Abstract

Method for a water inlet and outlet device for an automatic soaking device preferably for soaking soya beans. The method involves providing the following components for the device: a straight inlet pipe 1 connected at one end to a three-way inlet pipe 5. The three-way inlet pipe is also connected to an electromagnetic inlet valve 6 and electromagnetic drainage outlet valve 7. There is a 3-way outlet pipe 8 connected at one end to the electromagnetic outlet valve 7, and at another end to a straight outlet pipe 3. The valves are removably attached to a retainer plate 4 via snap fit attachment means 9.

Field of the invention
This invention relates to a design method for a soaking machine, especially to a design method for a device for a water inlet-and-outlet for an automatically soaking machine.
Description of prior art
People often make the things such as dried beans soaked in water for a long time, and than make further process, such as sauting beans, grinding soybean milk or making beancurd. It may happen that people miss to soak the dried beans, as the further processing is often made, thus the missing stops the further processing. At home people usually make the soaking at night, and make further process on the next morning, such as making cooking for families, in the mess mall people make the same soaking and cooking for customers, tasty depends on the soaking made on the last night. Current solutions soaking the dried beans are made by people, the soaking either engages people's time or may be missed in daily life, because of this, there have been an automatically soaking machine, the soaking machine includes a top storage, a middle storage and a bottom storage, dried beans in the top storage falls into the bottom storage via a electrically controlled baffle. The soaking machines have some disadvantages, such as that the soaking disc must be filled with water firstly.
Summary of the present invention 1/s
An object of the invention is to provide a design method for a soaking device so as to alleviate the above disadvantages. The object of the invention is achieved with a design method for a device for water inlet and outlet, which has functions of watering and draining off.
Therefore, the invention relates to a design method for a device for water inlet and outlet for an automatically soaking machine. The design method comprises providing a retainer plate, a electromagnetic water inlet valve, a wire io casing and hoses; the method further provides an electromagnetic water outlet valve, a three-way-pipe for inletting water, a three-way-pipe for outletting water, a straight-pipe for inletting water, a straight-pipe for outletting water; is respectively connecting the end side A and the end side B of the three-way-pipe with the inlet of the inlet valve and the inlet of the outlet valve; connecting the end side C of the three-way-pipe with the straight-pipe; respectively connecting the end side C and the end side B of the three-way-pipe with the outlet of the outlet valve and the straight-pipe; arranging for the inlet valve and the outlet valve to be removably mounted to the retainer plate by snap-fitst.
The function of watering achieved by turning on the electromagnetic valve, and the function of draining off achieved by the following.
Turning on the inlet valve to let water in and make the pipe filled with water, turning off the outlet valve when both the straight-pipe and the tree-way-pipe being draining, because of the pipe being full of water, the pressure difference formed by water-head making water coming out from the end side A by the force of water flow, from then on, there is no power or energy needed to drain, the 2/5 function of draining is only achieved by water-head, the relative position of the device and the water surface makes no difference, even the device located above the water surface the function of draining works well.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiment
Referring to Fig.1 and Fig.2 there is provided a device for a water inlet-and-outlet for an automatically soaking machine of an embodiment of the present invention. The device includes two electromagnetic valves 6,7, two three-way-pipes 5,8, two straight-pipes 1,3 and a retainer plate 4. One of valves 6,7 is 3/5 responsible for inletting water, it is called the electromagnetic water inlet valve 6, the other one is responsible for outletting water, it is called the electromagnetic water outlet valve 7, the two valves 6,7 are removablly mounted to the retainer plate 4 by the snap-fits located on the retainer plate 4. One of three-way-pipes 5,8 is responsible for inletting water, it is called the three-way-pipe 5 for inletting water, the other one is responsibel for outletting water, it is call the three-way-pipe 8 for outletting water. One of straight-pipe 1,3 is responsible for inletting water, it is call the straight-pipe 1 for inletting water, the other one is responsible for outlettign water, it is called the straight-pipe 3 for outletting water. A wall arranged to the retainer plate 4 is penetrated by the two straight-pipe 1,3 and a solt 2, the control lines of the two electromagnetic valves 6,7 are arranged by the solt 2.
The two electromagnetic valves 6,7 are used for making parallel connection by a three-way-pipe firstly, and then making series connection with the straight-pipe 1 for inletting water, that is to say the inlet 61 of the inlet valve 6 connects with the end side A of the three-way-pipe 5 by the hose, the inlet 71 of the outlet valve 7 connects with the end side B of the three-way pipe 5 by the hose, the end side C of the three-way-pipe 5 connects with the straight-pipe 1, the outlet 72 of the outlet valve 7 connects with the end side C, the end side B of the three-way-pipe 8 connects with and the straight-pipe 3.
Fig.3 shows the defination of the three end sides of A, B, and C of the three-way-pipe.
Referring to Fig4, it is a 3d-drawing of draining process of the device of the invention. Mounting the device for water inlet-and-outlet to a basin having water, and making the device above the water surface, the straight-pipe 1 connects with the tap in open location, the end side A of the three-way-pipe 8 for outletting water inserts 4/5 bellow the water surface of the basin, it is called the first water-outlet 11, the straight-pipe 3 for outletting water connects with the hose to form the second water-outlet 10 at the end side of the hose. Turn on the electromagnetic water outlet valve 7 to let water flow into the three-way-pipe 8 for outletting water along the electromagnetic water outlet valve 7 from the tap, finally, water flows into the basin along the end side A of the three-way-pipe 8 for outletting water, that is to say water is flowing out of the the first water-outlet 11, meanwhile water is flowing out of the second water-outlet-openging 10 through the end side B of the three-way-pipe 8 for outletting water, that is to say both the first and the second water-outlet 10,11 are flowing out of water simultaneously. Then turn off the electromagnetic outlet valve 7, the second water-outlet 11 is draining off unceasingly with the help is of the water pressure, which is formed when water flows from the first water-outlet 11 to the second water-outlet 10, as the whole pipe is full of water and there is a water-head forming between the first and the second water-outlet-openg. 11,10, so the purpose of draining off without energy reachs. / 5

A design method for a device for a water inlet-and-outlet for an automatically soaking machine, comprising providing a retainer plate (4), a electromagnetic water inlet valve (6), a wire casing (2) and hoses; characterized by s the method further providing an electromagnetic water outlet valve (7), a three-way-pipe (5) for inletting water, a three-way-pipe (8) for outletting water, a straight-pipe (1) for inletting water, a straight-pipe (3) for outletting water; respectively connecting the end side A and the end side B of the three-way-pipe (5) with the inlet (61) of the electromagnetic water inlet valve (6) and the inlet (71) of the electromagnetic water outlet valve (7); connecting the end side C of the three-way-pipe (5) with the straight-pipe (1); respectively connecting the end side C and the end side B of the three-way-pipe (8) with the outlet (72) of the electromagnetic water outlet valve (7) and the straight-pipe (3).
  2. 2. A design method according to claim 1, characterized by arranging for the electromagnetic valve (6) and the electromagnetic water outlet valve (7) to be removably mounted to the retainer plate (4) by snap-fits (9).
