine; Fig.8 is a drawing of the distribution of the contacts in the second switch; Fig.9 is a sectional view of the soaking device assembled in the soaking machine.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiment
Referring to Fig.1 there is provided a soaking device for a soaking machine of an embodiment of the present invention. The soaking device includes a cover 301 of the bottom storage, a soaking component 302 and a base 303 of the bottom storage, the soaking no component 302 includes a housing-beans-disc 327 and a housing-water-disc 328, the housing-beans-disc 327 is housed in the housing-water-disc 328.
Referring to Fig.7 and Fig.9, the bottom of the housing-beans-disc 327 and housing-water-disc 328 are separated from each other by ns the second bulge 329 arranged to the inner bottom of the housing-water-disc 328, a cavity 330 for housing impurities is formed, drain holes 331 and a handle 332 are arranged to the bottom of the housing-beans-disc 327. The soaking component 302 is housed in the first cavity 307 formed by the cover 301 of the bottom storage and the base303 of the bottom storage.
Referring to Fig.2 to Fig.3, the cover 301 of the bottom storage includes a component 305 for water inlet-and-outlet and a performing component 306, the both components 305, 306 are removablly arraned to the cover 301 of the bottom storage by screws.
Referring to Fig.5 and Fig.6, the component 305 for water inlet-and-outlet includes a retainer plate 313, an electromagnetic valve 308 for inletting water, electric pump 309 and hose, the performing component 306 includes a lock carrier 318, a second electric motor 310, a swing arm 319 and a second position switch 311, the second electric motor 310 is mounted to the cover 301 of the bottom storage by the lock carrier 318, the second electric motor 310 is rigidly mounted to the cover 301 of the bottom storage by the lock carrier 318, the swing arm 319 is rigidly connected to the rotation shaft of the second electric motor 310, the second position switch 311 is arranged to the swing arm 319, the swing arm 319 includes a water-intake-path 320 and a water-outtake-path 321, the water-intake-path is connected to the water-outlet of the electromagnetic valve 308 of the component 305, the water-outtake-path 321 is connected to the water-inlet of the electric pump 309 of the component 305 for water inlet-and-outlet. The swing arm 319 also includes a water level monitor 312, at the end side of the water-intake-path 320, the water-outtake-path 321 and the water level monitor 312 there are proous bumps 322 for stopping the beans to come into the water-intake-path 320 or the water-outtake-path 321 or the water level monitor 312.
Referring to Fig.7, the soaking componet 302 comes into the first cavity 307 through the first opening 333 located on the side portion of the base 303 of the bottom storage.
Referring to Fig.4, there is provided a handle 334 located on the outside of the housing-water-disc 328 of the soaking component, cooperation between four third bulges 335 located at the outer bottom of the housing-water-disc 328 and the guiding track located at the bottom of the base 303 of the bottom storage makes the soaking component 302 directionally come into the first cavity 307 through the first opening 333.
Referring to Fig.8, there are provided contacts on the second switch 311, like contact E1,E2,F1,F2 and M, the second switch 311 also includes a movable conducting block G. The conducting bolck G contacts the contact El and E2 by the force of gravity when the direction of contact El and E2 are the same with the force of the gravity. Similarly, the contact is made by the contact Fl and F2 when the second switch 311 turns a certain angle, the contact is made by the contact E2 and M when the second switch 311 turns a certain angle.
The following is the process of the soaking device for the soaking machine.
The second electric motor 310 makes the performing component 306 turn or keep a position after beans coming into the soaking component, the second position switch 311 provides the location information of the performing component 306. The electromagnetic valve 308 works, then firstly water comes into the water-intake-path 320 of the performing component 306 through the hose, secondly water comes into the soaking component 302 through the proous bumps 322 located at the end side of the performing component 306. Beans are turned by the force of the water flow coming from the performing component 306 which has a angle formed by the performing component 306 and the water surface, beans turning in water makes cleaning effects. Impurities like sands fall into the cavity 330 for housing impurities because of the drain holes 331 located at the bottom of the housing-beans-disc 327. The water level in the soaking component 302 is deponded on the water level information collected by the water level monitor 312. The electric pump 309 is turned on and pumps water from the soaking component 302 through the water-outtake-path 321 of the performing component 306 when the cleaning is done. Watering again after draining off, the performing component 306 turns to position shown in Fig.9 with the help of the second electric motor 310 after the water level reaching the expectation. Beans go into the soaking process after the cleaning process. The soaking component 302 is moved out of the soaking machine by the handle 334 of the housing-water-disc after that beans are fully soaked, the housing-beans-disc 327 is put out of the housing-water-disc 328 by 2 handles 332 located on the housing-beans-disc 327, the remaining water in the housing-beans-disc 327 discharges through the drain holes 331, the soaked beans in the housing-beans-disc 327 are dumped out to wait for being cook.
Putting the housing-beans-disc 327 into the housing-water-disc 328, and than moving the soaking component 302 back to the first cavity zoo 307, the next soaking process is coming soon.

  1. Claims 1. A soaking device for an automatically soaking machine, comprising a cover (301) of the bottom storage, a housing-water-disc (328) and a base (303) of the bottom storage, characterized in that the soaking component (302) including a housing-beans-disc (327) and a housing-water-disc (328), the housing-beans-disc (327) housed in the housing-water-disc (328), the bottom of the housing-beans-disc (327) and the housing-water-disc (328) being separated from each other by the second bulge (329) arranged to the inner bottom of the housing-water-disc (328), a cavity 330 for housing impurities being formed, drain holes (331) being arranged to the bottom of the housing-beans-disc (327), the soaking component (302) being housed in the first cavity (307) formed by the cover (301) of the bottom storage and the base (303) of the bottom storage, the cover (301) of the bottom storage including a component (305) for water inlet-and-outlet and a performing component (306), the component (305) including a retainer plate (313), an electromagnetic valve (308) for inletting water, an electric pump (309) and hoses, the performing component (306) including a lock carrier (318), a second electric motor (310), a swing arm (319) and a second position switch (311), the second electric motor (310) being mounted to the cover (301) of the bottom storage by the lock carrier (318), the second electric motor (310) being rigidly mounted to the cover (301) of the bottom storage by the lock carrier (318), the swing arm (319) being rigidly connected to the rotation shaft of the second electric motor (310), the second position switch (311) being arranged to the swing arm (319), that including a water-intake-path (320) and a water-outtake-path (321), the water-intake-path being connected to the water-outlet of the electromagnetic valve (308) of the component (305), the water-outtake-path (321) being connected to the water-inlet of the electric pump (309) of the component (305) for water inlet-and-outlet.the swing arm 319 also includes a water level monitor 312.
  2. 2. A soaking device according to claim 1, characterized in that the swing arm (319) includs a water level monitor (312).
  3. 3. A soaking device according to claim 2, characterized in that at the end side of the water-intake-path of the swing arm (319), the water-outtake-path (321) and the water level monitor (312) there are proous bumps (322).
  4. 4. A soaking device according to claim 3, characterized in that houseing-beans-disc (327) also includes a handle (332).

A soaking device according to any preceding claim, characterized in that the soaking component (302) coming into the first cavity (307) through the first opening (333) located on the side portion of the base (303) of the bottom storage, there being provided a handle (334) located on the outside of the housing-water-disc (328) of the soaking component, cooperation between four third bulges (335) located at the outer bottom of the housing-water-disc (328) and the guiding track located at the bottom of the base (303) of the bottom storage making the soaking component (302) directionally come into the first cavity (307) through the first opening (333).Amendment to the claims have been filed as follows: Claims 1.
