Abstract

An auxiliary control method, control device and system for nuclear power plant operation, said method comprising: logging in to a nuclear power plant auxiliary control system; sending, by means of the auxiliary control system, a command to shut down the main control system of the nuclear power plant; execution by the main control system of shutdown operations according to said command. Transmission by an auxiliary control system of a command to shut down the main control system of the nuclear power plant avoids, under emergency conditions when control has been lost, the entry by unauthorized persons to the main control room and to workstations of operational personnel to execute illegal operations jeopardizing the safe operation of the plant.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention generally relates to control field of nuclear power plants and, more particularly, to an auxiliary control method for nuclear power plant operation, and device and system therefor.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Control room of a nuclear power plant, also called main control room, is the operation control center of a nuclear power plant. Via operating equipments in the main control room, the operating personnel can monitor and control the overall nuclear power plant. With the improvement of the automation level of the production equipments in the nuclear power plant, the nuclear power plant has advanced control room mainly based on the computer technology. Via digital operation, digital monitoring, diagnose, control and protection of the process system and equipments in the nuclear power plant can be realized. Digital main control room workstation generally includes a nuclear island operator workstation (OWP-NI), a conventional island operator workstation (OWP-CI), a supervisor workstation (OWP-US) and a safety engineer workstation (OWP-SE). Auxiliary control point corresponds to the main control room. The auxiliary control point can control and monitor the nuclear power plant when the main control room and the operator workstation fail to function properly.
[00031 At present, auxiliary control point of the nuclear power plant in construction almost realizes digital operation. When the main control room and the operator workstation of the nuclear power plant is unavailable, the operator cannot enter the main control room and the operator workstation to operate properly, such as the main control room and the operator workstation is in fire, excessive smoke dust or dangerous gas enters the main control room or the operator workstation, the main control room or the operator workstation area is severely damaged, major failure happens to the equipments in the main control room. In this case, the operator can realize auxiliary operation of the nuclear power plant via the auxiliary control point. When the main control room and the operator workstation fail to be closed timely in emergency, unauthorized personnel still can operate the nuclear power plant via the software running in the operator workstation, which may affect the safety of the nuclear power plant. Therefore, how to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the main control room and the operator workstation out of control in emergency and executing illegal operations which may endanger the safety of the nuclear power plant is an urgent problem to be solved.
[0004] In view of the foregoing, what is needed, therefore, is to provide an auxiliary control method, device and system for operation of nuclear power plant.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] One object of the present invention is to provide an auxiliary control method for nuclear power plant operation, and device and system therefor, wherein the auxiliary control system of the nuclear power plant sends a command to shut down the main control system of the nuclear power plant, which can prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the main control room and the operator workstation of the nuclear power plant out of control in emergency and executing operations which may endanger the safety of the nuclear power plant.

An auxiliary control method for nuclear power plant operation, comprising the steps of: obtaining a start command sent by a transfer switch; logging onto an auxiliary control system of the nuclear power plant; sending a command to shut down a main control system of the nuclear power plant via the auxiliary control system; and executing shutdown operation by the main control room according to the command.
  2. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein logging onto the auxiliary control system of the nuclear power plant comprises logging onto the auxiliary control system of the nuclear power plant according to the start command.

The method of claim 2, further comprising determining whether the auxiliary control system executing activation operation by a logical processing unit according to the start command prior to the auxiliary control system sends the command to shut down the main control system of the nuclear power plant.
  4. 4. The method of claim 3, wherein the transfer switch sends a shutdown command to the main control system if the auxiliary control system executes activation operation according to the start command.
  5. 5. The method of claim 4, wherein the transfer switch does not send the shutdown 20 command to the main control system if the auxiliary control system does not execute activation operation according to the start command.

The method of claim 5, wherein the main control system and the auxiliary control system are controlled by three transfer switches, if at least two transfer switches of the three transfer switches are in main control system open state, the nuclear power plant is controlled by the main control system.
  7. 7. The method of claim 6, wherein if at least two transfer switches of the three transfer switches are in auxiliary control system open states, the nuclear power plant is controlled by the auxiliary control system.
  8. 8. The method of claim 7, further comprising displaying active state and inactive state via a status indicator of the main control system and the auxiliary control system.

The method of claim 8, wherein logging onto the auxiliary control system of the nuclear power plant comprising: the auxiliary control system of the nuclear power plant popping out a prompt of "please enter user's name and password", and popping out a password input box and character cursor; if characters entered into the password input box accord with the preset password, entering an auxiliary control operation interface of the nuclear power plant.
  10. 10. The method of claim 9, wherein if the characters entered in the password input box fails to accord with the preset password, prompting incorrect password entered and entering the password again.
  11. 11. The method of claim 10, wherein sending a command to shut down the main control system of the nuclear power plant via the auxiliary control system comprises: clicking a button of "exit control room system operation" or a button of "shut down control room operator workstation" at an auxiliary control operating interface of the nuclear power plant.
  12. I 2. The method of claim I I, further comprising the auxiliary control operation interface of the nuclear power plant popping up a confirm button of "exit control room operation?" or "shut down the control room operator workstation?".
  13. 13. The method of claim 12, further comprising if the confirm button is clicked, the control room system executes the shutdown operation according to the command.
  14. 14. An auxiliary control method for nuclear power plant operation, comprising the steps of: sending a start command to an auxiliary control system; sending a shutdown command to a main control system if a logical processing unit determines the auxiliary control system has executed an activation operation according to 10 the start command; and the main control system executing stop operation according to the shutdown command.
  15. 15. The method of claim 14, wherein if the auxiliary control system fails to execute activation operation according to the start command, the transfer switch does not send the shutdown command to the main control system.
  16. 16. The method of claim 15, wherein the main control system and the auxiliary control system are controlled by three transfer switches, if at least two transfer switches of the three transfer switches are in main control system open states, the nuclear power plant is controlled by the main control system.
  17. 17. The method of claim 16, wherein if at least two transfer switches of the three transfer switches are in auxiliary control system open states, the nuclear power plant is controlled by the auxiliary control system.
  18. 18. The method of claim 17, further comprising displaying active state and inactive state via a status indicator of the main control system and the auxiliary control system.
  19. 19. An auxiliary control device for nuclear power plant operation, comprising: an acquisition module, configured to obtain a start command sent by a transfer switch; a login module, configured to login onto an auxiliary control system of the nuclear power plant according to the start command; and a forward module, configured to forward a command to shut down a main control system of the nuclear power plant via the auxiliary control system.
  20. 20. The device of claim 20, wherein the forward module is further configured to forward the shut down command sent by a transfer switch to the main control system, if the auxiliary control system executes activation operation according to the start command.
  21. 21. The device of claim 20, wherein the login module login onto the auxiliary control system according to the start command comprises: receiving user's name and password according to prompt of "please enter user's name and password" and password input box and character cursor popped up by the auxiliary control system of the nuclear power plant.
  22. 22. The device of claim 20, wherein if characters entered into the password input box accord with a preset password, the auxiliary control operation interface of the nuclear power plant is entered via the login module.
  23. 23. A switching device for a main control and an auxiliary control, comprising: a first send module, configured to send a start command to an auxiliary control system; and a second send module, configured to send a shutdown command to an main control system if a logical processing unit determines the auxiliary control system has executed activation operation according to the start command, so that the main control system executes stop operation according to the shutdown command.
  24. 24. The device of claim 23, wherein if the auxiliary control system fails to execute 5 activation operation according to the start command, the second send module does not send a shutdown command to the main control system.
  25. 25. An auxiliary control system for nuclear power plant operation, comprising: an auxiliary control platform of the nuclear power plant, configured to login onto an auxiliary control system of the nuclear power plant, and send a command to shut down a main control system of the nuclear power plant via the auxiliary control system; and a main control platform of the nuclear power plant, configured to execute the shutdown operation via the main control system of the nuclear power plant according to the command sent by the auxiliary control platform of the nuclear power plant.
  26. 26. The system of claim 25, further comprising a switching device, configured to send the start command to the auxiliary control platform of the nuclear power plant, so that the auxiliary control platform of the nuclear power plant login on to an auxiliary control system of the nuclear power plant according to the start command.
  27. 27. The system of claim 26, wherein the switching device is further configured to determine whether the auxiliary control system executes activation operation according to 20 the start command.
  28. 28. The system of claim 27, wherein if the auxiliary control system executes activation operation according to the start command, the switching device sends the shutdown command to the main control system.
  29. 29. The system of claim 28, wherein if the auxiliary control system fails to execute activation operation according the start command, the switching device does not send a shutdown command to the main control system.
  30. 30. The system of claim 29, wherein the switching device comprises three transfer switches, if at least two transfer switches of the three transfer switches are in main control system open states, the nuclear power plant is controlled by the main control system.
  31. 3 I. The system of claim 30, wherein if at least two transfer switches of the three transfer switches are in auxiliary control system open states, the nuclear power plant is controlled by the auxiliary control system.
  32. 32. The system of claim 31, wherein the auxiliary control system of the nuclear power plant of the auxiliary control platform of the nuclear power plant pops up a prompt of "please enter user's name and password", and pops up password input box and character cursor; if characters entered into the password input box accord with a preset password, auxiliary control operation interface of the nuclear power plant is entered.
  33. 33. The system of claim 32, wherein if the characters entered into the password input box fail to accord with the preset password, incorrect password entered and entering the password again are prompted.
  34. 34. The system of claim 33, wherein the auxiliary control platform of the nuclear power plant sends a command to shut down the main control system of the nuclear power plant via the auxiliary control system, comprising: the auxiliary control platform of the nuclear power plant clicks a button of "exit control room system operation" or a button of "shut down control room operator workstation" at an auxiliary control operation interface of the nuclear power plant.
  35. 35. The system of claim 34, wherein the auxiliary control operation interface of nuclear power plant of the auxiliary control platform of the nuclear power plant pops up a confirm button of "exit control room operation?" or "shut down the control room operator workstation?".
  36. 36. The system of claim 35, wherein if the confirm button is clicked, the control room 5 system of the main control platform of the nuclear power plant executes the shutdown operation according to the command.
